Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED工矿灯,其包括外壳、光学罩子、多个LED组件、固定所述多个LED组件的固定面板、电池仓、与电池仓电路连接的LED驱动电路,所述光学罩子与所述外壳内形成内腔,所述固定面板设置在内腔中,所述多个LED组件设置在固定面板朝向光学罩子一侧的板面上。本发明的LED工矿灯将发光的LED组件设置成与固定面板之间可快速拆卸和安装的结构,可在多岔路的隧道或溶洞等环境中起到指路、导引的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明装置,尤其涉及LED工矿灯。
背景技术
工矿灯是指工厂、矿井、仓库、高棚的生产作业区中使用的灯具类的总称,除了在通常环境中使用的各种照明灯外,还有特殊环境中使用的防爆灯和防腐蚀灯。现有的工矿灯不具有引导功能,人们在岔路特别多的矿井下搜救人员或逃生时、夜晚在岔路多的森林里面搜救或探险时、夜间在沙漠中进行探索后搜救时都容易迷路。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供LED工矿灯,LED工矿灯具有引导照明功能,适合在多岔路的矿井、溶洞、森林等环境中使用。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题:
本发明的LED工矿灯,包括外壳、光学罩子、多个LED组件、固定所述多个LED组件的固定面板、电池仓、与电池仓电路连接的LED驱动电路,所述光学罩子与所述外壳内形成内腔,所述固定面板设置在内腔中,所述多个LED组件设置在固定面板朝向光学罩子一侧的板面上;所述LED组件包括LED灯珠、固定LED灯珠的固定座、设置在固定座内的可充电电池和设置在固定座底部的金属连接件,所述可充电电池的正极连接LED灯珠的正极,所述固定座的底部靠近金属连接件的位置处设置有金属触点A和金属触点B,所述金属触点A和金属触点B分别与可充电电池的正负极连接,所述金属触点A和金属触点B距离金属连接件的距离不同,LED灯珠的负极与金属连接件连接,所述固定面板上设置有与所述金属连接件相互配适的凹槽,所述金属连接件可固定在所述凹槽中,所述凹槽的内侧设置有一个导电触片A,位于凹槽外侧贴近凹槽的位置处设置有导电触片B和导电触片C,当金属连接件固定在凹槽中后,位于凹槽内侧的导电触片A可与金属连接件连接,位于凹槽外侧的导电触片B和导电触片C分别与金属触点A和金属触点B连接,所述LED驱动电路分别与导电触片A、导电触片B和导电触片C连接,所述LED驱动电路上连接有开关A,所述开关A串联在导电触片A与LED驱动电路之间。
进一步,所述金属连接件为螺钉,所述凹槽为开有内螺纹的螺纹槽,所述金属连接件可旋入到所述螺纹槽中固定。
进一步,所述导电触片B和导电触片C为一大一小的两个环形的金属片,两个环形的金属片同轴设置。
进一步,所述固定座上还设置有开关B,所述开关B串联在LED灯珠的负极与可充电电池的负极之间。
进一步,所述光学罩子的一侧边缘与外壳之间铰接,光学罩子的另一侧边缘设置有卡钩,所述卡钩可与外壳卡扣连接。
进一步,所述开关A位于外壳外侧。
进一步,所述开关B设置在固定座的外侧壁上。
进一步,所述LED灯珠设置在固定座的顶部。
进一步,所述固定座呈方框型,所述可充电电池设置在固定座的框内侧下部,所述固定座的框内侧上部设置有金属材料制成的散热鳍片。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的LED工矿灯,包括外壳、光学罩子、多个LED组件、固定所述多个LED组件的固定面板、电池仓、与电池仓电路连接的LED驱动电路,所述光学罩子与所述外壳内形成内腔,所述固定面板设置在内腔中,所述多个LED组件设置在固定面板朝向光学罩子一侧的板面上。本发明的LED工矿灯将发光的LED组件设置成与固定面板之间可快速拆卸和安装的结构,可在多岔路的隧道或溶洞等环境中起到指路、导引的作用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:
如图1至图5所示:本发明的LED工矿灯,包括外壳1、光学罩子2、多个LED组件3、固定所述多个LED组件3的固定面板4、电池仓、与电池仓电路连接的LED驱动电路15,所述光学罩子2与所述外壳内形成内腔,所述固定面板4设置在内腔中,所述多个LED组件3设置在固定面板4朝向光学罩子2一侧的板面上;所述LED组件3包括LED灯珠5、固定LED灯珠5的固定座6、设置在固定座6内的可充电电池7和设置在固定座6底部的金属连接件8,所述可充电电池7的正极连接LED灯珠5的正极,所述固定座6的底部靠近金属连接件8的位置处设置有金属触点A9和金属触点B10,所述金属触点A9和金属触点B10分别与可充电电池7的正负极连接,所述金属触点A9和金属触点B10距离金属连接件8的距离不同,LED灯珠5的负极与金属连接件8连接,所述固定面板4上设置有与所述金属连接件8相互配适的凹槽11,所述金属连接件8可固定在所述凹槽11中,所述凹槽11的内侧设置有一个导电触片A12,位于凹槽11外侧贴近凹槽11的位置处设置有导电触片B13和导电触片C14,当金属连接件8固定在凹槽11中后,位于凹槽11内侧的导电触片A12可与金属连接件8连接,位于凹槽11外侧的导电触片B13和导电触片C14分别与金属触点A9和金属触点B10连接,所述LED驱动电路分别与导电触片A、导电触片B和导电触片C连接,导电触片B和导电触片C连接LED驱动电路的正负极,所述LED驱动电路上连接有开关A,所述开关A16串联在导电触片A与LED驱动电路的负极之间。优选的,所述多个LED组件3上面的LED灯珠5具有不同的颜色,每种颜色的LED灯珠5都具有多个。具体地,所述导电触片B和导电触片C为一大一小的两个环形的金属片,两个环形的金属片同轴设置。所述固定座6上还设置有开关B17,所述开关B串联在LED灯珠5的负极与可充电电池7的负极之间。所述开关A位于外壳外侧。所述开关B设置在固定座6的外侧壁上。所述LED灯珠5设置在固定座6的顶部。
