Abstract
The invention discloses a low VOC mixed spray adhesive, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of water-based spray adhesive emulsion with the solid content of 30-35%; 20-30 parts of resin; span 60 or span 803-10 parts; the flame-retardant organic solvent is added to 100 parts by weight. The invention relates to the field of spray glue, which has low content of organic solvent, can be sprayed by a conventional spray gun and has similar performance to oil spray glue. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the spray glue.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spray glue, in particular to low-VOC mixed spray glue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The spray glue is divided into oil spray glue and water spray glue, the oil spray glue and the water spray glue respectively have advantages and defects, the oil spray glue is easy to spray, the initial viscosity performance is good, but the VOC discharge is large, the water spray glue is good in environmental protection, but the spray is inconvenient, and a special spray gun is needed.
The applicant's prior application ZL201710363362.0 discloses an aging-resistant and hardening-resistant two-component aqueous spray adhesive comprising a component a and a component B, wherein: the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 39-41 parts of water-based chloroprene rubber emulsion, 30-40 parts of acrylic emulsion, 7-9 parts of water-based terpene tackifying resin and 2-10 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of rosin resin, 1-5 parts of isocyanate, 1-3 parts of fumed silica and 30-40 parts of deionized water.
CN201610375153.3 discloses a multipurpose spray adhesive, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: SBR rubber, dimethyl carbonate, disproportionated rosin, ethyl acetate, tackifying resin, polyvinyl alcohol with the number average molecular weight of 16000-;
both have their advantage, the main problem of solving of this scheme lies in: a spray adhesive is provided which combines a resin and an aqueous resin and which is expected to reduce VOC levels while being operable with conventional spray guns.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a low-VOC mixed spray adhesive and a preparation method thereof, the spray adhesive has low organic solvent content, can be sprayed by a conventional spray gun, and has similar performance to that of an oily spray adhesive.
The specific scheme of the invention is as follows: the low-VOC mixed spray adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
25-35 parts of water-based spray adhesive emulsion with the solid content of 30-35%;
20-30 parts of resin;
span 60 or span 803-10 parts;
the flame-retardant organic solvent is added to 100 parts by weight.
In the low-VOC mixed spray adhesive, the resin is one or more of SBS1401, SBS1301, terpene resin, hydrogenated petroleum resin, polymerized rosin and disproportionated rosin.
In the low VOC mixed spray glue, the aqueous spray glue emulsion comprises aqueous neoprene latex, acrylic emulsion, aqueous terpene tackifying resin and a proper amount of emulsifier.
In the low VOC mixed spray glue, the aqueous spray glue emulsion comprises 39-41 parts by weight of aqueous chloroprene rubber emulsion, 30-40 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion, 7-9 parts by weight of aqueous terpene tackifying resin and 2-10 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
In the low VOC mixed spray glue, the flame retardant organic solvent is dichloromethane or tetrachloromethane.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the low VOC mixed spray adhesive, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving and dispersing span 60 or span 80 and resin into a flame-retardant organic solvent;
step 2: slowly adding the aqueous spray glue emulsion into the step 1 under the condition of stirring, and stirring to form a stable emulsion.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:
the resin and the water-based emulsion are compounded, so that the using amount of an organic solvent is reduced, and meanwhile, the flame-retardant organic solvent is used as a solvent phase, so that a better flame-retardant effect can be achieved, and the performance of the flame-retardant organic solvent is similar to that of the oily spray glue.
In order to improve the stability of the system, a water-in-oil emulsifier is adopted as a main emulsifier, an oil-in-water emulsifier is adopted as a water-based spray emulsion as an auxiliary emulsifier, and the stability of the system under the condition that the water-based spray emulsion and resin coexist is improved through compounding.

