Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be illustrative of the present disclosure, and should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
A document editing method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a document editing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be applied to an electronic device with a document editing function, such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, and a tablet computer. Specifically, the method may be applied to the document editing software installed in the electronic device, or may be applied to a browser in the form of a web page, and when a user opens a corresponding web page in the browser to perform document editing, the document editing method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is automatically invoked.
For convenience of description, the following embodiments will explain the present disclosure by taking as an example the application of the document editing method of the embodiments of the present disclosure to document editing software.
As shown in fig. 1, the document editing method includes the steps of:
step 101, acquiring the current position of a focus in a document editing interface.
When the user uses the document editing software, the user can input content in a document editing interface provided by the document editing software to create a document, and can also operate the input document content. After the user operates the document content, the document editing software can acquire the current position of the focus in the document editing interface.
The current position of the focus refers to a current operation position of a user in the document editing interface, or a position where the user is to operate the document.
For example, when a user uses document editing software on a computer, the position where the focus is currently located may be the position currently indicated by the cursor of the mouse.
For another example, when a user uses document editing software on a device such as a tablet computer or a smart phone that supports touch screen operations, the current location of the focus may be a location clicked by a finger, a stylus, or the like of the user in a document editing interface.
And 102, determining a first preset control corresponding to the current position of the focus according to the current position of the focus and the position information corresponding to each preset control.
In this embodiment, for a document edited by a user in the document editing software, in the process of inputting content, multiple paragraphs may be created through the enter key, and the document editing software modularizes each paragraph to obtain one document block according to the distribution of the paragraphs of the document content, with the paragraphs as a unit, and sets a corresponding preset control for each document block.
For example, FIG. 2 is an exemplary diagram of document content modularization. As shown in fig. 2, a black dot is arranged in front of each paragraph, the black dot represents a preset control of the corresponding paragraph, and the content behind each dot is a document block corresponding to the dot (the preset control).
In this embodiment, after the current position of the focus is obtained, the document editing software may determine the first preset control corresponding to the current position of the focus according to the current position of the focus and the position information corresponding to each preset control.
The position information corresponding to each preset control can be predetermined and stored according to the preset control and the position of the corresponding document block in the document editing interface after the document editing software modularizes the document content to obtain each document block and sets the corresponding preset control for each document block. Furthermore, after the document editing software acquires the current position of the focus, the first preset control corresponding to the current position of the focus can be determined by inquiring the position information corresponding to each preset control.
For example, in fig. 2, for the preset control corresponding to the document block with the content "i were a child", the position information corresponding to the preset control refers to the position of the area 11. When the position where the focus is currently located, which is acquired by the document editing software, falls at any position within the area 11, it may be determined that the current first preset control is a dot before the sentence "i were a child", that is, a dot within a dashed box in fig. 2.
And 103, acquiring a target document block associated with the first preset control according to the corresponding relation between each preset control and each document block.
In this embodiment, after the first preset control corresponding to the current position of the focus is determined, the target document block associated with the first preset control is obtained according to the corresponding relationship between each preset control and each document block.
The corresponding relation between each preset control and each document block can be predetermined and stored in the document editing software.
As an example, the corresponding relationship between each preset control and each document block may be determined according to the position relationship of each preset control. As shown in fig. 3, a coordinate system may be established with a starting point (upper left corner) of the document editing interface as an origin, and as can be seen from fig. 3, for preset controls with the same level, the abscissa value (x value) is the same, and the higher the level of the preset control is, the smaller the abscissa value is. Therefore, in this example, a document block between two adjacent preset controls at the same level may be used as a document block corresponding to a previous preset control, where the two preset controls at the same level should be child controls of the same preset control at a previous level. For example, in fig. 3, for each preset control, a to k are numbered sequentially, so that the abscissa value corresponding to the position information of the preset control a is the smallest, the abscissa value corresponding to the position information of the preset control b is the next to the abscissa value corresponding to the position information of the preset control b, the abscissa values corresponding to the position information of the preset controls d to f and h to k are the largest, the preset controls d to f are sub-controls of the preset control c, and the preset controls h to k are sub-controls of the preset control g. According to the above-mentioned manner for determining the document block corresponding to the preset control, the document block represented by the area 31 is the document block corresponding to the preset control c, and the document block represented by the area 32 is the document block corresponding to the preset control h and the document block corresponding to the preset control a, which are the entire document shown in fig. 3.
