Abstract
The invention discloses a commodity shelf connector, which comprises: a male connector and a female connector, wherein the male connector comprises: a male connector body provided as a hexahedron; more than two groups of first connecting parts are arranged on any two surfaces of the male connector body; the female connector includes: a female connector body provided in a cylindrical shape; a second connecting portion provided on an end face of the female connector body; the first connecting portion is mated with the second connecting portion to connect the female connector with the male connector. The male connector provided by the invention is provided with six connecting surfaces, and can be connected with six groups of female connectors at most, so that the support rods in six directions can be connected by one connector, and the stability of the commodity shelf is enhanced.

In daily life, people use various removable storage racks, and the storage racks generally comprise a support rod, a support plate and a connector for connecting the support rod and the support plate into a whole.
The existing connector is generally provided with a pair of clamping bodies and clamping sleeves, is suitable for fixing the supporting rods and supporting plate members in one direction, and if the size of the storage rack is large or the number of layers is large, the storage rack needs to be expanded in other directions to expand the capacity of the storage rack, and is generally realized by additionally installing the connector on the supporting rods in the prior art.

As a further improvement of the invention, a first bump is arranged at the geometric center of the first connecting part, a first boss is arranged at the geometric center of the second connecting part, a first groove with the same shape as the first bump is arranged at the geometric center of the first boss, and the first bump can be clamped in the first groove. The female connector and the male connector can be connected by clamping the first protruding block into the first groove, and the female connector and the male connector are convenient to install and detach.

The male connector body 1, the first connecting portion 2, the female connector body 3 and the second connecting portion 4 may be made of plastic.
In use, the connector can be assembled according to the actual shape of the shelf, for example, the connector used at four corners of the shelf should be provided with three first connecting portions 2, and the three first connecting portions are provided on three adjacent faces, the connector used at edges of the shelf should be provided with four first connecting portions 2, and the four first connecting portions 2 are provided on four adjacent faces.
Based on the arrangement of the structure, the male connector is provided with six connecting surfaces, and can be connected with six groups of female connectors at most, so that the support rods in six directions can be connected by one connector, and the stability of the commodity shelf is enhanced.
Further, the geometric center of the first connecting portion 2 is provided with a first bump 21, the geometric center of the second connecting portion 4 is provided with a first boss 41, the geometric center of the first boss 41 is provided with a first groove 42 in the shape consistent with that of the first bump 21, and the first bump 21 can be clamped in the first groove 42. The female connector and the male connector can be connected by clamping the first protruding block 21 into the first groove 42, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.

Preferably, the number of the third grooves 52 is the same as the number of the first protrusions 21, and the inner diameter of the circular protection cover 5 is equal to the outer diameter of the first base 24.
Further, at least one notch 25 is provided on the edge of the first base 23, and the edge of the protective cover 5 is provided with identification pieces 53 with the number identical to that of the notches 25. By the engagement of the notch 25 with the tab 53, the first connecting portion 2 and the second connecting portion 4 can be aligned quickly.
Further, the side of the female connector body 3 is provided with an opening 31, the opening 31 is connected with a clamping member 6, the clamping member 6 is provided with a buckle 61, and the buckle 61 is provided with a guiding bevel along the buckling direction. The other end of the female connector body is used for connecting a support rod of the storage rack, and when the female connector is clamped in the support rod, the clamping component 6 has a reaction force extruded towards the support rod, so that the clamping component 6 can strengthen the connection between the female connector and the support rod.
For ease of installation, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present invention further includes: the auxiliary part 7 is clamped outside the clamping part 6, and a third projection 71 for extruding the buckle is arranged inside the auxiliary part 7. In use, the auxiliary member 7 is used to press the buckle 61 downwards, and when the buckle 61 starts to be sleeved in the support rod, the auxiliary member can be released.

the first connecting part is matched with the second connecting part so as to connect the female connector with the male connector;
the geometric center position of the first connecting part is provided with a first lug, the geometric center position of the second connecting part is provided with a first boss, the geometric center position of the first boss is provided with a first groove with the same shape as the first lug, and the first lug can be clamped in the first groove;
the outer side of the first lug is provided with more than two groups of second lugs in a surrounding mode, the outer side of the first lug is provided with second lug bosses in a surrounding mode, the positions of the second lug bosses correspond to those of the second lug bosses, the number of the second lug bosses is equal to that of the second lug bosses, the second lug bosses are provided with second grooves which are consistent with the shape of the second lug bosses, and the second lug bosses can be clamped in the second grooves;
the first connecting part comprises a round first base;
the second connecting part comprises a round second base;
the first base is clamped in the second base, and the outer diameter of the first base is equal to the inner diameter of the second base;
the shelf connector further comprises:
the circular protective cover is sleeved on the first base;
the edge of the first base is provided with at least one notch, and the edge of the round protective cover is provided with identification pieces with the same number as the notches.
2. The shelf connector of claim 1, wherein:
the first connecting portion is provided with a first cavity for setting the first lug and the second lug, and the second connecting portion is provided with a second cavity for setting the first boss and the second boss.
3. The shelf connector of claim 1, wherein: the inner side of the protective cover is provided with a third boss, and a third groove is formed in the third boss, so that the first lug is clamped in the third groove.
