Abstract
本发明公开了一种十字轴万向节温度预警传感器,主要包括温度芯片传感器,温度芯片传感器结合小型集成电路作为核心温度监测单元并搭接一纽扣电池形成自带电源的传感器组件,传感器组件封装在密闭的封装盒内,封装盒安装在万向节的十字轴的毛坯面中心,温度芯片传感器采集温度信号并通过无线射频传出到安装在万向节附近的信号接收器,信号接收器有线连接到卡车自带电源上进行工作。本发明通过采用接触式自带电源传感器组件实现对实车用十字轴万向节轴承内温度实时监测并在超过阈值后自动报警,从而有效避免因万向节磨损失效造成的汽车交通事故发生;传感器自带电源供给且低功耗;无线信号无损发射无屏蔽;传感器组件固定且体积小。

技术领域
本发明涉及十字轴万向节的领域,具体涉及一种十字轴万向节温度预警传感器。
背景技术
十字轴万向节的主体结构主要包括十字轴1、防尘罩2、油封3、轴套4、滚针挡圈5、滚针6、垫片7,十字轴万向节由于工作在负载重、转速高、摆角大等条件下,轴承与十字轴间接触应力大,造成轴承与十字轴疲劳磨损,从而引起万向节松动或烧蚀,最终导致传动轴失去驱动功能,甚至发生翻车等恶劣交通事故。因此,对实车用十字轴万向节寿命进行实时预警监测显得尤为迫切。实车用万向节寿命监测系统可以根据万向节的摩擦升温这一重要表现,从万向节轴承实时温度监控进行实时监测,一旦万向节轴承内温度超过给定阈值,则可通过信号反馈系统发出预警响应,及时停车检修,从而避免恶性事故的发生。
但当前市场上尚无实用可靠的实车用万向节寿命监测系统出现,仅有尚未实施的设计方案。如申请号为201620119391.3、申请日期为2016.02.14、申请公布号为CN205533838U、申请公布日为2016.08.31、申请人为万向钱潮股份有限公司的发明专利申请了公开了一种智能新型免维护十字轴万向节,专利方案为:该智能万向节包括十字轴和设置在十字轴头处的轴承套、骨架油封、滚针和润滑油存储孔,其核心是轴头处还设有无限晶片传感器组件。该专利认为可以实时侦测十字轴万向节的轴头状态,并把侦测到的情况发送到设置在车辆仪表盘上的接收器上。这样一旦十字轴万向节的轴头出现相应的信号就提醒驾驶员注意检修万向节,从而可以最大限度地避免因万向节失效导致交通事故等问题的发生。另外,实验室级十字轴万向节温度监测系统被广泛用于室内环境台架试验。该方案采用非接触式红外测温传感原理,对一套万向节四个轴承同时测温。对十字轴万向节,当测得最高温度超过120℃时,系统停止测试,认为万向节磨损失效。
现有技术方案的不足之处可以归纳为以下几点:由于现有技术方案多采用接触式无线射频方式,无线晶片传感器组件内置到十字轴润滑油存储孔内且被金属材料轴承封闭后,晶片传感器信号被屏蔽在封闭的金属腔内,测到的温度无法发送出去;现有无线晶片传感器组件式技术方案并未提出电源方案,而传感器组实时温度监测并通过无线方式发射信号需要电源支撑系统运行,因此无法真正实施;现有非接触式红外传感式温度监测系统因对环境要求极为严格,在遭受雨水、油污、振动等恶劣条件时,传感器受损而无法正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种十字轴万向节温度预警传感器。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种十字轴万向节温度预警传感器,主要包括温度芯片传感器、纽扣电池、封装盒,温度芯片传感器结合小型集成电路作为核心温度监测单元并搭接一纽扣电池形成自带电源的传感器组件,传感器组件封装在密闭的封装盒内,封装盒安装在万向节的十字轴的毛坯面中心,温度芯片传感器采集温度信号并通过无线射频传出到安装在万向节附近的信号接收器,信号接收器有线连接到卡车自带电源上进行工作。
所述封装盒通过螺纹连接十字轴毛坯面中心孔。
所述温度芯片传感器周期性采集实车运行中十字轴心部温度以提高纽扣电池工作寿命。
所述封装盒材料为塑料和尼龙。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过采用接触式自带电源传感器组件实现对实车用十字轴万向节轴承内温度实时监测并在超过阈值后自动报警,对万向节传动轴寿命实时监控,克服了实车工作环境差和安装空间小的不利影响,从而有效避免因万向节磨损失效造成的汽车交通事故发生;传感器自带电源供给且低功耗;无线信号无损发射无屏蔽;传感器组件固定且体积小;温度信号有效接收和信息反馈预警等;在不改变万向节十字轴尺寸、不影响万向节运动状态的情况下解决了实车用十字轴万向节寿命监测技术难题。

下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:
实施例:如附图所示,这种十字轴万向节温度预警传感器,主要包括温度芯片传感器8、纽扣电池9、封装盒10,温度芯片传感器8结合小型集成电路作为核心温度监测单元并搭接一纽扣电池9形成自带电源的传感器组件,传感器组件封装在密闭的封装盒10内,封装盒10通过螺纹11安装在万向节的十字轴1的毛坯面中心孔,这样传感器组件布置在金属件外面,可有效防止无线射频信号被屏蔽或削弱。封装盒10材料为塑料和尼龙。既能通过无线射频信号,又能防止外界泥水、灰尘、油污等不利环境的侵入。温度芯片传感器8采集温度信号并通过无线射频传出到安装在万向节附近的信号接收器,信号接收器有线连接到卡车自带24V电源上进行工作。温度芯片传感器8周期性采集实车运行中十字轴1心部温度以提高纽扣电池9工作寿命。
本发明测得十字轴1心部温度处于设定温度或以上范围时,经过运算器运算得到十字轴1端部辐射温度超标,此时信号接收器将发射预警信号告知驾驶人员进行停车检修或更换十字轴万向节。
可以理解的是,对本领域技术人员来说,对本发明的技术方案及发明构思加以等同替换或改变都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种十字轴万向节温度预警传感器,其特征在于:主要包括温度芯片传感器(8)、纽扣电池(9)、封装盒(10),温度芯片传感器(8)结合小型集成电路作为核心温度监测单元并搭接一纽扣电池(9)形成自带电源的传感器组件,传感器组件封装在密闭的封装盒(10)内,封装盒(10)安装在万向节的十字轴(1)的毛坯面中心,温度芯片传感器(8)采集温度信号并通过无线射频传出到安装在万向节附近的信号接收器,信号接收器有线连接到卡车自带电源上进行工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的十字轴万向节温度预警传感器,其特征在于:所述封装盒(10)通过螺纹(11)连接十字轴(1)毛坯面中心孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的十字轴万向节温度预警传感器,其特征在于:所述温度芯片传感器(8)周期性采集实车运行中十字轴(1)心部温度以提高纽扣电池(9)工作寿命。
4.根据权利要求1所述的十字轴万向节温度预警传感器,其特征在于:所述封装盒(10)材料为塑料和尼龙。
