Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The accident responsible person recording method and device aim to solve the problem that in the prior art, when an accident occurs to a vehicle, only scenes, an accident occurring process and the like when the accident occurs can be recorded, but accident responsible persons corresponding to the accident cannot be recorded, so that when the accident occurs during the period that the vehicle is rented and borrowed, a vehicle owner cannot timely follow the accident responsible persons. The embodiment of the disclosure provides an accident recording method, an accident recording system and a vehicle.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of incident recording according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the accident recording method may include the following steps.
In step 11, a driver biometric of the vehicle is acquired when an accident occurs in the vehicle.
In the present disclosure, an accident detection device is provided on a vehicle, and the accident detection device is used to detect whether an accident occurs to the vehicle. The accidents can be collision or scratch of the vehicle with static obstacles such as walls, stones and the like in the driving process, and can also be collision or scratch of the vehicle with dynamic obstacles such as other vehicles, pedestrians and the like in the driving process. In order to allow the accident detection device to detect the accident, the accident detection device may be at least one of a vehicle-mounted recorder existing in the vehicle, a collision sensor in an airbag in the vehicle, and a camera provided outside the vehicle body.
Specifically, when the accident detection device is a car recorder, an acceleration SENSOR (G-SENSOR) in the car recorder can detect X, Y, Z acceleration signals in three directions. When the vehicle is in accident, the G-SENSOR can detect the accident no matter which side of the vehicle the accident position is located. In addition, the vehicle owner can adjust the sensitivity of the G-SENSOR to be high so as to improve the accuracy of detecting whether the vehicle has an accident or not.
When the accident detection apparatus is a collision sensor in an airbag in a vehicle, the number of collision sensors in the airbag may be plural, and the plural collision sensors may be disposed at different positions of a vehicle body. It is assumed that the accident detecting means is a collision sensor in an airbag in a vehicle, and the number of the collision sensors is 4, which are respectively provided at the front left, front right, left side and right side of the vehicle body, and are respectively referred to as a front left collision sensor, a front right collision sensor, a left side collision sensor and a right side collision sensor. In this way, the collision sensor can detect whether the vehicle has an accident regardless of which side of the vehicle the accident location is located. In addition, the accuracy of detecting whether an accident occurs in the vehicle can be ensured by improving the sensitivity of the collision sensor.
When the accident detection device is a camera arranged on the outer side of the vehicle body, the camera can determine whether an obstacle is in contact with the vehicle according to a scene image around the vehicle shot by the camera. Illustratively, whether an obstacle which is a preset distance away from the vehicle exists in the scene image is detected by using the identification function of the camera, wherein the preset distance can be a numerical value close to zero. Further, the camera may be a panoramic camera, so that the collision sensor can detect whether the vehicle has an accident regardless of which side of the vehicle the accident location is located.
According to any of the above embodiments, the vehicle accident can be detected, so that after the vehicle accident is detected, the biological characteristics of the driver of the vehicle can be further acquired. Wherein the biometric features may include: hand shape, fingerprint, face shape, iris, retina, pulse, auricle, etc.
In step 12, it is determined whether the driver biometric is consistent with a preset biometric.
And comparing the acquired biological characteristics of the driver with preset biological characteristics to determine whether the biological characteristics of the driver are consistent with the preset biological characteristics. The preset biological characteristic can be a biological characteristic of an owner of the vehicle, and can also be a biological characteristic of a driver authorized by the owner and not required to complain about accident responsibility.
In step 13, if the driver biometric is not consistent with the preset biometric, the driver biometric is stored.
When the biological characteristics of the driver are consistent with the preset biological characteristics, the driver is indicated to be the owner of the vehicle, or the driver is the driver authorized by the owner without the accident responsibility, and at the moment, the biological characteristics of the driver do not need to be stored in order to reduce the storage space. When the biological characteristic of the driver is inconsistent with the preset biological characteristic, the driver is not the owner of the vehicle and is not the driver authorized by the owner without the accident responsibility, and in this case, the biological characteristic of the driver needs to be stored in order to facilitate the follow-up owner to follow the accident responsibility.
