Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,包括有导光板、FPC和多颗灯珠,所述导光板的一个表面上覆盖有一反射膜,所述FPC设置在导光板和反射膜之间,在导光板的另一个表面上依次层叠设有扩散膜、增光膜和镜面膜;所述多颗灯珠与FPC电连接且固定于导光板。通过设置的反射膜、扩散膜、增光膜和镜面膜,能够代替了以往采用灯罩和反射板的结构,能够实现呼吸灯的整体更加轻薄,使得呼吸灯的整体占用空间少,使之能够在窄边框、厚度薄的电视中进行安装。

轻薄型电视呼吸灯
技术领域
本发明涉及呼吸灯域技术,尤其是指一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯。
背景技术
呼吸灯作为一种能够控制灯光由亮到暗逐渐变化的照明装置,由于其良好的视觉装饰效果而被广泛地应用于各个领域。例如,为了使电视机更加吸引消费者,通常在电视机上设置呼吸灯。
目前电视机为了追求屏占比和超薄结构,电视机的上下边框越来越窄,整体厚度越来越薄。为了达到呼吸灯的效果,若采用传统正发光LED(Light-Emitting Diode Light,发光二极管)灯以及灯罩、导光膜和反射板的结构已经无法满足空间要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,其结构设置合理,能够使得呼吸灯整体更加轻薄,有效地解决了以往呼吸灯无法在厚度薄、边框窄的的电视机上安装的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,包括有导光板、FPC和多颗灯珠,所述导光板的一个表面上覆盖有一反射膜,所述FPC设置在导光板和反射膜之间,在导光板的另一个表面上依次层叠设有扩散膜、增光膜和镜面膜;所述多颗灯珠与FPC电连接且固定于导光板。
作为一种优选方案:所述FPC的底部中间具有一延伸段,多颗灯珠包括有三颗第一种LED灯31a、31b、31c和一颗第二种LED灯;所述第一种LED灯31a设于FPC中部偏上,第一种LED灯31b、31c位于第一种LED灯31a的下方两侧形成三角形分布,所述第二种LED灯设于延伸段上。
作为一种优选方案:所述第二种LED灯通过延伸段向上折弯位于第一种LED灯的相同位置。
作为一种优选方案:所述导光板由主体部和于主体部上方两侧向外延伸的延伸部组成,主体部贯穿有多个可以镶嵌多颗灯珠的固定孔,所述FPC设置主体部的一个表面上,与FPC电连接的每一灯珠一一镶嵌于对应的固定孔中。
作为一种优选方案:所述主体部和FPC均呈长方形结构设置,主体部的长度和高度均与FPC的长度和高度相等。
作为一种优选方案:所述延伸部的末端低于首端形成延伸部的顶面为弧形设置。
作为一种优选方案:所述FPC的底部一侧延伸有一焊接部,于该焊接部上焊锡有排线。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:通过设置的反射膜、扩散膜、增光膜和镜面膜,能够代替了以往采用灯罩和反射板的结构,能够实现呼吸灯的整体更加轻薄,使得呼吸灯的整体占用空间少,使之能够在窄边框、厚度薄的电视中进行安装。
为更清楚地阐述本发明的结构特征和功效,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本发明进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构,是一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,包括有导光板10、FPC20、灯珠30、反射膜40、扩散膜50、增光膜60和镜面膜70。
其中,所述导光板10由主体部11和于主体部11上方两侧向外延伸的延伸部12组成,主体部11贯穿有多个可以镶嵌多颗灯珠30的固定孔111。所述导光板10的一个表面上覆盖有一反射膜40,所述FPC20设置在导光板10和反射膜40之间。在本实施例中,所述主体部11和FPC20均呈长方形结构设置,主体部11的长度和高度均与FPC20的长度和高度相等;FPC20完全覆盖在主体部11的前表面或者后表面上。所述延伸部12的末端低于首端形成延伸部12的顶面为弧形设置。
所述多颗灯珠30与FPC20电连接且固定于导光板10,在本实施例中,FPC20的底部中间具有一延伸段21、底部一侧延伸有一焊接部22,于该焊接部22上焊锡有排线23。多颗灯珠30包括有三颗第一种LED灯31a、31b、31c和一颗第二种LED灯32;所述第一种LED灯31a设于FPC20中部偏上,第一种LED灯31b、31c位于第一种LED灯31a的下方两侧形成三角形分布,所述第二种LED灯32设于延伸段21上。第二种LED灯32通过延伸段21向上折弯位于第一种LED灯31a的相同位置,FPC20覆盖于主体部11前表面或者后表面之后,与FPC20电连接的多颗灯珠30能够镶嵌于上述的固定孔111中固定,采用此种设置方式一方面可以使得灯珠30具有稳固可靠的固定方式,另一方面能够降低了呼吸灯的整体厚度。并且,通过将第二种LED灯32折弯设置在第一种LED灯31a的相同位置,一方面可以使得不需要在导光板10上为第二种LED灯32再开一个固定孔111进行固定,能够使得各LED灯之间的排布更加合理,不会影响到每一LED灯的发光效果;另一方面能够使得第一种LED灯31a、31b、31c和第二种LED灯32的发光效果更为均匀。
电连接于FPC20上的多颗灯珠30通过排线23外接控制器控制工作将第一种LED灯31a、31b和31c呈现明暗交替的呼吸效果,具体地说,呼吸灯的工作有三种状态;第一种状态下,第一种LED灯31a为常亮状态,而第一种LED灯31b、31c为明暗交替的呼吸效果状态,第二种LED灯32为关闭状态;第二种状态下,第一种LED灯31a、31b和31c均为关闭状态,只有第二种LED灯32是开启状态,而第二种LED灯32主要是电视机的待机状态显示;第三种状态是第一种LED灯31a、31b、31c以及第二种LED等均为开启的状态。
所述导光板10的另一个表面上依次层叠设有扩散膜50、增光膜60和镜面膜70;通过设置的扩散膜50、增光膜60和镜面膜70能够使得呼吸灯的整体更为轻薄,相较于以往采用灯罩、导光膜和反射板的结构设置的呼吸灯而言,能够实现占用空间少的效果,使之能够在窄边框、厚度薄的电视中进行安装。

