Myrrh, radix sophorae flavescentis, mangnolia officinalis, turmeric, curcuma zedoary, schisandra chinensis, rhizoma anemarrhenae, cyrtomium fortunei, seaweed, folium isatidis, radix paeoniae rubra and fructus cnidii have the effects of sterilization and bacteriostasis, vanillin has the flavor of vanilla, the effect of enhancing the flavor is achieved, sandalwood essential oil has the effect of soothing the nerves and concentrating the mind, the flavor is fragrant, ethanol is used for assisting the mixing of all the components, fumigation is carried out on clothes by fumigation disinfectant through a fumigation device and a steam gas distribution device, comprehensive and thorough disinfection treatment is achieved on the clothes through traditional Chinese medicines and hot steam, the disinfectant is non-toxic and harmless, and the residual medicine components can also play the role of bacteriostasis.
The preparation method of the fumigation solution comprises heating distilled water to 55 deg.C, slowly adding ethanol into distilled water, and stirring to obtain mixed solution; grinding Myrrha, radix Sophorae Flavescentis, cortex Magnolia officinalis, Curcuma rhizome, Curcumae rhizoma, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, rhizoma anemarrhenae, rhizoma Osmundae, Sargassum, folium Isatidis, radix Paeoniae Rubra and fructus Cnidii into powder, and mixing to obtain mixture; then adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously stirring, cooling to the solution temperature of 30 ℃, keeping the temperature, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion-assisted mixing for 20 min; after cooling to room temperature, vanillin and sandalwood essential oil are added in sequence and stirred uniformly to form the fumigation disinfectant. The method can effectively mix all the material components uniformly by controlling the relation between the solute and the solvent through controlling the temperature, thereby enhancing the disinfection effect of the fumigation disinfectant.
The working method of the invention comprises the steps of adding a softening liquid and a fumigation disinfectant into the device from a liquid adding port 613 and a medicine adding port 71 respectively, opening the movable bin door 21, placing the object placing plates 9 through the embedding of the fixture blocks 93 and the slide rails 81, placing clothes to be disinfected on the small plates 92, placing a plurality of object placing plates 9 according to the use requirement, closing the movable bin door 21 after the placing is finished, starting the disinfection device through the control panel 22 and setting the working time of each part, driving the object placing plates 9 to rotate by the rotary motor 8 to sequentially pass through the ultraviolet disinfection bin 3, the fumigation bin 4, the drying bin 5 and the air cooling bin 6, carrying out comprehensive disinfection on the clothes, and opening the movable bin door 21 after the disinfection is finished, and taking out the clothes.

the drug storage box (72) is internally provided with fumigation disinfectant, and the fumigation disinfectant comprises, by mass, 0.3% of myrrh, 0.1% of radix sophorae flavescentis, 0.7% of mangnolia officinalis, 0.3% of turmeric, 0.2% of curcuma zedoary, 0.4% of schisandra chinensis, 0.3% of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 0.4% of cyrtomium rhizome, 0.2% of seaweed, 0.5% of folium isatidis, 0.3% of radix paeoniae rubra, 0.6% of fructus cnidii, 0.2% of vanillin, 0.2% of sandalwood essential oil, 1.3% of ethanol and the balance of distilled water.
