A multi-steam cylinder fabric drying control method, said multi-steam cylinder comprising at least 8 steam cylinders (1), each steam cylinder (1) introducing steam in a steam header (4) into the steam cylinder (1) through a respective steam branch (1-1), characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:
a. A control valve (2) with an on-off function is respectively arranged on each steam branch pipe (1-1), and the control valve (2) is controlled by an electric controller (3);
b. Operating the steam drying cylinder drying equipment, wherein the electric controller (3) opens the control valve (2), and steam enters the steam drying cylinder (1) to heat the steam drying cylinder;
c. The electric controller (3) collects the moisture content or the cloth cover temperature or the steam drying cylinder temperature of the drying fabric and compares the moisture content or the cloth cover temperature or the steam drying cylinder temperature with the moisture content range or the cloth cover temperature range or the steam drying cylinder temperature range required by the fabric process, when the moisture content of the drying fabric is smaller than the lower limit of the moisture content range required by the process or the cloth cover temperature, the steam drying cylinder temperature is larger than the cloth cover temperature range required by the process or the upper limit of the steam drying cylinder temperature range, the electric controller (3) closes at least one control valve (2),
C1, if the moisture content of the dried fabric is still smaller than the lower limit of the moisture content range required by the process or the cloth cover temperature, and the steam drying cylinder temperature is still larger than the upper limit of the cloth cover temperature range required by the process or the steam drying cylinder temperature range, the electric controller (3) continuously closes at least one control valve (2) and repeats the steps until the moisture content of the dried fabric or the cloth cover temperature or the steam drying cylinder temperature is within the moisture content range required by the process or the cloth cover temperature range or the steam drying cylinder temperature range;
And c2, if the moisture content of the dried fabric is larger than the upper limit of the moisture content range required by the process or the cloth cover temperature, the steam drying cylinder temperature is smaller than the cloth cover temperature range required by the process or the lower limit of the steam drying cylinder temperature range, the electric controller (3) opens at least one control valve (2) and repeats the steps until the moisture content of the dried fabric or the cloth cover temperature or the steam drying cylinder temperature is within the moisture content range required by the process or the cloth cover temperature range or the steam drying cylinder temperature range.
2. The multi-steam cylinder fabric drying control method of claim 1, wherein: in step c, the electric controller (3) closes one or both of the two or three control valves (2); in step c1, the electric controller (3) continues to close one or simultaneously two or three control valves (2).
3. The multi-steam cylinder fabric drying control method of claim 1, wherein: in step c2, the electric controller (3) opens one or both of the two or three control valves (2).