Claims (4)

1.一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,包括有导光板(10)、FPC(20)和多颗灯珠(30),其特征在于:所述导光板(10)的一个表面上覆盖有一反射膜(40),所述FPC(20)设置在导光板(10)和反射膜(40)之间,在导光板(10)的另一个表面上依次层叠设有扩散膜(50)、增光膜(60)和镜面膜(70);所述多颗灯珠(30)与FPC(20)电连接且固定于导光板(10);
所述FPC(20)的底部中间具有一延伸段(21),多颗灯珠(30)包括有三颗第一种LED灯(31a、31b、31c)和一颗第二种LED灯(32);所述第一种LED灯(31a)设于FPC(20)中部偏上,第一种LED灯(31b、31c)位于第一种LED灯(31a)的下方两侧形成三角形分布,所述第二种LED灯(32)设于延伸段(21)上;所述第二种LED灯(32)通过延伸段(21)向上折弯位于第一种LED灯(31a)的相同位置;
所述导光板(10)由主体部(11)和于主体部(11)上方两侧向外延伸的延伸部(12)组成,主体部(11)贯穿有多个可以镶嵌多颗灯珠(30)的固定孔(111),所述FPC(20)设置主体部(11)的一个表面上,与FPC(20)电连接的每一灯珠(30)一一镶嵌于对应的固定孔(111)中;
电连接于FPC(20)上的多颗灯珠(30)通过排线(23)外接控制器控制工作将第一种LED灯(31a、31b、31c)呈现明暗交替的呼吸效果,呼吸灯的工作有三种状态:
第一种状态下,第一种LED灯(31a)为常亮状态,而第一种LED灯(31b、31c)为明暗交替的呼吸效果状态,第二种LED灯(32)为关闭状态;
第二种状态下,第一种LED灯(31a、31b、31c)均为关闭状态,只有第二种LED灯(32)是开启状态;
第三种状态是第一种LED灯(31a、31b、31c)以及第二种LED(32)均为开启的状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,其特征在于:所述主体部(11)和FPC(20)均呈长方形结构设置,主体部(11)的长度和高度均与FPC(20)的长度和高度相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,其特征在于:所述延伸部(12)的末端低于首端形成延伸部(12)的顶面为弧形设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻薄型电视呼吸灯,其特征在于:所述FPC(20)的底部一侧延伸有一焊接部(22),于该焊接部(22)上焊锡有排线(23)。