After the first preset control corresponding to the current position of the focus is determined based on the corresponding relation between each preset control and each document block which is predetermined and stored, the target document block corresponding to the first preset control can be determined by inquiring the preset corresponding relation. For example, taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the currently determined first preset control is h, the current target document block can be determined to be the document block represented by the area 32.
And 104, editing the target document block according to the acquired operation instruction.
The obtained operation instruction is obtained according to an operation performed by a user in the document editing interface, for example, if the user performs an operation of changing the font color in the document editing interface, the operation instruction obtained by the document editing software is to change the font color of the target document block.
In this embodiment, after the target document block is determined, according to the obtained operation instruction, the target document block may be edited, so that the content and the presentation form of the edited target document block are matched with the obtained operation instruction, that is, the operation performed by the user in the document editing interface is responded. For example, the editing process may be operations such as delete, change font, font size, change text color, bolding, underlining, moving up and down, and the like.
It can be understood that, when the sub-control is included in the first preset control, and the target document block includes the document block corresponding to the sub-control, the editing operation performed on the target document block is also applicable to the document block corresponding to the sub-control included in the first preset control.
Still taking fig. 3 as an example, if the first preset control is c and the obtained operation instruction is to change the font color to red, the document editing software adjusts the colors of all the characters in the area 31 to red.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the editing processing on the target document block according to the obtained operation instruction includes: and editing the target document block according to the currently triggered shortcut operation key. The editing function corresponding to the shortcut key may be preset, for example, the editing operation corresponding to the shortcut key ctrl + B is set to thicken a text, the editing operation corresponding to the shortcut key Alt + Enter is set to add a picture, and the like. After the document editing software acquires the shortcut operation key triggered by the user at present, editing the current target document block according to the shortcut operation key triggered at present and the corresponding relation between the preset shortcut operation key and the editing operation. For example, if the shortcut key currently triggered by the user is ctrl + B, the document editing software will thicken all the characters in the target document block as a response to the shortcut key ctrl + B triggered by the user.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the editing processing on the target document block according to the obtained operation instruction includes: and editing the target document block according to the currently selected operation option in a preset editing list, wherein the preset editing list is displayed in the document editing interface when the current position of the focus is determined to correspond to the first preset control.
For example, fig. 4(a) is an exemplary diagram of an edit list displayed after the preset control is selected. As shown in fig. 4(a), the preset edit list includes a plurality of operation options, such as completion, edit description, add picture, export, title font size, font color, and the like. And when a certain preset control is selected, displaying an edit list, and selecting an operation option from the edit list by a user to realize corresponding editing processing. For example, in fig. 4(a), the user wants to delete the content of the topic "who used to be past-me" and then the user may select a dot in front of the "who used to be past-me" and the dot is determined as the first preset control, and an edit list is displayed below the dot, and the user only needs to select the operation option "delete" in the edit list, so that the content of the topic "who used to be past-me" can be deleted, and the document shown in fig. 4(b) is obtained. When the user selects the operation option in the edit list, the shortcut key of the currently selected operation option is also displayed on the right side of the edit list to prompt the user to execute corresponding operation by triggering the shortcut key. As shown in fig. 4(a), when the user selects the "delete" operation option, the shortcut key Ctrl + Shift + Backspace corresponding to the delete operation is displayed on the right side.