本发明的工作原理和使用方法如下:电池仓内装入电池,通过LED驱动电路将电池输出的电压转换成与LED灯珠5的输入电压相匹配,由于当金属连接件8固定在凹槽11中后,位于凹槽11外侧的导电触片B和导电触片C分别与金属触点A9和金属触点B10连接,所以电池通过LED驱动电路对可充电电池7进行充电,当开关A闭合时,可连通LED灯珠5电路,使LED灯珠5发光。使用时,当隧道内队员分头进行探索或搜救时,可将矿灯上的LED组件3快速拆卸下来,然后分发给相应的人员,每个人员可以分发能够发出一种或两种颜色的LED组件3,每个人员在岔路口处可将一个LED组件3放置在所选择进入的岔路口处,提示后面进来的人员,遇到具有危险的岔路口时,可以选择放置能够发出红光的LED组件3,可以通过的岔路口处可以放置能够发出绿光的LED组件3,使得人员在逃生、探索或搜救的过程中不会迷路或发生危险。另外,最后进入的人员可将LED组件3拾起,方便以后再次安装在LED矿灯本体上进行充电。本发明的LED工矿灯尤其适合在矿井、溶洞、隧道、森林、沙漠等易迷失方向的环境中使用。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述金属连接件8为螺钉,所述凹槽11为开有内螺纹的螺纹槽,所述金属连接件8可旋入到所述螺纹槽中固定。上述改进的优点在于,可方便将LED组件3通过螺钉旋入到树干、洞壁上进行快速固定。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述光学罩子2的一侧边缘与外壳之间铰接,光学罩子2的另一侧边缘设置有卡钩21,所述卡钩可与外壳卡扣连接。上述改进的有益效果在于可实现光学罩子2的快速打开,以便可快速取出LED组件3。优选的,所述光学罩子2呈喇叭口状,光学罩子2内壁上设置反光材料,所述光学罩子2上设置有散热孔,所述光学罩子2的底部一侧边缘与外壳铰接,光学罩子2的底部另一侧边缘与外壳卡扣连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述固定座6呈方框型,所述可充电电池7设置在固定座6的框内侧下部,所述固定座6的框内侧上部设置有金属材料制成的散热鳍片61。上述设置可以提高LED组件3的散热效果,另外避免了可充电电池7所散发的热量影响LED灯珠5工作。

1.一种LED工矿灯,包括外壳、光学罩子、多个LED组件、固定所述多个LED组件的固定面板、电池仓、与电池仓电路连接的LED驱动电路,所述光学罩子与所述外壳内形成内腔,所述固定面板设置在内腔中,所述多个LED组件设置在固定面板朝向光学罩子一侧的板面上;所述LED组件包括LED灯珠、固定LED灯珠的固定座、设置在固定座内的可充电电池和设置在固定座底部的金属连接件,多个所述LED组件上面的LED灯珠具有不同的颜色,每种颜色的LED灯珠都具有多个,所述可充电电池的正极连接LED灯珠的正极,所述固定座的底部靠近金属连接件的位置处设置有金属触点A和金属触点B,所述金属触点A和金属触点B分别与可充电电池的正负极连接,所述金属触点A和金属触点B距离金属连接件的距离不同,LED灯珠的负极与金属连接件连接,所述固定面板上设置有与所述金属连接件相互配适的凹槽,所述金属连接件能够固定在所述凹槽中,所述凹槽的内侧设置有一个导电触片A,位于凹槽外侧贴近凹槽的位置处设置有导电触片B和导电触片C,当金属连接件固定在凹槽中后,位于凹槽内侧的导电触片A能够与金属连接件连接,位于凹槽外侧的导电触片B和导电触片C分别与金属触点A和金属触点B连接,所述LED驱动电路分别与导电触片A、导电触片B和导电触片C连接,所述LED驱动电路上连接有开关A,所述开关A串联在导电触片A与LED驱动电路之间;
所述金属连接件为螺钉,所述凹槽为开有内螺纹的螺纹槽,所述金属连接件能够旋入到所述螺纹槽中固定;所述导电触片B和导电触片C为一大一小的两个环形的金属片,两个环形的金属片同轴设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述固定座上还设置有开关B,所述开关B串联在LED灯珠的负极与可充电电池的负极之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述光学罩子的一侧边缘与外壳之间铰接,光学罩子的另一侧边缘设置有卡钩,所述卡钩能够与外壳卡扣连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述开关A位于外壳外侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述开关B设置在固定座的外侧壁上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠设置在固定座的顶部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述固定座呈方框型,所述可充电电池设置在固定座的框内侧下部,所述固定座的框内侧上部设置有金属材料制成的散热鳍片。
