Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡,它是人们日常生活中的常用照明元件,其结构由导电灯头、灯座、灯源、灯罩和LED驱动电路板等构成,主要是将插拔式灯源结构中的两个导电插脚之间设置一个尺寸间距为12.8mn的插脚间距,该插脚间距既能使导电插脚快速、可靠的进行插拔连接,又能兼顾导电插脚插接后的导电稳定性和使用安全性,在实际使用过程中能取得较好的使用效果,极大满足了消费者的选购使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明元件中的LED灯泡结构,具体的说是指一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡。
背景技术
LED灯泡是日常生活中常用的照明元件,它具有发光效率高、节能省电、回收环保、使用寿命长等优点,已经逐渐取代了传统的钨丝白炽灯泡和荧光灯泡,LED灯泡的结构主要是由导电灯头、灯座、灯源、灯罩和LED驱动电路板等构成,导电灯头通过卡接结构或螺纹连接结构安装在灯头座上,即可形成导电并使灯源发光以照亮周边环境。目前,为了使用更加灵活和方便,也有在LED灯泡的灯源与灯座之间采用可卸式的插拔连接结构,如在灯源的灯源座底面设置两个导电插脚用于快速插拔并导电,故在两个导电插脚之间就会形成插脚间距,由于LED灯泡的选用规格很多,各个灯泡生产厂家的插脚间距设计尺寸都有所不同,而插脚间距的选用又是非常重要的,它不仅会影响到插拔结构的连接可靠性,也会影响到导电插脚在插接时的导电稳定性和使用安全性。因此,确定一个合适的插脚间距也已经成为消费者的迫切需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种插拔连接可靠、导电稳定性好、使用安全的一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡。
本发明的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡,包括导电灯头、安装在导电灯头上的灯座、安装在灯座上的插脚座、安装在插脚座上的灯源、安装在灯座上并将灯源封闭在内的灯罩、及安装在导电灯头和灯座内的LED驱动电路板;所述的灯源包括灯源座和发光体;所述的灯源座底面设有两根导电插脚,每根导电插脚均与所述发光体作电路连接;所述的插脚座上设有两个插孔,每个插孔内均设有与所述LED驱动电路板作电路连接的导电插套;所述的两个导电插脚分别可卸式配插在两个插孔内,并与导电插套形成导电,所述的两个导电插脚之间形成插脚间距a,该插脚间距a=12.8mm。
所述的灯座顶面设有供所述灯源座配装的安装槽,所述的插脚座设置在该安装槽的槽底。
所述的发光体是由多棱柱铝基板、及圆周围合在多棱柱铝基板每一侧棱面和顶面的LED发光板构成的多棱柱体。
与现有技术相比,本发明主要是将插拔式灯源结构中的两个导电插脚之间设置一个尺寸间距为12.8mm的插脚间距,该插脚间距既能使导电插脚快速、可靠的进行插拔连接,又能兼顾导电插脚插接后的导电稳定性和使用安全性,在实际使用过程中能取得较好的使用效果,极大满足了消费者的选购使用。

具体实施方式
下面将按上述附图对本发明实施例再作详细说明。
如图广图7所示,1.导电灯头、2.灯座套、3.LED驱动电路板、4.灯座、41.连接槽、42.安装槽、5.插脚座、51.插孔、6.灯罩、61.连接环、7.内罩、71.扣槽、8.灯源、81.发光体、811.LED发光板、82.灯源座、821.扣块、83.导电插脚、9.导电插套。
一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡,如图1、图2所示,它是人们日常生活中的常用照明元件,其结构主要是由导电灯头1、灯座套2、灯座4、灯源8、灯罩6和LED驱动电路板3等构成。
所述的导电灯头1安装在电路结构中的灯头座(图中未示)上,它具有各种连接规格标准,并能根据实际安装需要而设计为卡接式连接结构或外螺纹连接结构;所述的灯座套2和灯座4均设为内部上、下贯通的中空结构,该灯座套2采用陶瓷类绝缘材料制成,灯座4采用铝合金制成;所述的灯座4、灯座套2和导电灯头1依次连接固定成一体。
所述的灯座4顶面是一个圆形面,灯座顶面外围设有一个以圆形面的圆心为中心的环状连接槽41,在该连接槽的外侧槽壁上设有内螺纹;所述的灯座4顶面的圆心处设有向上延伸并高于连接槽41的圆形安装槽42,该安装槽的槽底设置一个与安装槽42紧配并以胶水粘贴固定的插脚座5,该插脚座如图7所示采用塑料类的绝缘材料制成,在插脚座5上设有两个插孔51,并在每个插孔51内均设有紧配安装的铜制导电插套9。
