All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an implementation environment provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment includes a base station 101 and a terminal 102, where the terminal 102 is located within a coverage area of the base station 101 and is connected to the base station 101 through a network. Based on the network connection, the terminal 102 may receive a message sent by the base station 101, such as a short message, an instant messaging message sent through an instant messaging application, and the like.
The terminal 102 detects a first preset event, and when the first preset event occurs, it is likely that the terminal 102 will connect a pseudo base station, the terminal 102 will detect whether the base station 101 is a pseudo base station, and if the base station 101 is a pseudo base station, no matter which interface the terminal 102 currently displays, a pseudo base station prompting message will be displayed on the upper layer of the current interface, so as to actively prompt a user that the pseudo base station is currently connected, remind the user of improving alertness, and prevent the pseudo base station.
Then, when the terminal 102 receives the message sent by the base station 101, and the user views the message, the content in the message is treated more cautiously, which plays a role in protecting the information security of the user.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a pseudo base station prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution subject of the pseudo base station prompting method is a terminal, and referring to fig. 2, the method includes:
201. and when the terminal detects a first preset event, acquiring the equipment information of the base station connected with the terminal.
The terminal may monitor an event occurring at the terminal, so as to detect the base station when detecting the first preset event. The first preset event is an event with a possibility of connecting a pseudo base station, and when the terminal detects the first preset event, it may be considered that the base station to which the terminal is connected at this time may be a pseudo base station, and therefore, it is necessary to detect the connected base station. The first preset event may include an event of receiving a message sent by a base station, an event of changing a geographical location, an event of changing a network connection manner, an event of changing a signal strength, and the like.
The terminal may receive the message sent by the base station in the using process, and the terminal may detect the base station each time the message sent by the base station is received, so as to determine whether the message is the message sent by the pseudo base station. The message may include a short message, an instant messaging message, and the like.
The terminal may move during the use process, and after moving, the terminal may connect to a new base station, and at this time, the connected base station may be detected. In practical applications, the geographic location may be divided according to the coverage areas of different base stations, and when the terminal moves from the coverage area of one base station to the coverage area of another base station, it indicates that the geographic location of the terminal has changed.
The terminal may connect to the network in different network connection manners, such as a Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity ) manner, a 4G manner, a 5G manner, and the like, and when the network connection manner of the terminal changes, it indicates that the base station to which the terminal is connected may change, and at this time, the connected base station may be detected.
The terminal can detect communication signals transmitted by surrounding base stations, determine the signal strength, and when the signal strength of the terminal changes, the terminal can move to the vicinity of a new base station, and a new base station can be connected, and the connected base station can be detected. In practical application, a preset amplitude can be set, the change amplitude of the signal intensity is larger than the preset amplitude, the signal intensity can be considered to be changed, or the preset intensity is set, and when the current signal intensity reaches the preset intensity, the signal intensity can be considered to be changed.
In order to detect a base station, device information of the base station is first obtained, and the device information is used for determining a uniquely corresponding base station. Wherein the device information may include at least one of:
MCC (Mobile Country Code );
MNC (Mobile Network Code, Mobile Network number);
LAC (Location Area Code);
CID (Cell ID, Cell identity).
202. The terminal obtains a first detection result corresponding to the equipment information based on a local first preset detection model.
The terminal may locally store a first preset detection model, where the first preset detection model is used to detect whether the base station is a pseudo base station. After the device information of the base station is obtained, the device information is input into a first preset detection model, and detection is performed based on the first preset detection model, so that a first detection result corresponding to the device information can be obtained, and the first detection result is used for indicating whether the base station is a pseudo base station or not.
Wherein, this first preset detection model trains according to sample information and obtains, and this sample information includes: the base station comprises equipment information of a plurality of sample base stations, marking information corresponding to each sample base station and message data reported by a user aiming at each sample base station, wherein the marking information is used for determining whether each sample base station is a normal base station or a pseudo base station, and the message data is data such as the number of messages sent to the user terminal by the base station, the receiving time and the like. The first preset detection model may include one or more of a spam short message identification model, a pseudo base station rule identification model, a pseudo base station integration algorithm model, or other models, and the models may be trained by using algorithms such as a deep neural network or a support vector machine. The first preset detection model may be sent to the terminal after being trained by the training device, or may be downloaded from the training device by the terminal.
