Abstract
本发明提供一种智能护理床,包括控制模块以及与所述控制模块分别连接的信息采集模块和信息显示模块;所述信息采集模块,用于采集监护对象生理参数信息;所述控制模块,用于信号处理、分析、运算和发送,完成控制指令并根据信号分析结果进行异常病变报警处理,同时协调、检测整机各个部分的工作;所述异常病变报警处理采用小波变换处理人体生理信号,进行计算信号能量和能量特征分析从而识别人体病变进行报警;所述信息显示模块,用于显示监护对象的各项采集生理信息以及操作选择目标和发送相应指令。本发明融合护理、监控和危急报警功能于一体,实现对病人及老人更好的护理。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于护理床技术领域,具体涉及一种智能护理床。
背景技术
联合国发表报告指出,全世界人口老龄化进程正在加快,今后50年内,60岁以上老人的人口比例预计将会翻一番。由于各种灾难和疾病造成的残障人士也逐年增加,他们存在不同程度的能力丧失,如行走、视力、动手及语言等。数量巨大的老年人与残障人士需要护理的客观要求,人民生活水平的提高以及减轻家人、护理人员劳动强度的渴望,加上传统使用的护理床无法满足要求,因此需要更高技术含量的智能护理床来满足功能障碍群体对生活自理、自立的迫切渴求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种智能护理床,融合护理、监控和危急报警功能于一体,实现对病人及老人更好的护理。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种智能护理床,包括控制模块以及与所述控制模块分别连接的信息采集模块和信息显示模块;
所述信息采集模块,用于采集监护对象生理参数信息;
所述控制模块,用于信号处理、分析、运算和发送,完成控制指令并根据信号分析结果进行异常病变报警处理,同时协调、检测整机各个部分的工作;
所述异常病变报警处理采用小波变换处理人体生理信号,进行计算信号能量和能量特征分析从而识别人体病变进行报警;
所述信息显示模块,用于显示监护对象的各项采集生理信息以及操作选择目标和发送相应指令。
优选的,所述信息采集模块采用生理参数测量模块,所述生理参数测量模块包括三通道心电、NIBP、数字SPO2、呼吸、两通道体温、两通道IBP,用于采集监护对象心律、血氧饱和度、血压、体温、脉率和五导联心电参数信息。
优选的,所述控制模块采用基于ARM9的PCM9375芯片处理器,所述芯片处理器分别连接有LAN1,KB/MS,COM1接口,LCD,USB接口,CRT接口和电源。
优选的,所述信息显示模块通过触摸显示屏将监护对象的各项生理信息表示出来。
优选的,所述信息采集及显示、异常病变报警处理和信号处理、分析、运算和发送均采用基于嵌入式的WindowsCE操作系统,在Visual Studio.NET环境下开发。
优选的,所述异常病变报警处理采用小波变换处理人体生理信号,对信号进行去除噪声,然后进行计算信号能量和能量特征分析,对能量特征分析后的信号进行模糊模式识别从而识别判断故障和人体病变,人体病变则进行报警。
本发明的有益效果是:智能床将单片机技术与实物紧密结合,它具有监控功能以及人机交互功能,使设备显得更灵活和人性化,方便处理突发事件;护理床根据控制指令,完成人体不同体位变换;同时对监护对象生理参数进行实时检测,发现健康异常自动识别并报警;监测数据和报警信息可通过Internet传输给远程监护中心。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种智能护理床,包括控制模块以及与控制模块分别连接的信息采集模块和信息显示模块;信息采集模块,用于采集监护对象生理参数信息;控制模块,用于信号处理、分析、运算和发送,完成控制指令并根据信号分析结果进行异常病变报警处理,同时协调、检测整机各个部分的工作;异常病变报警处理采用小波变换处理人体生理信号,进行计算信号能量和能量特征分析从而识别人体病变进行报警;信息显示模块,用于显示监护对象的各项采集生理信息以及操作选择目标和发送相应指令。
具体的,信息采集模块采用BM100生理参数测量模块,其集成了3通道心电、NIBP、数字SPO2、呼吸、2通道体温、2通道IBP,可以采集心律、血氧饱和度、血压、体温、脉率、五导联心电等参数。
具体的,控制模块采用基于ARM9的PCM9375芯片处理器,芯片处理器分别连接有LAN1,KB/MS,COM1接口,LCD,USB接口,CRT接口和电源。信息显示模块通过触摸显示屏将监护对象的各项生理信息表示出来。信息采集及显示、异常病变报警处理和信号处理、分析、运算和发送均采用基于嵌入式的WindowsCE操作系统,在Visual Studio.NET环境下开发,实现用户多生理参数的传感器信息采集及显示、异常病变报警和网络传输等功能。
如图1和图2所示,一种智能护理床在使用过程中可配合连接生理参数监护仪,用户通过串口向生理参数监护仪发送指令,打开所选择监护仪上的功能模块,对用户实施生理参数检测,并通过串口读取人体生理参数的原始数据,然后对数据进行分析,提取出数据中血氧、体温、血压、心电4大模块数据,并分别以数字和动态曲线的方式实时显示出来,在信息显示模块对测量参数选择,然后点击发送,向监护模块发送选择命令,监护模块开始工作,可应对被监护人员的智能病例部分,显示过往病史,并对生理数据进行分析,同时可记录异常数据,方便医护人员进行详细的诊断。
如图1和图2所示,一种智能护理床的异常病变报警处理采用小波变换处理人体生理信号,人体生理信号是一种非平稳的低频强噪声信号,小波的多分辨率分析具有良好的空间域和频率域局部化特性,可以很好地刻画信号的突变信息,因此将小波理论作为信号突变诊断的工具。由于人体生理信号不同于工业信号,它非常微弱,文中采用信号特征更集中的小波能量时谱用于信号的分析和处理,即对信号进行去除噪声,然后进行计算信号能量和能量特征分析,对能量特征分析后的信号进行模糊模式识别从而识别判断故障和人体病变,人体病变则进行报警。
进一步的,一种智能护理床以护理床为基点,采用嵌入式技术研制了智能健康监护系统,实现对监护对象的生理参数实时检测和健康异常自动报警,为确保报警的准确性,分析了信号噪声、传感器信号和人体生理信号特征,研究了基于小波分析的智能健康报警模型,实现一个融合“护理”、“监控”和“危急报警”功能的智能健康监护床,不仅可满足当前社会的需求,同时作为一个终端,可以和远程监护中心形成一个面向社会的网络化健康监控体系,可实现上位机与下位机双重结合,实现远程控制,使系统更加稳定与安全,同时使使用者更加方便,智能床护理系统与网络连接,更方便人们的监控,可实现对病人及老人更好的护理。

1.一种智能护理床,其特征在于,包括控制模块以及与所述控制模块分别连接的信息采集模块和信息显示模块;
所述信息采集模块,用于采集监护对象生理参数信息;
所述控制模块,用于信号处理、分析、运算和发送,完成控制指令并根据信号分析结果进行异常病变报警处理,同时协调、检测整机各个部分的工作;
所述异常病变报警处理采用小波变换处理人体生理信号,进行计算信号能量和能量特征分析从而识别人体病变进行报警;
所述信息显示模块,用于显示监护对象的各项采集生理信息以及操作选择目标和发送相应指令。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能护理床,其特征在于,所述信息采集模块采用生理参数测量模块,所述生理参数测量模块包括三通道心电、NIBP、数字SPO2、呼吸、两通道体温、两通道IBP,用于采集监护对象心律、血氧饱和度、血压、体温、脉率和五导联心电参数信息。
