本发明实施例提供了一种重配置方法及相关产品,方法包括:用户设备接收来自网络设备的重配置指令,所述重配置指令用于指示对PDCP层进行重配置;所述用户设备对PDCP层进行重配置,以及发送EM。采用本发明实施例可避免由于PDCP层的变化影响其他承载,进而保证了其他业务的数据连续性。