By setting the shortcut operation key, editing the target document block according to the currently triggered shortcut operation key, or setting an edit list for the preset control, when the current position of the focus is determined to correspond to the first preset control, displaying the edit list in the document editing interface, and editing the target document block according to the currently selected operation option in the edit list.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the position of the focus is located on the preset control, in the document editing interface, the background colors of all document blocks (target document blocks) corresponding to the preset control (i.e., the first preset control) are changed, for example, the background color of the target document block is changed to dark gray, such as a gray shaded portion in fig. 4(a), so as to intuitively display the currently selected paragraph to the user, so that convenience of the user in knowing the content of the selected paragraph is improved, and the recognizability of the target document block is improved.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the target document block associated with the first preset control is acquired, if the acquired operation instruction is a character editing instruction, the position pointing character at which the focus is currently located is edited according to the acquired character editing instruction. For example, when the user currently selects one or more characters in a paragraph, and the position where the focus is currently located points to the one or more characters, when the user performs character operations such as bold, italic, underline, font color change, and the like, the document editing software acquires the character operation instruction, and performs editing processing on the one or more characters currently selected by the user according to the character operation instruction. Therefore, processing operation of part of characters in the paragraph is realized, and flexibility of editing processing is improved.
In the document editing method of this embodiment, a current position of a focus in a document editing interface is obtained, a first preset control corresponding to the current position of the focus is determined according to the current position of the focus and position information corresponding to each preset control, a target document block associated with each first preset control is obtained according to a corresponding relationship between each preset control and each document block, and then the target document block is edited according to an obtained operation instruction. Therefore, the preset control is arranged to correspond to the document block, so that the operation of the associated document block is realized by operating the preset control, the situation that a user manually selects document paragraphs for editing is avoided, the operation steps of the user are simplified, the operation time is saved, the document processing efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In practical applications, a user often encounters a situation that the order of paragraphs of a document needs to be adjusted, for example, after the user edits a piece of content, the user finds that the piece of content is more suitable before the last piece of content, and then the user needs to adjust the order of the two pieces of text. In the prior art, if a user needs to adjust the sequence of paragraphs, the user needs to find and select the paragraph to be adjusted, and then perform cutting and pasting operations, or delete the content of the original paragraph after performing copy and paste operations, which is tedious in operation process. Especially, when two paragraphs that the user needs to adjust are not adjacent, the user needs to repeatedly perform the operations of selecting, cutting and pasting, which takes a longer time.
In view of the above problems, the present disclosure also provides another document editing method, and fig. 5 is a flowchart of another document editing method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, when the user needs to move the position of a paragraph in the document, that is, the obtained operation instruction is a move document block instruction, step 104 may include the following steps:
step 201, determining a target position according to the release position of the focus in the document editing interface.
In this embodiment, when the user wants to move the position of the target document block, the user may drag the first preset control to the position to which the user wants to move and then release the focus through a mouse, a touch pen, and the like according to the preset control in front of the dragged target document block, that is, drag the first preset control. The document editing software captures a release position of a focus in the document editing interface and determines a target position according to the release position.
For example, fig. 6(a) is an exemplary diagram of determining a target position according to a focus release position. As shown in fig. 6(a), the paragraph in the rectangular frame is the currently determined target document block, and when the user wants to move the target document block, the user can move the dot in front of the target document block. As can be seen from fig. 6(a), the moving track of the dot in front of the target document block is shown by an arrow 41, the user releases the focus at the dot 42, and the target position is the position where the document block corresponding to the dot 42 is currently located. After the target position is determined, a horizontal line is displayed above the target position to visually show the target position to the user, as shown in fig. 6 (a).
It should be noted here that the user may move not only the first preset control corresponding to the target document block, but also the target document block; the position of the focus release may be the position of the preset control, or the position of the document block, for example, in fig. 6(a), the user may also release the focus at any position of the document block corresponding to the dot 42.
Step 202, moving the target document block to the target position.
In this embodiment, after the target position is determined, the target document block may be moved to the target position.
Still taking fig. 6(a) as an example, after the target position is determined, the paragraph in the rectangular frame is moved to the top of the paragraph "ask who feels that he is an artist, many children aged 5 will hold hands, and people aged 35 will not", and the pair of document contents before and after the movement is shown in fig. 6(b), for example.
According to the document editing method, when the obtained operation instruction is a move document block instruction, the target position is determined according to the release position of the focus in the document editing interface, and the target document block is moved to the target position, so that a user can complete position adjustment of a document paragraph by directly dragging the document block to be moved without performing selection, cutting and pasting operations, operation time is saved, and operation efficiency is improved.
