Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨PVC复合地板，包括PVC面板层，所述PVC面板层表面设有超强耐磨层，所述PVC面板层底部设有玻璃纤维层，玻璃纤维层底部设有减震静音层，所述超强耐磨层是表面有硬质磨料。本发明通过设置的玻璃纤维层使地板有优异的抗变形能力，设置的减震静音层，使地板隔音减震，设置超强耐磨层使地板有优异的耐磨性，延长地板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域，具体涉及一种耐磨PVC复合地板。
背景技术
随着全球天然林业资源的急剧减少，木材加工行业出现了原料日益短缺的现象，加工制造行业制造出各种复合地板，尤其是PVC复合地板，在工厂地板、仓库地板、车间地板、维修厂地板、水电厂地面处理、控制房地面装修、发电厂、厂房地板、商务地面空间、展览等多领域使用，因其价格便宜种类繁多受到了广发消费者的认可，但是复合地板的缺点也很明显，如使用寿命短，耐磨性差，抗变形差等缺点，因此，需要研发一种性能优良的PVC复合地板。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种耐磨PVC复合地板，施工便捷，生产成本低，强度高，具有优良的耐磨性 。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的：
一种耐磨PVC复合地板，包括PVC面板层，所述PVC面板层表面设有超强耐磨层，所述PVC面板层底部设有玻璃纤维层，玻璃纤维层底部设有减震静音层，所述超强耐磨层是表面有硬质磨料。
进一步，硬质磨料是金刚石、立方氮化硼、氧化硅、碳化硅中的一种。
进一步，硬质磨料是金刚石、立方氮化硼、氧化硅、碳化硅的混合物。
进一步，所述减震静音层是软木橡胶发泡材料。
进一步，所述玻璃纤维层是玻璃纤维增强PVC。
进一步，硬质磨料的颗粒粒径为120～140目。
相对于现有技术，本发明通过设置的玻璃纤维层使地板有优异的抗变形能力，设置的减震静音层，使地板隔音减震，设置超强耐磨层使地板有优异的耐磨性，延长地板的使用寿命。

如图1所示，一种耐磨PVC复合地板，所述PVC复合地板是聚氯乙烯复合地板，包括PVC面板层，所述PVC面板层表面设有超强耐磨层3，所述PVC面板层底部设有玻璃纤维层2，玻璃纤维层2底部设有减震静音层1，所述超强耐磨层3是表面有硬质磨料，硬质磨料是金刚石。
所述减震静音层1是软木橡胶发泡材料。
所述玻璃纤维层2是玻璃纤维增强PVC。
硬质磨料的颗粒粒径为120目。
实施例2：
如图1所示，一种耐磨PVC复合地板，所述PVC复合地板是聚氯乙烯复合地板，包括PVC面板层，所述PVC面板层表面设有超强耐磨层3，所述PVC面板层底部设有玻璃纤维层2，玻璃纤维层2底部设有减震静音层1，所述超强耐磨层3是表面有硬质磨料，硬质磨料是立方氮化硼。
所述减震静音层1是软木橡胶发泡材料。
所述玻璃纤维层2是玻璃纤维增强PVC。
硬质磨料的颗粒粒径为140目。

如图1所示，一种耐磨PVC复合地板，所述PVC复合地板是聚氯乙烯复合地板，包括PVC面板层，所述PVC面板层表面设有超强耐磨层3，所述PVC面板层底部设有玻璃纤维层2，玻璃纤维层2底部设有减震静音层1，所述超强耐磨层3是表面有硬质磨料，硬质磨料是氧化硅。
所述减震静音层1是软木橡胶发泡材料。
所述玻璃纤维层2是玻璃纤维增强PVC。
硬质磨料的颗粒粒径为120目。

所述减震静音层1是软木橡胶发泡材料。
所述玻璃纤维层2是玻璃纤维增强PVC。
硬质磨料的颗粒粒径为120目。
实施例6：
一种耐磨PVC复合地板，所述PVC复合地板是聚氯乙烯复合地板，包括PVC面板层，所述PVC面板层表面设有超强耐磨层3，所述PVC面板层底部设有玻璃纤维层2，玻璃纤维层2底部设有减震静音层1，所述超强耐磨层3是表面有硬质磨料，硬质磨料是金刚石、立方氮化硼、氧化硅、碳化硅以质量比为3:2:3:2的比例混合使用。
所述减震静音层1是软木橡胶发泡材料。
所述玻璃纤维层2是玻璃纤维增强PVC。
硬质磨料的颗粒粒径为120目：140目的质量比为6:4的比例组合使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC复合地板，其特征在于：硬质磨料是金刚石、立方氮化硼、氧化硅、碳化硅中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC复合地板，其特征在于：硬质磨料是金刚石、立方氮化硼、氧化硅和碳化硅的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC复合地板，其特征在于：所述减震静音层是软木橡胶发泡材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC复合地板，其特征在于：所述玻璃纤维层是玻璃纤维增强PVC。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC复合地板，其特征在于：硬质磨料的颗粒粒径为120～140目。
