Abstract
本发明涉及口腔卫生和口腔保健功能产品,具体涉及儿童口腔精华液,其中原料成分包含:防敏剂、番茄红素,丙二醇、西柚油、甜味剂、甘油、单氟磷酸钠、烟酰胺,活性锌、十二烷基硫酸钠、清洁剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、缓冲剂和尿囊素,余量为去离子水;本发明提供的本发明提供了儿童口腔精华液,该种儿童口腔精华素含有多种植物功效成份,且没有摩擦剂组成,不伤害牙釉质,同时对口腔溃疡,敏感牙痛有确切防治功效,精华液的溶液中的定量单氟磷钠完全溶解在水中,以氟离子状态溶解牙齿羟基磷灰石中的钙离子,形成钙盐迅速修复蛀牙和修补受损牙釉质表面。

背景技术
口腔的健康状况是反映生命健康的一面镜子,但是现代人饮食小吃素,特别儿童喜欢吃油甜食物。相比较其他身体部位疾病来说,口腔健康问题被人们忽略,甚至在民间有“牙病不是病”的错误说法。口腔健康的重点在于清除食物残渣和污垢,控制菌落,增强生理调节,保护口腔动态平衡。使口腔和牙齿系统有一个清洁健康的良好环境。
过去,传统牙膏作为日常口腔保健用品,有可能在清洁牙的同时亦对牙齿造成磨蚀,因牙膏研磨颗粒粗细的关系,会影响到牙齿磨损的程度。特别对儿童喜欢甜酸食更易磨损牙齿。
目前牙膏大部分由甘油约45%和研磨剂约为35-55%组成。研磨剂为石子(碳酸钙)和沙子(二氧化硅),高RDA的研磨剂常年磨擦我们的牙齿。而含水量极小的牙膏,大多为无机颗粒,即使是含有功效物却无法形成离子溶液,根本不能对口腔黏膜产生保护作用,结果是较难与口腔组织充分结合而降低了实际功效。特别是近年流行的超声波电动牙刷,超声波只能在溶液内溶解分散离子物质,对结实的牙膏起不了分散渗透作用。目前大部分牙膏成份中含有大量甘油(20%-75%)。这些甘油一般用作甜味剂和中和成份中物质的苦味,但这样阻碍了水的含量,水含量减少阻碍了对有效成份在水中形成离子电荷溶液,抑制了应有的药效作用。
含氟牙膏中,虽然能够在牙膏配方中混合均匀,但是这种混合也仅仅是物理混合,无法形成离子溶液,减少了氟离子结合钙的防蛀功能。在实际中,很难见到在口腔完全分散溶解钙化,更谈不上渗透到牙蓬处。随着快速刷牙和漱口等过程被带离口腔环境,其氟成分在口腔中存留时间短,而无法有效释放氟离子与钙生成钙盐。一些药物成分在与牙膏其它成分混合之后会产生一定程度的物化反应,药物成分原有功效因这些反应而降低,从而在整体上降低了药物的治疗效果。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供了儿童口腔精华液,该种儿童口腔精华素含有多种植物功效成份,且没有摩擦剂组成,不伤害牙釉质,同时对口腔溃疡,敏感牙痛有确切防治功效。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
儿童口腔精华液,其中各原料成分按重量份计:防敏剂0.7~1.1%、番茄红素0.03~0.06%,丙二醇2~4%、西柚油0.2~0.5%、甜味剂20~25%、甘油15~18%、单氟磷酸钠0.06~0.08%、烟酰胺0.01~0.03%,活性锌0.05~0.08%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.9~1.2%、清洁剂0.9~1.5%、增稠剂1.2~2.3%、防腐剂0.3~0.5%、缓冲剂0.3~0.5%和尿囊素0.2~0.4%,余量为去离子水。
进一步的,其中各原料成分含有防敏剂0.7%、番茄红素0.03%,丙二醇2%、西柚油0.2%、甜味剂20%、甘油15%、单氟磷酸钠0.06%、烟酰胺0.01%、活性锌0.05%的原材料综合配合互补功能组合的液体状态。
进一步的,所述活性锌为葡萄糖酸锌,所述甜味剂为木糖醇。
进一步的,所述防敏剂为0.2~0.3%的柳叶腊梅提取物、0.2~0.3%的金盏花、和0.3~0.5%的茶多酚组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述缓冲剂由碳酸氢钠和L-乳酸钠组成,所述防腐剂为天然肉桂酸钾,所述增稠剂为玉米糖胶。
进一步的,所述清洁剂由0.09%的十二烷基硫酸钠,0.05%的焦磷酸钠和0.05%的植酸钠组成。