所述的LED驱动电路板3设置在由导电灯头1、灯座套2、灯座4和插脚座5所围合而成的封闭式内部空腔内,该LED驱动电路板3分别与导电灯头1、两个导电插套9形成电路连接导通。
所述的灯源8如图6所示,它是由连接一体的灯源座82和发光体81构成,该灯源座82也采用铝合金制成,其可卸式配装在灯座4顶面的安装槽42内,在灯源座82的底面设有两根外露的铜制导电插脚83,这两根导电插脚之间形成如图5所示的插脚间距a=12.8mm,插脚间距a是指两根导电插脚83的轴心线之间连线的间距距离,两根导电插脚83与发光体81之间作电路连接;当灯源座82配装到灯座4的安装槽42内后,两个导电插脚83就能可卸式配插在两个插孔51内,并分别与导电插套9形成导电。同时,这两个导电插脚83与两个插孔51之间在作配插时可无需再作任何定位,这是由于该LED灯泡可将内部电路结构进行改进调整,使得两个导电插脚83可无视正、反位置即可配插在插孔51内,并且都能实现正常导电连通。
导电插脚83与插孔51之间的可卸式插拔连接既方便了LED灯泡在灯源8或灯座4内的部件产生损坏后能及时进行更换,从而无需再报废整支LED灯泡,极大降低了使用成本,减少浪费,又能将各种规格标准的灯源8和灯座4上的导电灯头1进行合理、灵活的组合使用,方便了消费者选购,使用更加方便。
所述的发光体81是由安装在灯源座82上的多棱柱铝基板、及圆周围合在该多棱柱铝基板的每一侧棱面和顶面的LED发光板811构成,两者之间采用先进的C0B硅晶片集成用法技术,直接将多个LH)发光板811绑定在铝基板上,能充分利用铝基板的导热性,使得内部温度更好调节,从而降低LED发光板811的芯片温度、延长使用寿命。同时,根据实际使用需要可将发光体81设计为正三棱柱体或正四棱柱体或正五棱柱体或正六棱柱体,这种多面体棱柱结构的发光体81能突破LED发光板811本身固有结构的限制,由平面式照明改成360°立体照明,极大提高发光体81的照射方向和照射角度,也能有效消除照明暗区、增强照明效果。
所述的灯源座82上设有将发光体81封闭在内的内罩7,该内罩采用透明玻璃或透明塑料等材料制成为透明内罩,在互相接触的内罩7内壁与灯源座82外壁上分别设有如图3、图4所示呈环状的、可卸式扣合连接的扣槽71和扣块821,方便内罩7与灯源座82的连接或拆卸。
所述的灯罩6是一个采用玻璃或塑料制成的透明灯罩或磨砂灯罩,其外形根据实际使用需要设计为球型、蜡烛型或其它各种物体造型。所述的灯罩6底面外围设有固定安装的连接环61,该连接环为塑料类绝缘材料制成,在其外圆周面上设有外螺纹,该连接环61通过外螺纹与灯座4顶面的连接槽41的内螺纹作螺纹旋紧连接,并将灯源8封闭在内,螺纹连接方便灯罩6与灯座4之间的连接或拆卸。

Claims (3)
1.一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡,包括导电灯头(1)、安装在导电灯头上的灯座(4)、安装在灯座上的插脚座(5)、安装在插脚座(5)上的灯源(8)、安装在灯座(4)上并将灯源(8)封闭在内的灯罩(6)、及安装在导电灯头(1)和灯座(4)内的LED驱动电路板(3);所述的灯源(8)包括灯源座(82)和发光体(81);所述的灯源座(82)底面设有两根导电插脚(83),每根导电插脚均与所述发光体(81)作电路连接;所述的插脚座上设有两个插孔(51),每个插孔内均设有与所述LED驱动电路板(3)作电路连接的导电插套(9);所述的两个导电插脚(83)分别可卸式配插在两个插孔(51)内,并与导电插套(9)形成导电,其特征在于所述的两个导电插脚(83)之间形成插脚间距a,该插脚间距a=12.8mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的灯座(4)顶面设有供所述灯源座(82)配装的安装槽(42),所述的插脚座(5)设置在该安装槽(42)的槽底。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型灯源插拔式LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的发光体(81)是由多棱柱铝基板、及圆周围合在多棱柱铝基板每一侧棱面和顶面的LED发光板(811)构成的多棱柱体。