203. And the terminal acquires a second detection result corresponding to the equipment information based on a second preset detection model provided by the server.
The server may also store a second preset detection model, which is used to detect whether the base station is a pseudo base station. After the device information of the base station is obtained, the terminal sends a detection request to the server, the detection request carries the device information, when the server receives the detection request, the device information is input into a second preset detection model, detection is carried out based on the second preset detection model, a second detection result corresponding to the device information can be obtained and sent to the terminal, and the second detection result is used for indicating whether the base station is a pseudo base station or not.
The second preset detection model may be obtained by training according to sample information, and the sample information may be the same as the sample information in step 203, or in the using process of the second preset detection model, the server may still collect the sample information, and update and optimize the second preset detection model according to the newly collected sample information.
204. And determining the detection result of the base station according to the first detection result and the second detection result.
The first detection result and the second detection result are both detection results obtained based on a detection model, and the detection result of the base station can be determined more accurately by comprehensively considering the first detection result and the second detection result.
In a possible implementation manner, considering that the second preset detection model on the server may be updated and optimized, and the accuracy is higher compared with the first preset detection model on the terminal, so when the first detection result and the second detection result are inconsistent, for example, one detection result indicates that the base station is a pseudo base station and another detection result indicates that the base station is not a pseudo base station, the second detection result may be used as the final detection result of the base station.
Experiments show that the accuracy rate of the local detection of the pseudo base station is 95%, the accuracy rate of the cloud detection is 98%, and the error recognition rate is 1.5%, which can show that the detection mode provided by the embodiment of the invention is accurate enough.
In another possible implementation manner, the detection may also be performed based on only the first preset detection model, or based on only the second preset detection model. Alternatively, different detection modes may be determined according to the type of the detected first preset event, for example, for an event that receives a message sent by the base station, detection may be performed based on the first preset detection model and the second preset detection model, and for other events, detection may be performed based on the first preset detection model.
205. And when the base station is determined to be the pseudo base station according to the detection result, the terminal displays a pseudo base station prompt message on the upper layer of the current interface.
When the obtained detection result shows that the base station is the pseudo base station, in order to actively prompt the user and enhance the prompt effect, no matter which interface is displayed by the terminal currently, the pseudo base station prompt message is displayed on the upper layer of the current interface. The pseudo base station prompting message is used for prompting that the terminal is connected with the pseudo base station currently, and the fact that the fraud risk exists currently can be simply and clearly informed to the user through displaying the pseudo base station prompting message, so that the user is reminded to strengthen precaution, and the message sent by the base station is cautiously treated.
The pseudo base station prompting message may include prompting information, for example, the pseudo base station prompting message may be as shown in fig. 3, and the prompting information may be that "the current network is already covered by the pseudo base station, so that the received short message and the web page link have a fraud risk, and it is recommended that you move to the secure network to pay.
When the obtained detection result shows that the base station is not a pseudo base station but a normal base station, the user does not need to be prompted. Since the detection process is carried out in the background, the user cannot sense the whole detection process, and therefore the user cannot be disturbed.
In a possible implementation mode, the terminal can create a floating layer on the upper layer of the current interface under the condition that the current interface is kept displayed, and display the pseudo base station prompting message on the floating layer, at the moment, the floating layer covers all or part of the current interface, and a user can see the pseudo base station prompting message when wanting to view the current interface, so that the effect of actively prompting the user is achieved, and the prompting mode is more visual.
When the floating layer covers part of the interface of the current interface, the floating layer can be positioned above, in the middle or below the display screen, and the other positions of the display screen can still display the non-covered interface in the current interface for the user to browse.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal may display the pseudo base station prompting message according to a preset pattern on an upper layer of the current interface, where the preset pattern is different from patterns of other prompting messages, for example, the preset pattern may be a visually striking pattern, so as to attract attention of a user more easily, and the prompting manner is more striking and intuitive. For example, the preset pattern may be a special shape, or the preset pattern may be a background color that is a relatively striking color such as red, yellow, or the like, so that the user feels the danger of the pseudo base station.