In practical applications, a document edited by a user usually contains a plurality of paragraphs, and a parallel relationship, a top-bottom relationship, and the like may exist between the paragraphs. In the embodiment of the disclosure, each paragraph of the document is modularized into the document blocks, and each document block is classified according to the position relationship between the document blocks, and the hierarchy of each document block is recorded.
For example, FIG. 7 is an exemplary diagram of ranking documents according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, document block 51, document block 52, and document block 53 have the same hierarchy and are all child levels of document block 5, and the document block corresponding to the content "who was past-i was" is a parent level of document block 5.
In order to enrich the document editing function, the embodiment of the disclosure further provides another document editing method to enable a user to adjust the hierarchy of the document block. Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a further document editing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, when the obtained operation instruction is an instruction for adjusting the document block level, step 104 may include the following steps:
step 301, determining a target level according to the obtained instruction for adjusting the file block level.
The document block level adjustment instruction may be generated according to the triggered operation key, and the corresponding relationship between the document block level adjustment instruction and the adjustment level may be preset, for example, the adjustment level corresponding to the document block level adjustment instruction generated by triggering the Tab key is set to be rightward retracted by one level, and the adjustment level corresponding to the document block level adjustment instruction generated by triggering the Shift + Tab key is set to be leftward advanced by one level.
In this embodiment, when the user wants to adjust the hierarchy of a certain paragraph, the user may trigger a preset level adjustment shortcut key, for example, when the user wants to adjust the level of a certain paragraph to the right by one level, the user may trigger the Tab key. After the level adjustment shortcut key is triggered, the document editing software acquires a corresponding document block level adjustment instruction, and then determines a target level according to the acquired document block level adjustment instruction. For example, if the currently triggered shortcut key is the Tab key, the document editing software may determine that the target level is indented one level to the right.
Step 302, level adjustment is performed on the target document block according to the target level and the level attributes currently corresponding to all document blocks in the document editing interface.
In this embodiment, after the target level is determined, the target document block may be hierarchically adjusted according to the determined target level and the hierarchical attributes currently corresponding to all document blocks in the document editing interface. Wherein the hierarchical attribute may be a current hierarchy of the document block.
When the target document block is adjusted in level, if the determined target level is one level of rightward indentation, the level of the target document block is reduced by one level on the basis of the original level. If the determined target level is one level raised to the left, the level of the target document block is raised by one level on the basis of the original level, and if the original level of the target document block reaches the highest level in the existing levels, the level of the target document block cannot be raised continuously.
For example, FIG. 9(a) is an exemplary diagram of the current corresponding hierarchy of all document blocks in the document editing interface. In FIG. 9(a), the title "creative is so simple" corresponds to the highest level, and is denoted as the first level; the corresponding hierarchy levels of the titles "who was past-me was", "who is now-my", and "how to do future-are" are next highest, and are denoted as a second hierarchy level; the paragraphs "what i were once a child", "how to get it back into a child", "life is an unwelcome adventure, or nothing", "creativity is declining with age", and "those darting to challenge" correspond to a level one level lower than the second level, denoted as the third level, and the remaining paragraphs have the lowest corresponding level, denoted as the fourth level. If the user currently puts the focus at any position in the rectangular frame 61 and triggers the Tab key, the document editing software retracts the paragraphs in the rectangular frame 61 to the right by one level, and the document after level adjustment is as shown in fig. 9(b), at this time, the current level of the paragraphs in the rectangular frame 61 is reduced by one level compared with the original level, and is the fifth level. On the basis of the hierarchical relationship of the document blocks shown in fig. 9(b), if the user triggers the Shift + Tab key, the paragraph in the rectangular frame 61 is raised one level to the left, and the hierarchical relationship shown in fig. 9(a) is obtained again. If the user again toggles the Shift + Tab key, the paragraphs in the rectangular box 61 continue to be raised to the left by one level, and the document after level adjustment is as shown in fig. 9(c), at which time the current level of the paragraphs in the rectangular box 61 is the third level. If the user currently places focus on the title creative being so simple and triggers the Shift + Tab key, the hierarchy of the title creative being so simple cannot be raised.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the first preset control includes a child control, after the hierarchy adjustment is performed on the target document block, the hierarchy adjustment may be performed on each child control according to the adjusted hierarchy of the target document block and the hierarchical relationship between the first preset control and each child control. For example, the adjusted hierarchy of the target document block is a third hierarchy, and the first preset control includes a child control of a lower level, the hierarchy of the child control is also lowered by one level to be a fourth hierarchy, where the fourth hierarchy is lower than the third hierarchy by one level. For example, in the document editing interface shown in FIG. 9(a), if the user places the focus on the title "creative is so simple" and triggers the Tab key, the corresponding hierarchy of all document tiles in the document editing interface is indented one level to the right.
