Abstract
The invention relates to a common support bracket suitable for various ammunitions, and relates to the technical field of aircraft security. The invention integrates the pods (square and round) with large appearance difference into a bracket support. A method of reducing ammunition support trays is provided. The scheme of the invention has simple structure, short manufacturing period and low cost, can realize transportation and hanging guarantee of various ammunitions only by modular combination and replacement of the bracket cushion block, realizes support of different ammunitions by disassembling the module, and also solves the rolling requirement when some ammunitions are hung and installed. Tests prove that the invention can quickly realize the support of various ammunitions, can quickly convert the ammunitions and can reliably fix and support the various ammunitions.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, contents, and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a common support cradle for multiple ammunition of the present invention comprises a cradle body 1 of a symmetrical structure. The middle part of the bracket body 1 is designed as a symmetrical arc surface 2, one end of the bracket body 1 is provided with a bolt fastener 4 through a pin shaft and a cotter pin, the other end of the bracket body is provided with a belting 6 through a pin shaft and a cotter pin, and the belting 6 is quickly assembled and disassembled by using an R-shaped pin, so that ammunition supporting and fixing can be completed. The two sides of the lower end of the bracket body 1 are designed into symmetrical sliding blocks, so that a bolt can be used, and the bracket can be fixed through a round hole in the sliding block 5. The symmetrical through holes 7 on the inner side of the sliding block 5 on the bracket body 1 can be used for modularized installation and combination to realize supporting and fixing of various ammunitions, and grooves are formed between the symmetrical arc surfaces 2 to avoid bulges below the ammunitions. The plane of the round hole on the slide block 5 is vertical to the plane of the symmetrical through hole 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the common support bracket applicable to multiple ammunitions of the present invention further includes a first bracket cushion block assembly, which includes a first split body (fig. 2, top left) and a second split body (fig. 2, bottom left), wherein the first split body includes an arc-shaped body, the arc-shaped body is provided with a slide 11, a first through hole 12 located at the center position and limiting holes 14 located at both ends, the shape of the upper portion of the second split body matches that of the first split body, the upper portion of the second split body is provided with two rows of second through holes 9 arranged at equal intervals, both ends of the upper portion of the second split body are respectively provided with a roller shaft 10, the bottom of the second split body is provided with a third through hole 8, the first split body and the second split body are mutually matched, and the first through hole 12 and the second barrel hole 9 are matched and fixed through a quick release pin 13 to form the first bracket cushion block assembly, as shown in the right side of fig. 2. When the quick release pin 13 is taken out, the slideway 11 can roll along the roller shaft 10 to realize ammunition deflection, and the deflection angle is suitable for +/-20 degrees. The first bracket cushion block assembly adopts a roller slideway mode, and the ammunition rolling hanging machine is easy to realize. Different angles of hanging up are realized through different hole positions (second through holes 9), and the design of the limiting holes at the two ends of the slide way meets the requirement of the angle of hanging up ammunition, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, the common support cradle for accommodating a plurality of ammunition of the present invention further comprises a second cradle pad assembly; the second bracket cushion assembly comprises a bending plate 16 and a U-shaped groove plate 18, a polyurethane rubber plate is arranged on the inner side below the bending plate 16 and serves as a lining, and two fixing bent rings 17 are arranged on two sides above the bending plate and are used for fixing a wrapping tape and fastening the bending plate 16; the inner side above the U-shaped groove plate 18 is provided with a polyurethane rubber plate 19 as a lining, and two round holes 15 are respectively arranged on two sides of the U-shaped groove plate and used for connecting and fixing the second bracket cushion block assembly and the first bracket cushion block assembly through a pin shaft to realize modular combination.
As shown in fig. 4, the symmetrical through holes 7 of the bracket body 1 and the third through holes 8 of the first bracket cushion block assembly are connected to form a modular combination formed by the bracket body and the first bracket cushion block assembly;
fig. 5 is a block assembly of a second bracket added on the basis of the block assembly of fig. 4, wherein the modular combination is realized by fixing a limiting hole 14 of the block assembly of the first bracket and a round hole 15 of the block assembly of the second bracket through a bolt;
the working process is as follows:

the second working state of the bracket in fig. 4 is that the modular combination is realized by inserting and pulling the standard pin shaft and the cotter pin, and the third working state of the bracket in fig. 5 is that the modular combination is realized by inserting and pulling the pin shaft and the cotter pin. The bracket support work in each combination state requires two-side bolt-tightening device and belt fixing.
