水泵外置的光波加热电壁挂炉,由壳体、水箱、电热管构成,水箱内置1根或以上光波电热管,水箱的进水口与水泵相连接,热水出水管与采暖系统连接,形成循环通路;水箱外有板式热交换器,通过电动三通阀将水箱内的热水送入板式热交换器内进行热交换或用盘管,以提供生活热水;水泵设在壳体之外。

本发明涉及家用水泵外置的光波加热电壁挂炉。
背景技术
专利申请号201821626747.8,提出了单采暖技术方案,现在家庭要求提供生活热水同时实现采暖,本专利申请采用非金属光波电热管对水加热,实现采暖并用板式热交换器或盘管提供生活热水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是采用储水方式,用非金属光波电热管加热,实现采暖并用板式热交换器或盘管供应生活热水。
本发明的技术措施是,在壳体1内,有水箱2,所述水箱用金属材料制作,水箱内有1根或以上光波电热管3-1,水箱进水口6与水泵5相连接,采暖热水从出水管了流出后与采暖系统连接,形成循环通路;壳体外,设置水泵,用水管与水箱连通水泵通过采暖回水管将地暖和散热器将采暖使用后降低了温度的水,送入水箱中加热,水箱的功能是储存水和由水泵送入的水,在水箱中要停留数分钟,被光波电热管加热,提高温度后才送出,即通过采暖出水管送至采暖管路并不断循环;在水箱外部有板式热交换器10,板式热交换器内有热水通道和冷水通道,需要生活热水时,通过电动三通阀16将水箱内的热水送入板式热交换器内的热水通道进行热交换后经水泵5,送回水箱中;同时,进入板式热交换器冷水通道内的水,取得热量后流出,供生活热水使用;或者采用盘管14换热方式,供生活热水,是在水箱内设置盘管吸取热量,在盘管外出水管道还装有薄膜电热管或铝电热管,对流出的水再加热,提高温度后供生活热水使用;所述薄膜电热管是在金属管外表面绝缘层处,印刷导电发热材料,经高温烧结制成,水在管内流通;所述铝电热管是在金属电热管外有水流通道,用熔化铝金属将二者压铸为一体。
水箱中采用的光波电热管,为非金属外壳电热管,电热丝由碳纤维制作,所述非金属外壳电热管外有套管4,为隔水加热;所述外壳1既可采用现有壁挂炉的长方形或者采用现有电热水器圆形或者扁形结构,立式或者卧式设置均可;立式时水泵和阀体在水箱下部或上部,卧式时设置在水箱两端,或者将水泵和阀体与水箱分为二个部件,并通过管路和导线连接为整体。
当水箱法兰太小时,可将水箱盲孔一端压平,用于安装光波电热管。
本发明的有益效果是水箱内采用光波电热管加热,既可供采暖,又供生活热水;进入水箱的采暖回水,要在水箱中停留数分钟,吸收更多热量,使电功率降低,水泵外置,结构简单,安装容易。

从结构本身而言,将水泵外置,并不完整,但产品制造简单,使用中,产品不易出现故障,维护简单,所以现实中也有人采用本结构。

1.水泵外置的光波加热电壁挂炉,由壳体、水箱、光波电热管构成,其特征在于:水箱用金属材料制作,水箱内置1根或以上光波电热管(3-1),水箱的进水口(6)与壳体之外的水泵(5)相连接,采暖热水从出水管流出后与采暖系统连接,形成循环通路;水泵设置在壳体之外。