According to the document editing method, when the obtained operation instruction is a document block level adjustment instruction, the target level is determined according to the obtained document block level adjustment instruction, and then the target document block is subjected to level adjustment according to the target level and the level attributes currently corresponding to all document blocks in the document editing interface, so that the left and right levels of each paragraph are quickly adjusted, and the operation efficiency is improved.
During the process of editing the document by the user, the user may segment the edited document at any position, for example, for a paragraph, the user may divide the paragraph into two or more new paragraphs by carriage return. When the segmentation operation performed by the user is received, a corresponding control can be set for the newly added paragraph, so that the paragraph content can be selected through the control. Thus, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides another document editing method, and fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating the another document editing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, before step 102, the following steps may also be included:
step 401, in the process of editing the document, if a first preset operation is monitored, adding a second preset control in the document, and determining first position information of a third preset control according to the current position of the focus, wherein the third preset control is a previous control adjacent to the second preset control in the document editing interface.
The first preset operation is to create a new theme, and when the Enter key is triggered, the document editing software can monitor the operation of creating the new theme.
In this embodiment, in the process of editing a document by a user, when the user triggers an Enter key, the document editing software monitors an operation of creating a new theme, at this time, a second preset control is added before a new theme paragraph, and first position information of a third preset control is determined according to a current position of a focus.
For example, as shown in fig. 11(a), the current position of the focus is between the characters "goose" and "song", and the user has triggered the Enter key at this time, resulting in the document shown in fig. 11 (b). In fig. 11(b), dots in 71 indicate third preset controls, dots in 72 indicate newly added second preset controls, and dots 73 indicate first position information. It can be seen that the position where the focus is located when the first preset operation is monitored is the end position of the first position information.
And 402, monitoring whether a second preset operation is acquired.
The second preset operation may be, for example, a preset operation corresponding to a shortcut key Tab, Shift + Tab, or the like. For example, the preset operation corresponding to the Tab key may be preset to be a rightward indentation by one step, the preset operation corresponding to the Shift + Tab key may be preset to be a leftward lifting by one step, the preset operation corresponding to the space key may be preset to input an invisible character, and so on.
And step 403, if yes, determining the hierarchical relationship between the second preset control and the third preset control according to the frequency of the second preset operation and the current hierarchical information of the third preset control.
In this embodiment, after the second preset control is added, if the second preset operation is further monitored, the hierarchical relationship between the second preset control and the third preset control is determined according to the number of times of the second preset operation and the current hierarchical information of the third preset control.
Taking fig. 11(b) as an example, it can be understood that after the user triggers the Enter key, the focus is placed on the next row, i.e. the row where "song to day" is located. At this time, if the user triggers the Tab key once, the document editing software obtains a second preset operation of "retracting one level to the right", and then according to the number of times (one time) of the second preset operation and the current level information of the third preset control, it may be determined that the second preset control is one level lower than the third preset control, as shown in fig. 11 (c).
In the document editing method of the embodiment, when a first preset operation is monitored in a document editing process, a second preset control is added to a document, and first position information of a third preset control is determined according to a current position of a focus, wherein the third preset control is a previous control adjacent to the second preset control in a document editing interface, and when a second preset operation is monitored, a hierarchical relationship between the second preset control and the third preset control is determined according to the number of times of the second preset operation and the current hierarchical information of the third preset control, so that convenience is provided for a user to add a new theme at any time in the document editing process, the operation efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
