The invention relates to a marine fireproof soft package structure.
Background
The soft package is a wall decoration method for packaging the indoor wall surface by using a flexible material, and is also widely applied to the interior decoration of ships, however, the traditional ship soft package structure has poor fireproof performance and cannot meet the fireproof standard of ships.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and providing the marine fireproof soft package structure with good fireproof performance.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the detachable soft bag comprises fireproof cotton fixed on a bulkhead of a ship, a square frame fixedly connected with the bulkhead of the ship, an aluminum bottom plate with a honeycomb shape inside and a detachable soft bag, wherein the aluminum bottom plate is fixedly connected with the square frame, the detachable soft bag comprises an aluminum honeycomb plate, a sponge layer is arranged on the lower surface of the aluminum honeycomb plate, leather layers are coated on the lower surface of the sponge layer, edge folding strips are respectively arranged on four side surfaces of the aluminum honeycomb plate, two adjacent edge folding strips are fixedly connected, the aluminum honeycomb plate, the sponge layer and the leather layers are respectively clamped and fixed in the edge folding strips, connecting structures are respectively arranged on the edge folding strips and the aluminum bottom plate, and the detachable soft bag is fixedly matched with the aluminum bottom plate through the connecting structures.
According to the scheme, the first layer of fireproof cotton is fixed on the cabin wall, so that the first layer of fireproof is provided for the interior of the cabin, meanwhile, no combustible material in the aluminum bottom plate with the honeycomb interior forms the second fireproof, and the influence of flame on the cabin wall structure can be effectively slowed down through the two fireproof functions. Meanwhile, the detachable soft package is provided with an aluminum honeycomb panel which also provides a fireproof function.
The marine fireproof soft package structure is characterized by further comprising a fire extinguishing cooling device, wherein the fire extinguishing cooling device comprises a permanent magnet fixed on the aluminum bottom plate, a magnetic induction sensor, a pipeline and a water pump, the magnetic induction sensor is arranged corresponding to the permanent magnet, the water pump is arranged on the pipeline, the water pump is electrically connected with the magnetic induction sensor, one end of the pipeline is communicated with a water tank of a ship, the other end of the pipeline is a water outlet end, the water outlet end is arranged on the aluminum bottom plate, a plurality of spray holes are formed in the water outlet end, and the magnetic induction sensor is fixed on the square bracket.
According to the scheme, when the ambient temperature of the permanent magnet rises, the self magnetic field of the permanent magnet can be weakened, the magnetic force of the permanent magnet is detected through the magnetic induction sensor, when a fire disaster occurs, the water pump is started through triggering the magnetic induction sensor, so that the water outlet end outputs cooling water, the temperature of the aluminum bottom plate is reduced, the aluminum bottom plate is prevented from being deformed by heating, and meanwhile, the fire disaster can be slowed down through the cooling water after the aluminum bottom plate is damaged.
The water outlet end comprises a plurality of U-shaped pipes which are connected end to end in sequence, and each U-shaped pipe is provided with a plurality of spray holes.
According to the scheme, the quantity of the spray holes is increased by adopting the design of the shape of the rectangle, so that the water yield is increased, the temperature is effectively reduced, and the fire spreading is delayed.
Preferably, the connecting structure is a rivet or a magic tape or a bolt.
Preferably, the edging strip is a solid wood edging strip.
