The air conditioner protection device provided by the invention can be applied to air conditioners, humidifiers and other electrical appliances. When the air conditioner protection device in the embodiment is applied to an air conditioner, the mounting plate 1 is a shell of the air conditioner. As shown in fig. 9, a fan 4 and a wind sweeping blade 5 are also arranged in the casing of the air conditioner; the wind sweeping blades 5 are arranged in the air outlet 11, and the protective net 2 is positioned between the fan 4 and the wind sweeping blades 5. That is, due to the protective net 2, the user's hand cannot enter the air conditioner housing from the air outlet 11, and the user cannot accidentally touch the fan 4 and be injured.
The protection net 2 is generally made of a metal material or plastic, and the protection net 2 made of metal or plastic is deformed after being pressed to some extent for the convenience of installation. That is, the first fixing bar 211 or the second fixing bar 212 may be slightly bent at the time of installation so as to be inserted into the fixing hole 12, and thus, the protection net 2 may be fixed without using a screw, and the assembly is simple, which is advantageous to improve the production efficiency.
Furthermore, the number of transverse strips 21 and longitudinal strips 22 is sufficient to prevent fingers from reaching the fan 4 from the outlet mouth 11. In this embodiment, there are 7 transverse strips 21 and 10 longitudinal strips 22. Because the protection net 2 can be deformed to a certain extent, fingers extend into the protection net 2 from the air outlet 11, and the protection net 2 protrudes towards the fan 4, so that the safety risk also exists. Therefore, a hook plate 3 is provided in the outlet 11, the hook plate 3 is provided in the longitudinal direction, and the transverse strips 21 are fixed by hooks (31, 32, 33), thereby further fixing the protection net 2. Of course, the hook plates 3 may also be arranged in the transverse direction, and the longitudinal strips 22 are fixed by the hooks (31, 32, 33) to further fix the protection net 2, so as to prevent the fingers from pressing the protection net 2 to deform toward the fan 4, which may cause safety accidents.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the hook plate 3 is located at the air outlet 11 and is disposed along the longitudinal direction, and the hook plate 3 is located on one side of the protection net 2 facing the air outlet direction of the air outlet 11; the hooks (31, 32, 33) can pass through the protection net 2 and hook the transverse strips 21.
Specifically, since the hook plate 3 is located on one side of the protective net 2 facing the air outlet direction of the air outlet 11, the protective net 2 cannot be detached from one side of the air outlet direction of the air outlet 11, thereby further preventing safety accidents caused by mistaken detachment of the protective net 2. When the installation is carried out, the protective net 2 can be installed on the installation plate 1 firstly, and then the air conditioner protective device is installed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the plurality of hooks at least comprises: the locking device comprises a first hook 31 and a second hook 32, wherein the opening direction of the first hook 31 is opposite to the opening direction of the second hook 32. For example, the opening direction of the first hook 31 is downward, and the opening direction of the second hook 32 is upward, then the two hooks cooperate to define the degrees of freedom of the protection net 2 both upward and downward.
In this embodiment, there are three hooks, namely, the first hook 31, the second hook 32 and the third hook 33, and the opening direction of the third hook 33 is upward.
More specifically, the opening of the first hook 31 is opposite to the opening of the second hook 32. Of course, the opening of the first hook 31 and the opening of the second hook 32 may be disposed away from each other, and preferably, the opening of the first hook 31 is opposite to the opening of the second hook 32, so as to facilitate installation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a limiting rod 221 extends from a first end of the longitudinal bar 22, and the limiting rod 221 bends toward the air outlet direction of the air outlet 11; the mounting plate 1 is provided with a limit plate 14 matched with the limit rod 221.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, since the hook plate 3 is located on one side of the protective net 2 facing the air outlet direction of the air outlet 11, if the protective net 2 moves toward the air outlet direction, the hook plate 3 blocks the movement of the protective net 2, that is, the hook plate 3 limits the degree of freedom of the protective net 2 along the air outlet direction, a user cannot take out the protective net 2 from the outside of the air conditioner housing (i.e., the mounting plate 1) through the air outlet, and only can take out the protective net from the inside of the air conditioner housing after detaching the entire air conditioner housing (i.e., the mounting plate 1). The limiting rod 221 is bent towards the air outlet direction (as shown in fig. 4, 9 and 10), the limiting plate 14 is provided with a limiting groove matched with the limiting rod 221, the limiting rod 221 is located in the limiting groove, and the limiting plate 14 limits the degree of freedom of the limiting rod 221 away from the air outlet direction. Therefore, the hook plate 3 together with the limit plate 14 can further fix the upper end of the protection net 2. Of course, here, the restriction of the restriction plate 14 is releasable, that is, the releasing process, that is, the process of detachment of the protection net 2. By lifting the protection net 2 upwards to enable the transverse strip 21 to be separated from the second clamping hook 32, the transverse strip 21 can be pressed to enable the transverse strip 21 to be deformed so as to be separated from the second clamping hook 32 when necessary, then the protection net 2 is put down to enable the transverse strip 21 to be separated from the first clamping hook 31, at the moment, the limiting rod 221 is also separated from the limiting groove of the limiting plate 14, and therefore the protection net 2 can be detached.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 7, 9 and 10, the second end of the longitudinal bar 22 is bent toward the air outlet direction of the air outlet 11 to form a bent portion 222; the transverse strips 21 connected with the second ends of the longitudinal strips 22 are bent to form a plurality of protrusions 213, and the mounting plate 1 is provided with clamping grooves 13 matched with the protrusions 213.
Specifically, the lower end of the protection net 2 is fixed by the protrusion 213 and the card slot 13 in a fitting manner. The transverse strip 21 connected to the second end of the longitudinal strip 22, i.e. the transverse strip 21 located at the lowest position, is not linear, but is bent several times to form a protrusion 213, and the protrusion 213 is in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid. Specifically, the longitudinal strips 22 include: a longitudinal strip body 223 and a bending part 222 connected with the longitudinal strip 22 body. The protruding direction of the protrusion 213 is parallel to the bending portion 222.

Specifically, the parallel portion 212a may be inserted into the fixing hole 12, and the parallel portion 212a is connected to the transverse bar 21 by the connecting portion 212b, so as to deform the second fixing bar 212, specifically, the connecting bar, thereby inserting the parallel portion 212a into the fixing hole 12.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the air conditioner further includes: a fan 4 and a wind-sweeping blade 5; the wind sweeping blades 5 are arranged in the air outlet 11, and the protective net 2 is positioned between the fan 4 and the wind sweeping blades 5. That is, the protection net 2 is hidden between the fan 4 and the wind sweeping blade 5, and the protection net 2 is not easily seen from the outside of the air conditioner, so that the installation compatibility of the protection net 2 and the installation plate 1 is improved.

The air conditioner protection device of claim 4, wherein the second end of the longitudinal bar is bent towards the air outlet direction of the air outlet to form a bending part; and the transverse strip connected with the second end of the longitudinal strip is bent to form a plurality of bulges, and the mounting plate is provided with a clamping groove matched with the bulges.
