Abstract

一种球阀由转轴密封圈、转轴、阀体、小阀衬、阀芯、阀衬、密封圈、阀盖组成,通过对球阀阀芯形腔的改进,即在传统阀芯圆柱通径的基础上增设了狭隘的过流通道,使得球阀流量的变化在小流量区域被放缓,狭隘过流通道为设置在阀芯过中心平面,自阀芯的一端孔口向另一端孔口斜向扩展的细槽,使得细槽切割后的剩余圆弧面旋转时仍足以封堵阀门密闭通径。并按工况调整球阀启闭角度,其流量特性比之现有球阀技术,拓展了小流量调控区间,以利于小流量变化的掌控,从而可以满足管路流动介质的换向切换,可以实现系统节流和局部范围内的流量调控。

本发明涉及一种球阀。
背景技术
球阀具有流体阻力小,结构紧凑,密封性好,操作灵活,维修方便等诸多优点,在工程中被广泛应用。目前的球阀从阀芯结构上来区别有O型和V型之分,O型球阀的阀芯为球体,结构对称,稳定性好,由阀杆或动力头带动转轴作90度的迂回运动,以实现阀门的开启或关闭。但O型球阀的流量特性曲线的斜率比较陡,对流量变化的调控不易把握,故O型球阀在管路中主要是用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向。随着阀门技术的发展,后起之秀的V型球阀则具有节流和控制流量的功能,但由于V型球阀的阀芯结构约只有四分之一球体的空心球壳,且受加工工艺、热处理、力学性能等影响的制约,故不宜用于流动介质换向切换的场合。如何融合O型、V型两种球阀的优点,人们正在进行着不懈的努力。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明对球阀阀芯的形腔作了有效的改进,并按工况调整球阀启闭角度,其流量特性比之现有球阀技术,拓展了小流量调控区间,以利于小流量变化的掌控。本发明可以满足管路流动介质的换向切换,可以实现系统节流和局部范围内的流量调控。
本发明是这样实现的,它由转轴密封圈、转轴、阀体、小阀衬、阀芯、阀衬、密封圈、阀盖组成,所述的阀体近似为中心贯通的管状零件,一端设螺纹与管子连接,另一端设螺纹与阀盖连接,阀体中心设安装小阀衬的台阶,设安装阀芯的腔体;在安装阀芯位置处,设有垂直于阀体轴线供安装转轴的阶梯孔,转轴安装孔里端的弧面锪阶梯沉孔,转轴安装孔外端设有定位台阶,设有安装动力头的凸台,凸台平面上设有供连接用的螺纹孔。所述的阀盖近似为带台阶的螺纹套管,一端外螺纹与阀体固结,孔内侧设阀衬安装台阶,另一端设内螺纹与管子连接。所述的阀芯外形呈球状,中心形腔系在传统圆柱通径的基础上增设了狭隘的过流通道,使得球阀流量的变化在小流量区域被放缓,狭隘过流通道为设置在阀芯过中心平面,自阀芯的一端孔口向另一端孔口斜向扩展的细槽,并使得细槽切割后的剩余圆弧面旋转时仍足以封堵阀门密闭通径。在阀芯过中心且垂直细槽切割平面处设一个传递转轴扭矩的凹槽。所述的转轴为阶梯轴,直径大端与阀体阶梯孔里端沉孔的肩隔吻合,端部设传递力矩的扁势;中径与阀体阶梯孔中段动配合,设有安装转轴密封圈的沟槽;另一端设有与动力头传递力矩的凹槽,若采用阀杆驱动时,则可将凹槽改成扁势或方榫。
装配:将小阀衬扣上密封圈后装入阀体,将转轴扣上转轴密封圈后从阀体腔由内向外装入转轴安装孔,使转轴端部扁势与阀体中心线平行,将阀芯装入阀体,让转轴扁势落入阀芯凹槽内,再拧上设有密封圈和阀衬的阀盖。

具体实施方式
本发明由转轴密封圈(1)、转轴(2)、阀体(3)、小阀衬(4)、阀芯(5)、阀衬(6)、密封圈(7)、阀盖(8)组成,所述的阀体(3)近似为中心贯通的管状零件,一端设螺纹与管子连接,另一端设螺纹与阀盖(8)连接,阀体(3)中心设安装小阀衬(4)的台阶,设安装阀芯(5)的腔体;在安装阀芯(5)位置处,设有垂直于阀体(3)轴线供安装转轴(2)的阶梯孔,转轴(2)安装孔里端的弧面锪阶梯沉孔,转轴(2)安装孔外端设有定位台阶,设有安装动力头的凸台,凸台平面上设有供连接用的螺纹孔。所述的阀盖(8)近似为带台阶的螺纹套管,一端外螺纹与阀体(3)固结,孔内侧设阀衬(6)安装台阶,另一端设内螺纹与管子连接。所述的阀芯(5)外形呈球状,中心形腔系在传统圆柱孔的基础上增设了狭隘的过流通道,使得球阀流量的变化在小流量区域被放缓,狭隘过流通道为设置在阀芯(5)过中心平面,自阀芯(5)的一端孔口向另一端孔口斜向扩展的细槽,并使得细槽切割后的剩余圆弧面旋转时仍足以封堵阀门密闭通径。在阀芯(5)过中心且垂直细槽切割平面处设一个传递转轴扭矩的凹槽。所述的转轴(2)为阶梯轴,直径大端与阀体(3)阶梯孔里端沉孔的肩隔吻合,端部设传递力矩的扁势;中径与阀体(3)阶梯孔中段动配合,设有安装转轴密封圈(1)的沟槽;另一端设有与动力头传递力矩的凹槽,若采用阀杆驱动时,则可将凹槽改成扁势或方榫。
装配:将小阀衬(4)扣上密封圈(7)后装入阀体(3),将转轴(2)扣上转轴密封圈(1)后从阀体(3)腔由内向外装入转轴安装孔,使转轴(2)端部扁势与阀体(3)中心线平行,将阀芯(5)装入阀体(3),让转轴(2)扁势落入阀芯(5)凹槽内,再拧上设有密封圈(7)和阀衬(6)的阀盖(8)。
