Under the driving of the swinging mechanism 123, the suction cups 122 on the suction cup frame 121 suck the full-page plastic handle plate from the discharging window 112, are arranged between the clamping plates 21 and 22, and are driven by the air cylinder 26, so that the clamping plates 21 and 22 generate clamping and shaping actions, and the two ends of the plastic handle plate 5 slide along the guide surface 27 and are changed from the X direction to the Y direction.