For example, after the driver biometric feature is acquired, the driver biometric feature may be sent to an existing vehicle data recorder in the vehicle, and the preset biometric feature is also stored in the vehicle data recorder in advance. Thus, a DSP (Digital Signal Processing) in the automobile data recorder compares the biological characteristics of the driver with the preset biological characteristics to determine whether the biological characteristics of the driver are consistent with the preset biological characteristics, and stores the biological characteristics of the driver in the automobile data recorder when the biological characteristics of the driver are not consistent with the preset biological characteristics.
By adopting the technical scheme, when an accident happens to the vehicle, the biological characteristics of the driver can be acquired, whether the biological characteristics of the driver are consistent with the preset biological characteristics or not is determined, and when the biological characteristics of the driver are consistent with the preset biological characteristics, the biological characteristics of the driver are stored. Therefore, when an accident occurs during the period that the vehicle is rented and borrowed, the vehicle owner can timely follow the accident responsible person according to the stored biological characteristics of the driver.
As shown in fig. 2, when the biometric feature of the driver is a facial feature (e.g., facial shape, iris, retina feature), step 11 in fig. 1 may specifically include the following steps.
In step 111, when the vehicle has an accident, a camera on a rearview mirror housing of the vehicle is controlled to rotate, so that the camera acquires a driver image containing a facial sub-image of the driver.
In general, an image capturing device may be added to the vehicle, or an existing camera on the housing of the vehicle rearview mirror may be used to capture an image of the driver containing a facial sub-image of the driver.
To simplify the layout of the various devices within the vehicle, the present disclosure may utilize cameras that are present on the vehicle to capture images. Since the lens of the camera is usually arranged towards the rear and downward direction to capture the scene image around the vehicle, at this time, the driver of the vehicle will not be present in the capture area of the camera, and therefore, in step 111, the camera on the vehicle rearview mirror housing needs to be controlled to rotate.
Specifically, an angle adjusting mechanism, a controller and a camera are arranged at the position of a shell of the vehicle rearview mirror, the camera is arranged at the position of the shell of the rearview mirror through the angle adjusting mechanism, and the controller controls the angle adjusting mechanism to rotate so as to adjust the angle of the camera. Wherein, the angle adjusting mechanism can be a cardan shaft structure.
In one embodiment, the controller controls the angle adjusting mechanism to rotate according to the preset angle information. Wherein the preset angle information is pre-stored in the controller. The preset angle information can be the collection angle range of the camera and the current angle of the camera. Like this, when the vehicle accident, the controller can be according to the current angle of camera to and the collection angle scope of camera, control angle adjustment mechanism and rotate, so that the driver image that contains driver's facial subimage is gathered to the camera. Or, this predetermined angle information is the angle that needs the regulation that the technical staff set up when car owner or vehicle were dispatched from the factory, and this angle is that car owner or technical staff pass through the preliminary test and determine, when adjusting this angle with the camera, can gather driver's image.
In another embodiment, the camera is automatically controlled to rotate by using a face tracking recognition technology. Therefore, the automatic rotation of the camera can be realized without the angle adjusting mechanism and the controller.
In step 112, the facial features of the driver are acquired according to the facial sub-image of the driver.
The camera can acquire a driver image containing a driver face sub-image, and in order to extract the biological features of the driver from the driver face sub-image, a feature extractor is also required to be arranged in the vehicle, and the feature extractor can extract the biological features of the driver from the image acquired by the camera, wherein the extraction of the biological features of the driver is well known by those skilled in the art and is not described herein again.
By adopting the method, the biological characteristics of the driver can be obtained by utilizing the existing equipment in the vehicle, no new equipment needs to be additionally arranged in the vehicle, and the layout of the equipment in the vehicle is simplified.
In order to know the accident situation of the vehicle with the vehicle owner when the vehicle accident happens, as shown in fig. 3, the recording method of the accident recording method may further include the following steps.
In step 14, when an accident occurs in the vehicle, accident information of the accident is acquired.