进一步的,儿童口腔精华液的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)制备混料A:使用去离子水加热至60~65℃,将十二烷基硫酸钠、防腐剂、西柚油、番茄红素、丙二醇充分搞拌混合溶解,得到混料A;
2)制备混料B:用余下去离子水将尿囊素溶解,然后不断搞拌分别放入柳叶腊梅提取物、金盏花、茶多酚、烟酰胺、木糖醇、单氟磷酸钠、葡萄糖酸锌、防腐剂、缓冲剂、增稠剂(用甘油先分散),得到混料B;
3)共混:将混料A和混料B充分混合,加入剩余的增稠剂(用甘油先分散)、在搅拌缸内中速搅拌均匀后进行脱气处理,即得稀膏状透明液体。
进一步的,所述柳叶腊梅提取物、所述金盏花和所述茶多酚组成的混合物pH为7.0~7.6。
进一步的,所述金盏花为含量10~12%的干金盏花提取物,并由天然金盏花提取;所述茶多酚为含量85~95%的天然叶茶提取;所述柳叶腊梅必须为天然提取物。
本发明提供的儿童口腔精华素具有以下优点:
1、本发明溶液中的定量单氟磷钠完全溶解在水中,以氟离子状态溶解牙齿羟基磷灰石中的钙离子。形成钙盐迅速修复蛀牙和修补受损牙釉质表面。
2、金盏花,茶多酚,枊叶腊梅黄金组合,具有高的生物负电荷吸附能力。能沉积在牙本质小管口处堵塞外界物质进入,能防止敏感牙痛,茶多酚,枊叶腊梅黄金组合物质,具有灭菌消炎功能,在口腔中起除口臭的功能。其生物负电荷与等电点下的溃瘍面黏膜迅速结合,起着快速止痛,迅速修复溃瘍效果。
3、本发明采用金盏花,茶多酚,枊叶腊梅黄金组合,避免使用硝酸钾盐或锶盐等有害物来防止牙齿敏感。另外,金盏花,茶多酚,枊叶腊梅黄金组合是纯天然植物提取物质,具有很好的生物相容性,不会对牙銀及其他口腔组织产生生物排异性反应,并可被身体吸收为有益利用物。
4、本发明提供的儿童口腔精华素能够同时处理多种口腔问题,效果明显且持续时间长。儿童口腔精华素综合性程度上替代其它治疗口腔疾病的方法,降低了口腔的维护成本。

2)制备混料B:用余下去离子水将尿囊素溶解,然后不断搞拌分别放入柳叶腊梅提取物、金盏花、茶多酚、烟酰胺、木糖醇、单氟磷酸钠、葡萄糖酸锌、防腐剂、缓冲剂、增稠剂(用甘油先分散),得到混料B;
3)共混:将混料A和混料B充分混合,加入剩余的增稠剂(用甘油先分散)、在搅拌缸内中速搅拌均匀后进行脱气处理,即得稀膏状透明液体。
柳叶腊梅提取物、金盏花和茶多酚组成的混合物pH为7.6。
金盏花为含量12%的干金盏花提取物,并由天然金盏花提取;茶多酚为含量90%的天然叶茶提取;柳叶腊梅必须为天然提取物。
效果试验1:
对由上述实施例中制备得到的儿童口腔精华液,选取其中的实施例1、3、5组,进行对牙釉质保护和修护实验。选用人造鸡蛋壳作为对比试验材料,对其表面进行一定的污溃化处理后使用。
选用人造鸡蛋壳的原因如下:1、牙齿和鸡蛋壳的组成都是钙盐为主,且鸡蛋壳和牙齿的莫氏硬度接近。前者的莫氏硬度为3.5~5,后者莫氏硬度为4.5~6.5。2、牙齿的牙釉质表面密布着许多裸露的牙本质小管,这些小管的孔径在2.5mm左右,鸡蛋壳表面的气孔直径范围在1.5~2.5mm。3、醋酸是生活中接触到最为频繁的一种食用酸,且对鸡蛋壳和牙本质都有腐蚀性,利用牙质表面和鸡蛋表面极为相似的物理特点和醋酸的环境来模拟抗对多功能口腔养护液对牙齿防蛀保护作用。
取用经表面污溃化处理的人造鸡蛋壳分为五组,每组有5个平行试验,分别使用实施例1、实施例3、实施例5和对比例(采用市售随机选普通牙膏)4款口腔产品对四组样品在相同时间t内进行相同次数的摩擦处理,依次对应。分别记为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组、试验4组。然后放入一定浓度的醋酸溶液中浸泡之后进行敲击,使用同样的敲击力度敲击蛋壳直至其破损为止,并统计敲击次数,每组试验取最终结果的平均值。
试验结果显示:试验1组、试验2组和试验3组处理过的鸡蛋壳平均破损敲击次数远高于与4组,说明含有本发明儿童口腔精华素,具有保护牙釉质作用。同时,用同样方法处理过的鸡蛋壳,试验组用同等硬毛牙刷,同力机械刷4500次,并增加次数,试验结果显示:1、2、3组(采用儿童口腔精华素)的鸡蛋壳磨损不够明显,而4(采用市售随机选普通牙膏)的鸡蛋壳已基本磨烂。说明采用儿童口腔精华素不会伤害牙釉质,而市售普通牙膏确能磨损牙齿。
效果试验2:
对由上述实施里制备得到的儿童口腔精华液,选取其中的实施例1、3、5组,进行洁净和杀菌效果试验。将市售的烤瓷牙表面进行处理(利用铁丝刷反复50次摩擦刮刷烤瓷牙表面,使其表面的粗糖度相同,便于后续步骤细菌和污浊物的附着),然后将其浸入脏水中浸泡,使其表面污溃化的同时生长一定数量的细菌。将处理后的烤瓷牙分为四组,每组5个平行试验。采用市售随机选购的两组普通牙膏作为5、6组,以及采用实施例中2、4组制备得到的儿童口腔精华素,分别记为试验5,6组、试验7,8组。记录烤瓷牙颜色变化,并检测烤瓷牙上含菌量,试验结果显示各组烤瓷牙颜色变化变化不大。
另一试验结果看出,试验2组烤瓷牙表面菌落减少量与试验7,8组持平5,6组。证明儿童口腔精华素抑菌效果与普通牙膏相当。
采用实施例1~5对比调查口腔溃疡患者试验9例牙龈出血12例,牙齿敏感痛12例。全部显示本儿童口腔精华素效果显著,而普通市售牙膏无效并使病情加重。
采用实施例1~5对比调查牙周病患者试验10例,结果显示,采用市售随机选普通牙膏和儿童口腔精华素功效基本相若。

Claims (10)
1.儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于,其中各原料成分按重量份计:防敏剂0.7~1.1%、番茄红素0.03~0.06%,丙二醇2~4%、西柚油0.2~0.5%、甜味剂20~25%、甘油15~18%、单氟磷酸钠0.06~0.08%、烟酰胺0.01~0.03%,活性锌0.05~0.08%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.9~1.2%、清洁剂0.9~1.5%、增稠剂1.2~2.3%、防腐剂0.3~0.5%、缓冲剂0.3~0.5%和尿囊素0.2~0.4%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于,其中各原料成分含有防敏剂0.7%、番茄红素0.03%,丙二醇2%、西柚油0.2%、甜味剂20%、甘油15%、单氟磷酸钠0.06%、烟酰胺0.01%、活性锌0.05%的原材料综合配合互补功能组合的液体状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于,所述活性锌为葡萄糖酸锌,所述甜味剂为木糖醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于,所述防敏剂为0.2~0.3%的柳叶腊梅提取物、0.2~0.3%的金盏花、和0.3~0.5%的茶多酚组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于,所述缓冲剂由碳酸氢钠和L-乳酸钠组成,所述防腐剂为天然肉桂酸钾,所述增稠剂为玉米糖胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于,所述清洁剂由0.09%的十二烷基硫酸钠,0.05%的焦磷酸钠和0.05%的植酸钠组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于,制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)制备混料A:使用去离子水加热至60~65℃,将十二烷基硫酸钠、防腐剂、西柚油、番茄红素、丙二醇充分搞拌混合溶解,得到混料A;
2)制备混料B:用余下去离子水将尿囊素溶解,然后不断搞拌分别放入柳叶腊梅提取物、金盏花、茶多酚、烟酰胺、木糖醇、单氟磷酸钠、葡萄糖酸锌、防腐剂、缓冲剂、增稠剂(用甘油先分散),得到混料B;
3)共混:将混料A和混料B充分混合,加入剩余的增稠剂(用甘油先分散)、在搅拌缸内中速搅拌均匀后进行脱气处理,即得稀膏状透明液体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于:所述柳叶腊梅提取物和所述茶多酚,两种提取物必须完全溶于水形成透明状溶液离子态。
9.根据权利要求7所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于:所述柳叶腊梅提取物、所述金盏花和所述茶多酚组成的混合物pH为7.0~7.6。
10.根据权利要求7所述的儿童口腔精华液,其特征在于:所述金盏花为含量10~12%的干金盏花提取物,并由天然金盏花提取;所述茶多酚为含量85~95%的天然叶茶提取;所述柳叶腊梅必须为天然提取物。
