Background
On a steel pipe hot rolling line, the solid pipe blank is sequentially subjected to perforation and diameter expansion processes to form a seamless steel pipe. The bottom of the lifting scale 4 offsets with the reducing section 31 of the sliding block mechanism 3, when the sliding block mechanism 3 slides, the lifting scale 4 is driven by the reducing section 31 to lift, so that the lifting scale 4 is in proportional relation with the movement of the roller X, and the position of the roller X in the current state can be determined by observing the reading of the scale. And when the calibration operation is carried out, adjusting the roller X to a preset position according to a preset instruction. When the roller X acts, the sliding block mechanism 3 is driven to slide, and the lifting ruler 4 is driven to lift by the reducing section 31 of the sliding block mechanism 3; and observing and recording the reading of the lifting scale 4, determining the actual position of the roller X, wherein the actual position is the position actually corresponding to the preset instruction, and establishing the corresponding relation between the preset instruction and the actual position to finish calibration, so that the accuracy of the roller X during adjustment is higher. In the embodiment of the invention, the slider mechanism 3 is propped against the roller X through the elastic force of the elastic piece 2, the pressure borne by the roller X in the rolling process is simulated through the elastic force of the elastic piece 2, so that the movement of the roller X in the calibration process is consistent with that in the production process, and the calibration error caused by the gap of the lead screw is eliminated.
Therefore, according to the tool for calibrating the roll gap of the rotary expanding roller, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the slider mechanism 3 moves along with the roller X, so that the lifting scale 4 is lifted along with the movement of the slider mechanism 3, and the actual position of the roller X can be obtained by observing the reading of the lifting scale 4, so that the roll gap is calibrated. And the roller X is stressed in the rolling process through the elasticity of the elastic part 2, so that the calibration error caused by factors such as the gap of a lead screw is eliminated. Compared with manual measurement in the prior art, the method reduces labor consumption and can improve calibration precision.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 2 is used for providing an elastic force to drive the slider mechanism 3 to move outwards when the roller X moves outwards. As an example, the elastic member 2 may be directly placed in the slider mounting hole 5, i.e., may perform a driving function. As another example, one end of the elastic member 2 is connected to the die holder 1, and the other end is connected to an end of the slider mechanism 3. So set up, carry on spacingly to slider mechanism 3, avoid slider mechanism 3 slippage from in the slider mounting hole 5.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the slider mechanism 3 further includes a first section 32 and a second section 33 connected to both ends of the reducer section 31; the first section 32 is positioned in the slider mounting hole 5 and is matched with the inner diameter of the slider mounting hole 5; the second segment 33 is located outside the slider mounting hole 5 and abuts against the roll X. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the diameter-variable section 31 may be a tapered structure from inside to outside along the axial direction of the slider mounting hole 5, so that when the rollers X approach each other to reduce the roller distance, the corresponding descending of the lifting scale 4 is achieved.
In the practical application process, a proper scale can be arranged on the lifting scale 4, so that the reading of the lifting scale 4 is equal to the actual distance from the current roller X to the rolling center line.
As shown in fig. 1, the lifting hole 6 may be a vertical hole, which facilitates the lifting of the lifting scale 4 driven by gravity and the slider mechanism 3. The slider mounting hole 5 is horizontally arranged, so that the lifting of the lifting scale 4 is driven when the slider mechanism 3 slides.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for calibrating a distance between rotary-expanding rollers, where the method includes:

The roller X is adjusted, the roller X acts to drive the sliding block mechanism 3 to slide, and the lifting scale 4 is driven by the reducing section 31 of the sliding block mechanism 3 to lift.
And observing and recording the reading of the lifting scale 4, determining the actual position of the roller X, and calibrating the rotary expansion roller distance according to the actual position.
According to the method for calibrating the roll gap of the rotary expansion roller, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sliding block mechanism 3 moves along with the roller X, so that the lifting scale 4 is lifted along with the action of the sliding block mechanism 3, and the actual position of the roller X can be obtained by observing the reading of the lifting scale 4, so that the roll gap is calibrated. Wherein, the die holder 1 can be fixed on the rotary expander body through the locking oil cylinder. The locking oil cylinder and the installation key groove are matched to enable the die holder 1 to be stably fixed on the rotary expanding machine body for a long time, and the fixing position is accurate and the fixing effect is good.
Optionally, the roller X acts under the instruction of the upper computer, and after the actual position of the roller X is determined, the actual position is input to the upper computer as an adjustment reference. fixing a die holder on the rotary expanding machine body, wherein the two sliding block mechanisms are respectively opposite to the two rollers;
the roller is adjusted, the roller acts to drive the sliding block mechanism to slide, and the lifting scale is driven by the reducing section of the sliding block mechanism to lift;
and observing and recording the reading of the lifting scale, determining the actual position of the roller, and calibrating the rotary expansion roller distance through the actual position.
8. The method for calibrating the pitch of the rotary expanding roller according to claim 7, wherein the die holder is fixed on the rotary expanding machine body through a locking oil cylinder.
