本发明涉及照明领域,提供一种便于散热的LED管状灯。采用的技术方案是:一种便于散热的LED管状灯,包括有一根灯管(1),在灯管(1)的两头安装有灯座(2),在灯座(2)的端头连接有接头(3),在灯座(2)内安装有电源(4);所述电源(4)上连接有灯条(5),所述电源(4)与灯条(5)之间隔有一散热板(21),所述散热板(21)上设有透气散热的网孔(24);所述接头(3)上设有便于散热的透气孔(32)。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,尤其涉及一种便于散热的LED管状灯。
背景技术
LED灯对于温度要求较高,高温容易导致电源损坏,又由于LED亮度较高,散发的热量较高,如何有限散热成为LED灯需要突破的难题。
对于管状灯来说,为了便于散热,管状灯一般都是采用外置电源,或者采用风扇散热,导致生产成本高昂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种便于散热的LED管状灯,将电源内置,通过内部的散热结构,增加灯体的透气性,阻隔LED灯与电源,减小照射对电源的影响。本发明适用于照明领域。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种便于散热的LED管状灯,包括有一根灯管,在灯管的两头安装有灯座,在灯座的端头连接有接头,在灯座内安装有电源;所述电源上连接有灯条,电源与灯条之间通过接线连接;所述灯条延伸至灯管内,其特征是:所述电源与灯条之间隔有一散热板,所述散热板上设有透气散热的网孔;所述散热板上设有一安放灯条的灯条缺口,在灯条缺口的内侧设有一方便布线的接线口;所述接头上设有便于散热的透气孔。
更优的,一种便于散热的LED管状灯,其特征是:所述电源上设有两个极性相反的继电针,在继电针上套有两个接电的弹针;所述接头上设有供弹针伸出的弹针孔。
本方案提供的灯将电源内置,通过内部的散热结构,增加了灯体的透气性,阻隔了LED灯与电源,减小了照射对电源的影响。

具体实施方式:
本发明提供一种便于散热的LED管状灯,适用于照明领域。本发明可通过如下方式实施:
如图1-4所示:一种便于散热的LED管状灯,包括有一根灯管1,在灯管1的两头安装有灯座2,在灯座2的端头连接有接头3,在灯座2内安装有电源4;所述电源4上连接有灯条5,电源4与灯条5之间通过接线43连接;所述灯条5延伸至灯管1内.
所述电源4与灯条5之间隔有一散热板21,所述散热板21上设有透气散热的网孔24;所述散热板21上设有一安放灯条的灯条缺口23,在灯条缺口23的内侧设有一方便布线的接线口22;所述接头3上设有便于散热的透气孔32,一方面网孔24与透气孔32配合,使得灯体两头都是透气的,使整体成为通透的状态,方便热量的散发;另一方面,散热板21隔断电源4与灯条5,阻隔灯条5对电源4的照射,散热板21采用金属反光材质,将灯条5照射的光反射至灯管1内,减少散热板21对光的吸收,避免灯管1的两端温度过高。
所述电源4上设有两个极性相反的继电针41,在继电针41上套有两个接电的弹针42;所述接头3上设有供弹针42伸出的弹针孔31;所述弹针42可弹性的里外伸缩,有助于弹针42有效的接电。
综上,本发明方案提供的灯将电源4内置,通过内部的散热结构,增加了灯体的透气性,阻隔了LED灯与电源4,减小了照射对电源4的影响。

1.一种便于散热的LED管状灯,包括有一根灯管(1),在灯管(1)的两头安装有灯座(2),在灯座(2)的端头连接有接头(3),在灯座(2)内安装有电源(4);所述电源(4)上连接有灯条(5),电源(4)与灯条(5)之间通过接线(43)连接;所述灯条(5)延伸至灯管(1)内,其特征是:所述电源(4)与灯条(5)之间隔有一散热板(21),所述散热板(21)上设有透气散热的网孔(24);所述散热板(21)上设有一安放灯条的灯条缺口(23),在灯条缺口(23)的内侧设有一方便布线的接线口(22);所述接头(3)上设有便于散热的透气孔(32)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种便于散热的LED管状灯,其特征是:所述电源(4)上设有两个极性相反的继电针(41),在继电针(41)上套有两个接电的弹针(42);所述接头(3)上设有供弹针(42)伸出的弹针孔(31)。
