As shown in fig. 4, the wiping mechanism includes a motor 20, a rotating rod 21 and two cleaning components, the motor 20 is fixed on the stage 5, the motor 20 is electrically connected with the PLC, the rotating rod 21 is horizontally arranged, the motor 20 is in transmission connection with the center of the rotating rod 21, the two cleaning components are respectively located above two ends of the rotating rod 21, the cleaning components include a spring 22, a cleaning box 23 and a cotton ball 24, the cleaning box 23 is arranged above the rotating rod 21 through the spring 22, the spring 22 is in a compressed state, the cotton ball 24 is located above the cleaning box 23, and the height of the top of the cotton ball 24 is greater than that of the top of the cleaning box 23.

Preferably, in order to keep the position of the gear 15 unchanged while the driving gear 15 rotates, the rotating unit includes a cone-shaped opening, a cone-shaped block 16 and a knob 17, the cone-shaped opening is disposed on one side of the object stage 5 close to the gear 15, the cone-shaped opening, the gear 15 and the knob 17 are all coaxially disposed, the cone-shaped block 16 is disposed in the cone-shaped opening, the cone-shaped block 16 is matched with the cone-shaped opening, the cone-shaped block 16 and the knob 17 are respectively fixed on two sides of the gear 15, and the rotation of the driving gear 15 is facilitated for a user by the knob 17 by disposing the cone-shaped block 16 in the cone-shaped opening to limit the position.
Preferably, in order to limit the moving direction of the rack 14, a baffle 18 is provided on a side of the rack 14 away from the stage 5, a fixing rod 19 is provided below the baffle 18, both ends of the fixing rod 19 are fixedly connected to the stage 5 and the baffle 18, respectively, and the baffle 18 prevents the rack 14 from being separated from the gear 15 by allowing the rack 14 to move only along one side of the stage 5.
As preferred, for the direction of motion of restriction spring 22, the both sides of cleaning box 23 all are equipped with gag lever post 27, be equipped with four through-holes on the dwang 21, through-hole and gag lever post 27 one-to-one, the top and the cleaning box 23 fixed connection of gag lever post 27, the through-hole is passed to the bottom of gag lever post 27, and gag lever post 27 restriction spring 22 can only stretch out and draw back in vertical direction.

Preferably, in order to prevent the objective lens 3 from crushing the cover glass, the bottom end of the objective lens 3 is sleeved with a rubber gasket, and the rubber gasket is used for preventing the objective lens 3 from crushing the cover glass.
