Abstract
本发明提出了一种除尘器连续回收装置,其组成包括:旋风分离器,在旋风分离器下方与收尘罐连通,收尘罐与螺旋输送机的前端连通,螺旋输送机后端与混料器的上端连通,在旋风分离器与收尘罐之间设置进料用的星型下料器,收尘罐与螺旋输送机之间设置一个出料用的星型下料器,星型下料器将旋风分离器以及收尘罐中的粉尘及时排出又保证整个除尘系统的密闭。其有益效果是:本发明通过设置收尘罐以及星型下料器、螺旋输送机可以将收集到的酚醛树脂粉尘重新回收利用;星型下料器结构紧凑,造型美观,使用方便,运转平稳,噪音低;螺旋输送机与混料器密闭连通,可以有效防止粉料再次扬尘。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及酚醛树脂生产中的除尘装置,特别是指一种除尘器连续回收装置。
背景技术
固体酚醛树脂为黄色、透明、无定形块状物质,因含有游离酚而呈微红色,实体的比重平均1.7左右,易溶于醇,不溶于水,对水、弱酸、弱碱溶液稳定。由苯酚和甲醛在催化剂条件下缩聚、经中和、水洗而制成的树脂。因选用催化剂的不同,可分为热固性和热塑性两类。酚醛树脂具有良好的耐酸性能、力学性能、耐热性能,广泛应用于防腐蚀工程、胶粘剂、阻燃材料、砂轮片制造等行业。
酚醛树脂在磨粉过程中会产生粉尘,一般通过旋风除尘器除尘。除尘器收满后,需要打开除尘器,将回收的树脂粉放出重新回收利用;但是此种回收方式效率低下,在重新放回时,还会造成二次扬尘污染。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中存在的问题,提出一种除尘器连续回收装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的: 一种除尘器连续回收装置,其组成包括:旋风分离器,星型下料器,在所述旋风分离器下方与收尘罐连通,所述收尘罐与螺旋输送机的前端连通,所述螺旋输送机后端与混料器的上端连通,在所述旋风分离器与所述收尘罐之间还设有所述星型下料器,所述收尘罐与所述螺旋输送机之间也设有所述星型下料器。
所述螺旋输送机与所述混料器之间密闭连通。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置收尘罐以及星型下料器、螺旋输送机可以将收集到的酚醛树脂粉尘重新回收利用;星型下料器结构紧凑,造型美观,使用方便,运转平稳,噪音低;螺旋输送机与混料器密闭连通,可以有效防止粉料再次扬尘。

如图1所示一种除尘器连续回收装置,其组成包括:旋风分离器1,星型下料器,在旋风分离器1下方与收尘罐3连通,收尘罐3与螺旋输送机4的前端连通,螺旋输送机4后端与混料器5的上端连通,在旋风分离器1与收尘罐3之间设置进料用的星型下料器2,收尘罐3与螺旋输送机4之间设置一个出料用的星型下料器2,星型下料器2将旋风分离器1以及收尘罐3中的粉尘及时排出又保证整个除尘系统的密闭。
螺旋输送机4与混料器5之间密闭连通,可以有效防止粉料再次扬尘。
在旋风分离器1下方设置星型下料器2和螺旋输送机4,通过星型下料器2实现连续进料和出料以及螺旋输送机4的连续送料,将回收的粉尘连续不断的送回混料器5中,在混料器5中均匀混合后,出料包装。

1.一种除尘器连续回收装置,其组成包括:旋风分离器,星型下料器,其特征在于:在所述旋风分离器下方与收尘罐连通,所述收尘罐与螺旋输送机的前端连通,所述螺旋输送机后端与混料器的上端连通,在所述旋风分离器与所述收尘罐之间还设有所述星型下料器,所述收尘罐与所述螺旋输送机之间也设有所述星型下料器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除尘器连续回收装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋输送机与所述混料器之间密闭连通。