Example 1
The low-VOC mixed spray adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of water-based spray adhesive emulsion with the solid content of 30-35 percent;
20 parts of resin;
605 parts of span;
dichloromethane was added to 100 parts.
Wherein the resin is SBS1401, terpene resin, polymerized rosin and hydrogenated petroleum resin, and the weight ratio is: 1:1:2:1.
The aqueous spray-glue emulsion is the same as the component A of ZL201710363362.0 in example 1.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving and dispersing span 60 and resin into a flame-retardant organic solvent;
step 2: slowly adding the aqueous spray glue emulsion into the step 1 under the condition of stirring, and stirring to form a stable emulsion.
Example 2
The low-VOC mixed spray adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
35 parts of water-based spray adhesive emulsion with the solid content of 30-35%;
25 parts of resin;
808 parts of span;
dichloromethane was added to 100 parts.
Wherein the resin is SBS1401, terpene resin, polymerized rosin and hydrogenated petroleum resin, and the weight ratio is: 2:1:2:1.
The aqueous spray-glue emulsion is the same as the component A of ZL201710363362.0 in example 2.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving and dispersing span 80 and resin into a flame-retardant organic solvent;
step 2: slowly adding the aqueous spray glue emulsion into the step 1 under the condition of stirring, and stirring to form a stable emulsion.
Example 3
The low-VOC mixed spray adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of water-based spray adhesive emulsion with the solid content of 30-35 percent;
28 parts of resin;
807 parts of span;
dichloromethane was added to 100 parts.
Wherein the resin is SBS1301, terpene resin, polymerized rosin and disproportionated rosin resin, and the weight ratio is: 1:1:1:2.
The aqueous spray-glue emulsion is the same as the component A of ZL201710363362.0 in example 2.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving and dispersing span 80 and resin into a flame-retardant organic solvent;
step 2: slowly adding the aqueous spray glue emulsion into the step 1 under the condition of stirring, and stirring to form a stable emulsion.
Example 4
The low-VOC mixed spray adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
35 parts of water-based spray adhesive emulsion with the solid content of 30-35%;
20 parts of resin;
603 parts of span;
dichloromethane was added to 100 parts.
Wherein the resin is SBS1301, terpene resin, polymerized rosin and disproportionated rosin resin, and the weight ratio is: 1:1:2:1.
The aqueous spray-glue emulsion is the same as ZL201710363362.0 component A of example 3.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving and dispersing span 60 and resin into a flame-retardant organic solvent;
step 2: slowly adding the aqueous spray glue emulsion into the step 1 under the condition of stirring, and stirring to form a stable emulsion.
Example 5
The low-VOC mixed spray adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
28 parts of water-based spray adhesive emulsion with the solid content of 30-35%;
29 parts of resin;
606 parts of span;
dichloromethane was added to 100 parts.
Wherein the resin is SBS1301, terpene resin, polymerized rosin and disproportionated rosin resin, and the weight ratio is: 1:1:1:1.
The aqueous spray-glue emulsion is the same as ZL201710363362.0 component A of example 4.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving and dispersing span 60 and resin into a flame-retardant organic solvent;
step 2: slowly adding the aqueous spray glue emulsion into the step 1 under the condition of stirring, and stirring to form a stable emulsion.
Performance testing
1. Initial adhesion peel strength test: a test piece of an aluminum alloy (LY12-CZ) having a dimension of width x thickness x length (25 + -0.5) mm x (2 + -0.3) mm x (200 + -1) mm, a test piece of a canvas conforming to GB/T2909 having a dimension of width x length (25 + -0.5) mm x (230 + -1) mm. And (3) uniformly spraying glue on the treated 200mm bonding surfaces of the aluminum alloy test piece and the canvas test piece by using a spray gun, wherein the glue is used in an amount of 3g +/-0.5 g, airing for 5min after uniform spraying, and bonding by aligning to the bonding position. Applying pressure of 0.4MPa to the bonding part for 5 min. After pressure relief, the test piece is naturally aired for 30min, then the aluminum alloy test piece is clamped on the fixed chuck, the long end of the canvas test piece which is not glued is bent 180 degrees and clamped on the lower chuck. Starting the tester to make the chuck peel the test piece at the speed of (100 +/-5) mm/min, wherein the effective peeling length is above 125 mm. The initial adhesion peel strength σ (KN/m) was automatically determined by a testing machine.
2. Dry heat resistance test: refer to GB T27561-2011 styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) adhesive, section 5.7.2 spray drying heat resistance test.

4. Final adhesion peel strength test: a test piece of an aluminum alloy (LY12-CZ) having a dimension of width x thickness x length (25 + -0.5) mm x (2 + -0.3) mm x (200 + -1) mm, a test piece of a canvas conforming to GB/T2909 having a dimension of width x length (25 + -0.5) mm x (230 + -1) mm. And (3) uniformly spraying glue on the treated 200mm bonding surfaces of the aluminum alloy test piece and the canvas test piece by using a spray gun, wherein the glue is used in an amount of 3g +/-0.5 g, airing for 5min after uniform spraying, and bonding by aligning to the bonding position. Applying pressure of 0.4MPa to the bonding part for 5 min. After pressure relief, the test piece is naturally aired for 48h, then the aluminum alloy test piece is clamped on the fixed chuck, the long end of the canvas test piece which is not glued is bent 180 degrees, and the canvas test piece is clamped on the lower chuck. Starting the tester to make the chuck peel the test piece at the speed of (100 +/-5) mm/min, wherein the effective peeling length is above 125 mm. The final adhesion peel strength σ (KN/m) was automatically determined by a testing machine.

Through the tests, the fact that the compounding of the resin and the water-based glue spraying emulsion is completely feasible in the practical application process can be found, although the organic solvent is not completely removed in the scheme, the use amount of the organic solvent is effectively reduced from the practical application perspective, the performance of the organic solvent can completely meet the performance requirement of oil-based glue spraying, and the organic solvent-based glue spraying emulsion has the advantages of quick drying, heat resistance and high peeling strength.
Simultaneously, this scheme spout gluey need not special spray gun, adopts ordinary spray gun can operate.

the resin is one or more of SBS1401, SBS1301, terpene resin, hydrogenated petroleum resin, polymerized rosin and disproportionated rosin, the water-based glue-spraying emulsion comprises 39-41 parts by weight of water-based chloroprene rubber emulsion, 30-40 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion, 7-9 parts by weight of water-based terpene tackifying resin and 2-10 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and the flame-retardant organic solvent is dichloromethane;
the preparation process comprises the following steps:
step 1: dissolving and dispersing span 60 or span 80 and resin into a flame-retardant organic solvent;
step 2: slowly adding the aqueous spray glue emulsion into the step 1 under the condition of stirring, and stirring to form a stable emulsion.