In order to facilitate the vehicle to be rented or borrowed, a vehicle owner can timely know whether the vehicle has an accident or not, and accident information of the accident needs to be acquired when the accident occurs. The accident information includes at least one of an accident occurrence location and a driving state of the vehicle at the time of the accident occurrence. The driving state of the vehicle in the accident CAN be the vehicle speed, whether to brake, whether to fasten a safety belt, whether to open a vehicle door and the like of the vehicle in the accident, and the driving state of the vehicle in the accident and the accident CAN be obtained through the vehicle-mounted CAN bus.
In step 15, accident information is stored.
In one embodiment, the accident information may be stored when the accident information is acquired, and in particular, the accident information may be stored in a vehicle event recorder of the vehicle, so that the vehicle owner may acquire the accident information from the vehicle event recorder.
In step 16, a correspondence between the driver biometric characteristic and the accident information is determined and stored.
In another embodiment, in order to enable the vehicle owner to quickly find the accident corresponding to a certain accident responsible person, when the accident information is acquired, the corresponding relationship between the accident information and the biological characteristics of the driver when the accident occurs is established, and the corresponding relationship is stored in the driving recorder. For example, the accident information and the driver biometric feature may be stored in a folder of the tachograph, so that the user knows which driver is responsible for the accident when opening the folder via the display device. Therefore, when the vehicle owner displays the image stored in the automobile data recorder to the display screen, the driver can clearly know which person responsible for the accident is which driver, and the vehicle owner can effectively follow the person responsible for the accident.
In step 17, the accident information is transmitted to the terminal that establishes a communication connection with the vehicle.
In addition, in order to facilitate the vehicle to be rented or borrowed, the vehicle owner can timely know whether the vehicle has an accident or not and can further know the accident condition when the accident occurs, and when the accident information is acquired, the accident information can be further sent to a terminal which is in communication connection with the vehicle, wherein the terminal can be the vehicle owner terminal. The vehicle accident information can be conveniently known by the vehicle owner in time and the vehicle owner can follow the accident. In addition, during the period that the vehicle is stolen, if the vehicle has an accident, the terminal can also receive accident information, and the vehicle owner can know the running place or the running state of the stolen vehicle, so that the vehicle owner can find the stolen vehicle conveniently.
Wherein, after performing step 14, one or more of step 15, step 16 and step 17 may be performed, which is not specifically limited in the present disclosure.
In practical application, the situation that the vehicle is scratched or collided comprises the following steps: rubbing or collision with static obstacles and rubbing or collision with dynamic obstacles in the driving process. However, in order to reduce the workload of accident recording and facilitate the responsibility of complaint for the driver of the escape accident, in consideration of the fact that the driver is likely to have the escape phenomenon when the vehicle collides with a dynamic obstacle such as another vehicle or a pedestrian, a preferred embodiment in the present disclosure is: upon detection of a collision of the vehicle with a dynamic obstacle, steps 11-13 of fig. 1 are performed.
The specific implementation mode for detecting the collision between the vehicle and the dynamic obstacle is as follows: first, the accident detection device collects a scene image around the vehicle in real time, or the accident detection device further collects a scene image when detecting an accident of the vehicle. The scene image may include sub-images of dynamic obstacles, such as other vehicles, pedestrians, and the like in a preset range around the vehicle, and sub-images including a part of the vehicle body of the vehicle.
Then, the type of the object colliding with the vehicle is determined from the scene image. Wherein the object categories include dynamic obstacles and static obstacles. And the type of the object colliding with the vehicle can be determined by utilizing the image recognition technology in the prior art, which is not described in detail herein.
And finally, if the type of the object colliding with the vehicle is a dynamic obstacle, starting to acquire the biological characteristics of the driver.
By adopting the method, the biological characteristics of the driver are acquired only when the probability that the driver escapes is higher under the condition that the vehicle collides with the dynamic barrier, and the biological characteristics of the driver are stored when the biological characteristics of the driver are inconsistent with the preset biological characteristics. Thus, the workload of acquiring the biological characteristics of the driver can be reduced, and the space for storing the biological characteristics of the driver can be saved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an incident recording system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the accident recording system may include:
