Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be illustrative of the present disclosure, and should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
A document editing method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a document editing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be applied to an electronic device with a document editing function, such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, and a tablet computer. Specifically, the method may be applied to the document editing software installed in the electronic device, or may be applied to a browser in the form of a web page, and when a user opens a corresponding web page in the browser to perform document editing, the document editing method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is automatically invoked.
For convenience of description, the following embodiments will explain the present disclosure by taking as an example the application of the document editing method of the embodiments of the present disclosure to document editing software.
As shown in fig. 1, the document editing method includes the steps of:
step 101, in a document editing interface, when a click operation is acquired, determining a position of the click operation.
When the user uses the document editing software, the user can input content in a document editing interface provided by the document editing software to create a document, and can also operate the input document content. In this embodiment, when a user performs a click operation in the document editing interface, the document editing software may obtain the click operation performed by the user, and determine a position of the click operation in the document editing interface.
Wherein, the clicking operation can be triggered by the user through a mouse, a touch pen, a finger and the like.
For example, when a user clicks a mouse in a document editing interface, a current position of a focus of the mouse in the document editing interface is clicked, and when the document editing software obtains the click operation, the position of the click operation can be determined according to the current position of the focus.
And 102, judging whether the operation object of the click operation is any preset control or not according to the position of the click operation and the position corresponding to each preset control.
And the position corresponding to each preset control can be preset and determined.
In this embodiment, for a document edited by a user in the document editing software, in the process of inputting content, multiple paragraphs may be created through the enter key, and the document editing software modularizes each paragraph to obtain one document block according to the distribution of the paragraphs of the document content, with the paragraphs as a unit, and sets a corresponding preset control for each document block.
For example, FIG. 2 is an exemplary diagram of document content modularization. As shown in fig. 2, a black dot is arranged in front of each paragraph, the black dot represents a preset control of the corresponding paragraph, and the content from the back of each dot to the front of the next dot is a document block corresponding to the dot (the preset control). In fig. 2, the paragraph in the area a1 is the document block corresponding to the dot in front of the paragraph.
After the document editing software performs modular processing on the document content to obtain each document block and sets a corresponding preset control for each document block, the position corresponding to each preset control can be predetermined and stored according to the position of each preset control in the document editing interface.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, after the position of the click operation is determined, according to the positions corresponding to the pre-stored preset controls and the currently determined position of the click operation, it may be determined whether the operation object of the current click operation is any preset control. If the position of the click operation falls within the position range corresponding to a certain preset control, judging that the operation object of the current click operation is the preset control; and if the position of the clicking operation is not in the position range corresponding to any preset control, judging that the operation object of the clicking operation is not the preset control.
Step 103, if the object of the click operation is a first preset control, acquiring a first document block associated with the first preset control according to the corresponding relation between each preset control and each document block.
In this embodiment, when the operation object of the click operation is a first preset control, where the first preset control is a preset control determined when the position of the click operation falls within a position range corresponding to a certain preset control, the document editing software may further obtain, according to the corresponding relationship between each preset control and each document block, the first document block associated with the first preset control.
The corresponding relation between each preset control and each document block can be predetermined and stored in the document editing software.
As an example, the corresponding relationship between each preset control and each document block may be determined according to the position relationship of each preset control. As shown in fig. 3, a coordinate system may be established with a starting point (upper left corner) of the document editing interface as an origin, and as can be seen from fig. 3, for preset controls with the same level, the abscissa value (x value) is the same, and the higher the level of the preset control is, the smaller the abscissa value is. Therefore, in this example, the document block between two adjacent preset controls may be used as the document block corresponding to the previous preset control. For example, in fig. 3, for each preset control, the preset controls are numbered sequentially by 1 to 23, so that the abscissa value corresponding to the position information of the preset controls 1, 2, and 7 is the smallest, the abscissa value corresponding to the position information of the preset controls 3 and 8 is the next, the abscissa value corresponding to the position information of the preset controls 20 to 23 is the largest, the preset controls 20 to 23 are sub-controls of the preset control 19, and the preset controls 14 to 17 are sub-controls of the preset control 13. According to the above-mentioned manner for determining the document block corresponding to the preset control, the document block represented by the area a1 is the document block corresponding to the preset control 3, and the document block represented by the area a2 is the document block corresponding to the preset control 10.
In this embodiment, after the first preset control corresponding to the click operation is determined based on the predetermined and stored correspondence between each preset control and each document block, the first document block associated with the first preset control may be obtained by querying the preset correspondence. For example, taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the currently determined first preset control is preset control 10, the first document block may be determined to be a paragraph in area a 2.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the position of the focus is located on the preset control, in the document editing interface, the background colors of all document blocks corresponding to the preset control (i.e., the first preset control) are changed, for example, the background color of the document block is changed to dark gray, so as to visually display the currently selected paragraph to the user, improve the convenience of the user in knowing the content of the selected paragraph, and improve the recognizability of the selected Chinese document block.
And 104, hiding other document blocks except the first document block in the document editing interface.
In this embodiment, after the first document block is determined, the other document blocks except the first document in the document editing interface may be hidden, and only the content of the first document block is displayed in the document editing interface.
Still taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the user performs a click operation on the preset control 10, the document editing software determines the preset control 10 as a first preset control, and further determines the document block in the area a2 as a first document block according to the corresponding relationship between each preset control and each document block, and the document editing software only displays the first document block in the document editing interface, that is, only displays the paragraph content in the area a2, as shown in fig. 4.
Further, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, after hiding other document blocks in the document editing interface except the first document block, the size of each character in the first document block displayed in the document editing interface may be controlled according to the number of characters included in the first document block and the size of the document editing interface. For example, when the number of characters included in the first document block is large, the size of each character may not be adjusted, and when the number of characters included in the first document block is small, the size of each character may be increased. Therefore, flexible adjustment of the size of the characters is achieved, a user can read and edit the document content conveniently, and user experience is improved.
In the document editing method of this embodiment, when the click operation is acquired in the document editing interface, the position of the click operation is determined, whether the operation object of the click operation is any preset control is determined according to the position of the click operation and the positions corresponding to the preset controls, the preset control corresponding to the operation object of the click operation is used as the first preset control, the first document block associated with the first preset control is acquired according to the corresponding relationship between the preset controls and the document blocks, and other document blocks except the first document block in the document editing interface are hidden. Therefore, the preset control is arranged to correspond to the document block, and when the preset control is clicked, only the document block corresponding to the preset control is displayed, so that the content displayed in the document editing interface is simplified, only the paragraph content to be edited is displayed in the document editing interface, the influence of other paragraphs on a user is avoided, the error rate in the editing process is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In practical applications, a document edited by a user usually includes a plurality of paragraphs, each paragraph in the document often does not exist in isolation, and a parallel relationship, a top-bottom relationship, and the like may exist among the paragraphs. For example, a paragraph may be a child paragraph of another paragraph or may be a parent paragraph of another paragraph. Therefore, in this embodiment, when hiding a document block in a document paragraph, it is necessary to determine whether the first document block includes a sub-level paragraph first, so that the sub-level paragraph is not hidden, and the integrity of the paragraph content is ensured. Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating another document editing method provided in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, before step 104, the following steps may also be included:
step 201, determining each sub-control of the first preset control according to the hierarchical relationship among the preset controls in the document.
The hierarchical relationship among the preset controls can be predetermined.
In this embodiment, each paragraph of the document is modularized into a document block, each document block is classified according to a position relationship between the document blocks, a hierarchical relationship between the document blocks is recorded, and the hierarchical relationship between the preset controls is consistent with the hierarchical relationship between the document blocks. Furthermore, according to the hierarchical relationship among the preset controls in the document block, the child controls of the first preset control can be determined.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, in fig. 3, the preset control 2 is a parent control of the preset controls 3 to 6, the preset controls 4 to 6 are child controls of the preset control 3, the preset controls 8 to 23 are child controls of the preset control 7, and the preset control 1 does not include a child control. If the first preset control determined currently is the preset control 3, the sub-controls of the first preset control can be determined to be 4-6.
Step 202, a second document chunk associated with each child control is obtained.
In this embodiment, after determining each sub-control of the first preset control, based on the predetermined corresponding relationship between each preset control and each document block, the second document block associated with each sub-control may be further obtained.
For example, in fig. 3, assuming that the determined first preset control is preset control 3 and each of the child controls is 4 to 6, the obtained second document block is a combination of document blocks corresponding to the preset controls 4 to 6, and the area a3 in fig. 3 is the determined second document block.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, step 104 includes:
step 203, hiding the other document blocks except the first document block and the second document block in the document editing interface.
In this embodiment, after the first document block and the second document block are determined, the other document blocks except the first document block and the second document block in the document editing interface may be hidden, and only the first document block and the second document block are displayed in the document editing interface.
For example, fig. 6(a) is an exemplary diagram of a user performing a click operation in a document editing interface. As shown in fig. 6(a), when the user currently performs a click operation on preset control 2 (black dot) corresponding to paragraph "why", this preset control 2 is determined as a first preset control, in fig. 6(a), preset controls 3, 4, 5, and 6 are child controls of the first preset control, area 41 is a first document block, area 42 is a second document block, and after the user performs the click operation, only the contents in area 41 and area 42 are displayed in the document editing interface, as shown in fig. 6 (b).
According to the document editing method, each sub-control of the first preset control is determined according to the hierarchical relationship among the preset controls in the document, the second document block associated with each sub-control is obtained, and then other document blocks except the first document block and the second document block in the document editing interface are subjected to hiding processing, so that the content of the document block corresponding to the first preset control is displayed in the document interface, the content of the document block corresponding to the sub-control of the first preset control is displayed, and the integrity of the displayed paragraph content is ensured.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, after hiding other document blocks in the document editing interface except the first document block, a navigation directory displayed in the document editing interface may be further constructed according to a hierarchical relationship between preset controls respectively associated with the other document blocks, so that a user can exit the current document editing interface according to the navigation directory and return to the content of the previous paragraph or display all the content.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, constructing the navigation directory displayed in the document editing interface according to the hierarchical relationship between the preset controls respectively associated with other document blocks may include the following steps:
step 301, determining the navigation corresponding to each document block according to the content of each document block in other document blocks.
The navigation corresponding to the document block may be the content of the document block at the previous level of the document block, and when the preset control corresponding to the document block has the highest level and no parent control exists, the navigation corresponding to the document block may be set to be the "home page".
Taking fig. 3 as an example, if the preset control 3 is a sub-control of the preset control 2, the navigation of the document block corresponding to the preset control 3 is the content of the document block corresponding to the preset control 2, that is, "why"; the level attributes of the preset controls 4-6 are the same and are all sub-controls of the preset control 3, and the navigation of the document blocks corresponding to the preset controls 4-6 are all the contents of the document blocks corresponding to the preset control 3, namely, the 'reason why group management needs to be carried out'; by analogy, the navigation corresponding to each document chunk in FIG. 3 may be determined.
Step 302, determining the hierarchical relationship among the navigations according to the hierarchical relationship among the preset controls associated with each document block.
In this embodiment, the hierarchical relationship between navigations may be determined according to the hierarchical relationship between the preset controls associated with each document block, for example, if a certain preset control is a subordinate of another preset control, the navigation of the document block corresponding to the certain preset control is a subordinate of the navigation of the document block corresponding to the another preset control. For ease of understanding, the following is exemplified.
Still taking fig. 3 as an example, the preset control 4 is a sub-control of the preset control 3, the navigation of the document block corresponding to the preset control 4 is "why group management is to be performed", the navigation of the document block corresponding to the preset control 3 is "why", and the hierarchical relationship between the navigation "why" and the navigation "why group management is to be performed" is: navigation "why group management is to be done" is subordinate to navigation "why", while navigation "why" is subordinate to navigation "home". In fig. 3, the hierarchical relationship between navigations corresponding to document blocks may be represented as: "why group management is to be done" first Page > why "; "home > what > value of group management > value one: deep knowledge of the user "; the value of group management of' home page > what > value two: the method realizes the specific target of an enterprise, and the specific target of 'home page > what > group management value > help of the group management to the enterprise' and 'cultivates user feeling and product feeling'.
Step 303, constructing a navigation directory displayed in the document editing interface according to the navigation corresponding to each document block and the hierarchical relationship among the navigations.
In this embodiment, after hiding the other document blocks except the first document block in the document editing interface, the navigation directory displayed in the document editing interface may be further constructed according to the navigation corresponding to each document block and the hierarchical relationship between the navigations, so as to return to the corresponding document according to the navigation directory.
Taking fig. 6(a) as an example, as can be seen from fig. 6(a), the preset control 2 does not have a parent level control, and the navigation of the document block corresponding to the preset control 2 cannot be determined according to the content of the document block at the previous level, so that the "top page" can be set as the navigation corresponding to the preset control 2, and when the document block corresponding to the preset control 2 is displayed, the navigation directory is displayed as "top page >" above the paragraph content, as shown in fig. 8 (a). When the click operation of the user on the "home page" in the navigation directory is acquired, the current document editing interface is exited, and the full-text mode is returned, as shown in fig. 8 (b).
Taking fig. 3 as an example, if the first preset control is the preset control 9, the navigation of the document block corresponding to the preset control 9 is "value of group management", and then the value of group management > one according to the hierarchical relationship "home page > what > group management > between navigations: having a deep knowledge of the user ", it is possible to construct a navigation directory displayed in the document editing interface as" home > what > group management value > ", as shown in fig. 8 (c). When the click operation of the user on the "what" in the navigation directory is acquired, the content of the document block where the "what" is located is returned, as shown in fig. 8(d), and the navigation directory is modified to be "home page >".
According to the document editing method, the navigation corresponding to each document block is determined according to the content of each document block in other document blocks, the hierarchical relationship among the navigations is determined according to the hierarchical relationship among the preset controls associated with each document block, and then the navigation directory displayed in the document editing interface is established according to the navigation corresponding to each document block and the hierarchical relationship among the navigations.
During the process of editing the document by the user, the user may segment the edited document at any position, for example, for a paragraph, the user may divide the paragraph into two or more new paragraphs by carriage return. When the segmentation operation performed by the user is received, a corresponding control can be set for the newly added paragraph, so that the paragraph content can be selected through the control. Thus, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides another document editing method, and fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating the another document editing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 9, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, before step 102, the following steps may also be included:
step 401, in the process of editing the document, if a first preset operation is monitored, adding a second preset control into the document, and determining first position information of a third preset control according to the current position of the focus, wherein the third preset control is a previous control adjacent to the second preset control in the document editing interface.
The first preset operation is to create a new theme, and when the Enter key is triggered, the document editing software can monitor the operation of creating the new theme.
In this embodiment, in the process of editing a document by a user, when the user triggers an Enter key, the document editing software monitors an operation of creating a new theme, at this time, a second preset control is added before a new theme paragraph, and first position information of a third preset control is determined according to a current position of a focus.
For example, as shown in fig. 10(a), the current position of the focus is between the characters "goose" and "song", and the user has triggered the Enter key at this time, resulting in the document shown in fig. 10 (b). In fig. 10(b), dots inside 71 indicate third preset controls, dots inside 72 indicate newly added second preset controls, and dots 73 indicate first position information. It can be seen that the position where the focus is located when the first preset operation is monitored is the end position of the first position information.
And 402, monitoring whether a second preset operation is acquired.
The second preset operation may be, for example, a preset operation corresponding to a shortcut key Tab, Shift + Tab, or the like. For example, the preset operation corresponding to the Tab key may be preset to be a step of rightward indentation, the preset operation corresponding to the Shift + Tab key may be preset to be a step of leftward elevation, the preset operation corresponding to the space key may be preset to input an invisible character, and the like.
And step 403, if yes, determining the hierarchical relationship between the second preset control and the third preset control according to the frequency of the second preset operation and the current hierarchical information of the third preset control.
In this embodiment, after the second preset control is added, if the second preset operation is further monitored, the hierarchical relationship between the second preset control and the third preset control is determined according to the number of times of the second preset operation and the current hierarchical information of the third preset control.
Taking fig. 10(b) as an example, it can be understood that after the user triggers the Enter key, the focus is placed on the next row, i.e. the row where "song to day" is located. At this time, if the user triggers the Tab key once, the document editing software obtains a second preset operation of "retracting one level to the right", and then according to the number of times (one time) of the second preset operation and the current level information of the third preset control, it may be determined that the second preset control is one level lower than the third preset control, as shown in fig. 10 (c).
In the document editing method of the embodiment, when a first preset operation is monitored in a document editing process, a second preset control is added to a document, and first position information of a third preset control is determined according to a current position of a focus, wherein the third preset control is a previous control adjacent to the second preset control in a document editing interface, and when a second preset operation is monitored, a hierarchical relationship between the second preset control and the third preset control is determined according to the number of times of the second preset operation and the current hierarchical information of the third preset control, so that convenience is provided for a user to add a new theme at any time in the document editing process, the operation efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
