非金属水箱光波和薄膜电热管加热壁挂炉,由外壳、水箱、电热管、水泵构成,水箱内置1根或以上光波电热管,水箱的进水口与水泵相连接,热水出水管与采暖系统连接,形成循环通路;水箱外有板式热交换器,通过电动三通阀将水箱内的热水送入板式热交换器内进行热交换或用盘管热交换,以提供生活热水。

技术领域
本发明涉及家用非金属水箱光波和薄膜电热管或铝电热管加热壁挂炉。
背景技术
专利申请号201821626747.8,提出了单采暖技术方案,现在家庭要求提供生活热水同时实现采暖,本专利申请采用非金属水箱和光波和薄膜电热管或铝电热管对水加热,实现采暖并用板式热交换器或盘管提供生活热水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是采用储水方式,在非金属水箱内用光波和薄膜电热管或铝电热管加热,实现采暖并用板式热交换器或盘管供应生活热水。
本发明的技术措施是,在外壳1内,有水箱2,所述水箱采用非金属材料吹塑制作,即采用单层或多层吹塑工艺制造内胆,所述多层吹塑是指内胆壁吹塑时由一层或以上不同材料制成,是用多个料斗同时送入几种性能不同的原料,一次性成型;并在水箱水管上安装带有减压功能的水流开关,同时在水箱内设置泄压阀;水箱内有1根或以上光波电热管3-1,水箱外还有薄膜电热管或铝电热管3-2,水箱进水口6与水泵5相连接,水箱出水经薄膜电热管或铝电热管再加热之后,从热水出水管流出与采暖系统连接,形成循环通路;水箱外,设置水泵,水泵通过采暖回水管将地暖和散热器将采暖使用后降低了温度的水,送入水箱中加热,水箱的功能是储存水和由水泵送入的水,在水箱中要停留数分钟,被在水中的光波电热管加热,提高温度后再经安装在水箱外空气中的薄膜电热管或铝电热管加热才送出,即通过采暖出水管送至采暖管路并不断循环;在水箱外部有板式热交换器10,板式热交换器内有热水通道和冷水通道,需要生活热水时,通过电动三通阀16将水箱内经过二次加热的热水送入板式热交换器内的热水通道进行热交换后经水泵5,送回水箱中;同时,进入板式热交换器冷水通道内的水,取得热量后流出,供生活热水使用;或者采用盘管14换热方式,供生活热水,是在水箱内设置盘管吸取热量,在盘管外出水管道还装有薄膜电热管或铝电热管,对流出的水再加热,提高温度后供生活热水使用;所述薄膜电热管是在金属管外表面绝缘层处,印刷导电发热材料,经高温烧结制成,水在管内流通;所述铝电热管是在金属电热管外有水流通道,用熔化铝金属将二者压铸为一体。
水箱内采用的光波电热管,为非金属外壳电热管,电热丝由碳纤维制作,所述非金属外壳电热管外有套管4,为隔水加热;薄膜电热管和铝电热管是水在管内流通,也是隔水加热;外壳1既可采用现有壁挂炉的长方形或者采用现有电热水器圆形或者扁形结构,立式或者卧式设置均可;立式时水泵和阀体在水箱下部或上部,卧式时设置在水箱两端,或者将水泵和阀体与水箱分为二个部件,并通过管路和导线连接为整体。
本发明的有益效果是水箱内采用光波电热管加热,水箱外采用薄膜电热管或铝电热管加热,既供采暖,又供生活热水;进入水箱的采暖回水,要在水箱中停留数分钟,吸收更多热量,使电功率降低;采用吹塑制作水箱,改变了一百多年来用冲压焊接方式,成本降低40%,速度提高数十倍。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进行说明,附图中,外壳1、水箱2、光波电热管3-1、薄膜电热管或铝电热管3-2、套管4、水泵5、水箱进水口或称采暖回水管(或口)6、采暖热水管6-1、生活热水出水管(或口)7、自来水或称冷水管7-1、水8、膨胀水箱9、板式热交换器10、地暖11、散热器12、生活热水点12-1、水流传感器13、盘管14、泄压放水阀15、电动三通阀16、进水连体插入式阀体17、出水连体插入式阀体18、水开关19。
图1是非金属水箱光波和薄膜电热管加热壁挂炉原理图,图2是立式结构图,图3是卧式结构图,图5是落地式结构图,实际使用中,在板式热交换器的两端,都会采用铜制或塑料制作的进水和出水连体插入式阀体,使管路简化,结构紧凑;水箱内采用非金属光波电热管,是在套管4内空气中安装光波电热管,实现隔水加热;由水泵送入水箱的水,视水箱容量不同,要停留数分钟,即被加热数分钟,又经过薄膜电热管或铝电热管再加热,因此再送出水比无水箱的直热式结构,要高>10度;因此使用功率可以降低。
生活热水是采用板式热交换器,通过电动三通阀,将水箱中的热水注入板式热交换器中,进行热交换,再经水泵5送入水箱中;图6图7是水箱中有盘管14,在出水处装有薄膜电热管或铝电热管3-2,供生活热水;不用生活热水时,电动三通阀换向,热水供采暖使用,不用板式热交换器或盘管时,为单采暖壁挂炉,也在本专利保护之内。
由于水箱本身具有收缩功能,可以不用膨胀水箱;水泵也可外置,均在本专利保护之内。

1.非金属水箱光波和薄膜电热管加热壁挂炉,由外壳、水箱、电热管、水泵构成,其特征在于:水箱采用非金属材料吹塑制作,即采用单层或多层吹塑工艺制造内胆,所述多层吹塑是指内胆壁吹塑时由一层或以上不同材料制成,是用多个料斗同时送入几种性能不同的原料,一次性成型;水箱内置1根或以上光波电热管(3-1),水箱外设置薄膜电热管或铝电热管(3-2),水箱的进水口(6)与水泵(5)相连接,水箱出水经薄膜电热管或铝电热管再加热后,从热水出水管流出与采暖系统连接,形成循环通路;水箱的功能是储存水和由水泵(5)送入的水,在水箱中要停留数分钟被光波电热管加热,提高温度后送出。
2.根据权利要求1,所述非金属水箱光波和薄膜电热管加热壁挂炉,其特征在于:水箱外有板式热交换器(10),通过电动三通阀(16)将水箱的热水送入板式热交换器内的热水通道进入热交换后,经水泵再送回水箱中;同时,进入板式热交换器冷水通道的水,取得热量后供生活热水使用;或者采用盘管换热方式,是在水箱内设置盘管(14),在出水管道,装有薄膜电热管或铝电热管对流出的水,再加热后供生活热水使用。
3.根据权利要求1,所述非金属水箱光波和薄膜电热管加热壁挂炉,其特征在于:水箱采用非金属外壳光波电热管,在水中加热;水箱外采用薄膜电热管或铝电热管在空气中加热。
4.根据权利要求1,所述非金属水箱光波和薄膜电热管加热壁挂炉,其特征在于:外壳(1)采用的长方形或圆形或扁形结构;立式时水泵和阀体在水箱下部或上部;卧式时设置在水箱两端,或者将水泵和阀体与水箱分为二个部件,并通过管路和导线连接为整体。
