Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of environmental protection and civil construction, in particular to an integrated device for river pollution sediment treatment and landscaping.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the industry and agriculture of China, the pollution degree of a plurality of river channels in China is serious. The bottom of the river channel is deposited with a large amount of bottom mud consisting of clay, sand, organic matters and various mineral matters, and the pollutants in the bottom mud are degraded, dissolved, biodegraded and the like under certain conditions to release various pollutants to the overlying water body, so that the bottom mud is an important source of water pollution and forms a threat to human health and environment. Because the river sediment is positioned at the bottom of the river, pollutants are mixed in the sediment, and the treatment difficulty is high. At present, biological and chemical methods are mostly adopted for treating river pollution sediment to repair or dredge the river pollution sediment to land in situ, and the river pollution sediment is cured and buried. The in-situ repair is positioned under water, so that the implementation difficulty is high, the underwater environment is complex, and the treatment speed is low; the underwater curing treatment has higher cost. Humans naturally have a hydrophilic nature, and newly built residential communities are built with little adjacent water, which requires both clean rivers and beautiful landscapes. In view of the above, the invention provides a novel integrated device for treating and landscaping river pollution bottom mud, and simultaneously realizes the treatment of the river pollution bottom mud and the construction of coastal landscapes, and has the characteristics of simple treatment, easy implementation and relatively low cost.

the geotechnical cloth is fixed on one side of the pile body far away from the center of the river channel; the cloth bag is placed in the hollow rectangular structure of the pile body;
the adsorbent is placed in a cloth bag;
the lower end of the pile body is inserted into a certain depth in the river sediment, and a seepage wall is formed between the pile bodies through the engagement of the grooves and the tenons; the top of the seepage wall is level with the bank side;
pumping the river pollution bottom mud into the other side of the seepage wall far away from the center of the river by using a mud pump, and scattering a certain amount of chemical agent when the river pollution bottom mud is pumped into a certain depth; and planting vegetation on the upper part of the polluted bottom mud when the polluted bottom mud fills the treatment space formed by the seepage wall and the river channel.
In a preferred embodiment: the adsorbent is an adsorbate made of minerals.
In a preferred embodiment: the adsorbent is one or two of ceramsite, zeolite and the like.
In a preferred embodiment: the chemical agent is one of potassium permanganate, hydrogen peroxide, calcium nitrate, ozone and the like.
In a preferred embodiment: the vegetation is one of ryegrass, reed, water spinach and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The method is simple, and large machinery is not required to be used;
(2) Filtering the bottom mud with high water content by using the geotechnical cloth, enabling water to enter the cloth bag through holes of the geotechnical cloth and the pile body, enabling the adsorbent to adsorb heavy metals and organic pollutants in the filtered water, enabling the adsorbed water to flow into a river channel, taking out the cloth bag when the adsorbed water is adsorbed for a certain time, replacing the adsorbent, and transporting the old cloth bag and the adsorbent to a sanitary landfill for disposal;
(3) The chemical agent is capable of oxidizing contaminants in the substrate sludge. The vegetation can absorb pollutants in the bottom mud, and when the vegetation is mature, the vegetation is transported to a sanitary landfill for disposal after being harvested, and new vegetation is planted.
(4) The substrate sludge treated by the chemical agent and the vegetation can be used as urban greening land after being inspected to be qualified, or engineering facilities can be directly built on the substrate sludge to form landscaping.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a river pollution sediment treatment and landscaping integrated device consists of a pile body 1, geotextiles 2, cloth bags 3, an adsorbent 4, a chemical agent (not marked in the figure) and vegetation 5; the pile body 1 is a reinforced concrete sheet pile and has certain strength and rigidity, the pile body is prefabricated in a factory in advance, the section is rectangular, the middle is a rectangular hollow structure 11, a groove 12 and a tenon 13 are respectively arranged at two ends of the width, a plurality of holes are formed in the side plate of the pile body 1, and the holes are located on one side of the pile body 1 facing the center of a river channel. The geotextile 2 is a nonwoven geotextile and is fixed on one side of the pile body 1 far away from the center of the river channel. The cloth bag 3 is formed by sewing geotextile 2 and is in a strip shape and is vertically arranged in the hollow of the pile body 1. The adsorbent 4 is one or two of mineral adsorbates, preferably haydite and zeolite, and the adsorbent 4 is arranged in the cloth bag 3. The chemical agent is one of potassium permanganate, hydrogen peroxide, calcium nitrate, ozone and the like. The vegetation 5 is one of ryegrass, reed, water spinach, etc.
In the concrete implementation, a pile body 1 is driven into a certain depth position in river bottom mud by a pile driver at one side of a polluted river, the pile body 1 and the pile body 1 are meshed with each other through a groove 12 and a tenon 13 to form a seepage wall, the top of the seepage wall is level with the bank, and geotechnical cloth 2 is fixed on the pile body 1 in the direction away from the center of the river; the adsorbent 4 is filled into the cloth bag 3, the opening of the cloth bag 3 is bound and sealed, and then the cloth bag is placed at the rectangular hollow structure 11 of the pile body 1. And pumping the river pollution bottom mud to the other side of the seepage wall by using a mud pump, and scattering a certain amount of chemical agent when the river pollution bottom mud is pumped to a certain depth. And planting vegetation 5 at the upper part when the polluted bottom mud fills the treatment space formed by the seepage wall and the river channel.
The invention adopts the working principle that the mud pump is directly adopted to pump the polluted bottom mud into the space formed by the seepage wall and the river channel for treatment, the method is simple, and large machinery is not required to be used; filtering the bottom mud with high water content by using the geotechnical cloth, enabling water to enter the cloth bag through holes of the geotechnical cloth and the pile body, enabling the adsorbent to adsorb heavy metals and organic pollutants in the filtered water, enabling the adsorbed water to flow into a river channel, taking out the cloth bag when the adsorbed water is adsorbed for a certain time, replacing the adsorbent, and transporting the old cloth bag and the adsorbent to a sanitary landfill for disposal; the chemical agent is capable of oxidizing contaminants in the substrate sludge.