206. And when the terminal detects the activation operation of the information inlet in the prompting message of the pseudo base station, displaying an introduction page of the pseudo base station.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the pseudo base station hint message may further include an information entry, the terminal displays the information entry when displaying the pseudo base station hint message, when a user wants to know a pseudo base station, the terminal may trigger an activation operation on the information entry, and when detecting the activation operation on the information entry, the terminal displays a pseudo base station introduction page, where the pseudo base station introduction page includes introduction information of the pseudo base station, such as concept interpretation of the pseudo base station, introduction of easily-caused hazards, introduction of prevention of hazards, and the like. For example, based on the pseudo base station prompting message shown in fig. 3, when the user clicks "know pseudo base station", the presented pseudo base station introduction page may be as shown in fig. 4.
The pseudo base station introduction page may be a native page on the terminal, or may also be an H5(Hyper Text Markup Language5, fifth modified) page, and the server providing the H5 page may flexibly control the presentation style and the presentation content of the H5 page, thereby conveniently updating the page.
And then, when the terminal detects the closing operation of the pseudo base station introduction page, closing the pseudo base station introduction page and the pseudo base station prompt message, and displaying the current interface again.
This step 206 may be an optional step, when the terminal displays the pseudo base station prompting message, if the pseudo base station prompting message does not include the information entry, or the user does not trigger the activation operation on the information entry, the user may also trigger the closing operation on the pseudo base station prompting message, and when the terminal detects the closing operation, the pseudo base station prompting message is closed, and the current interface is displayed again. Or the terminal may count the display duration of the pseudo base station prompting message, and when the display duration reaches a preset display duration, it indicates that the pseudo base station prompting message has been displayed for a sufficiently long time, and the user has viewed the pseudo base station prompting message, then the terminal closes the pseudo base station prompting message, and continues to display the current interface.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present invention is only described by taking the method for executing the pseudo base station by the terminal as an example, and in practical application, the pseudo base station prompting method may be executed by an operating system of the terminal, or may be executed by a specified application client installed in the terminal, where the specified application client may call an interface provided by the operating system to obtain the device information of the base station, or may call an interface provided by the operating system to display the pseudo base station prompting message on an upper layer of a current interface.
In consideration of the fact that in practical application, after the fake base station sends the fraud message to the terminal, the fake base station can be disconnected with the terminal quickly, and the connection is very short, so that delay may exist in the process of executing the fake base station prompting method by the appointed application client, and the situations of false identification and missed identification occur.
Fig. 5A is a schematic operation flow diagram illustrating an operation flow of detecting a base station and prompting a user for a pseudo base station when four first preset events are detected according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5B is another schematic operation flow diagram provided by an embodiment of the present invention, which is a process of performing detection based on detection models of a local server when detecting an event of receiving a message sent by a base station, and fig. 5C is another schematic operation flow diagram provided by an embodiment of the present invention, which is a process of performing detection based on a detection model of a local server when detecting three other first preset events.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first preset event with the possibility of connecting the pseudo base station is set, when the first preset event is detected, the equipment information of the base station connected with the terminal is acquired, the detection result corresponding to the equipment information is acquired, so that whether the connected base station is the pseudo base station is determined, when the base station is determined to be the pseudo base station, the pseudo base station prompt message for prompting that the terminal is currently connected with the pseudo base station is displayed on the upper layer of the current interface, the user is actively prompted, the prompt mode is intuitive, and the prompt is performed according to the current connection condition of the terminal of the user, so that the pertinence is improved, the user can be alerted, the pseudo base station is prevented, the safety awareness and the active defense capability of the user are improved, and the prompt effect is improved.
Moreover, a detection model is trained on a large number of background-based pseudo base stations, and the base stations of the user terminal are detected on the basis of the detection model, so that the detection accuracy is improved, whether the pseudo base stations cover nearby can be accurately prompted to a user, the user can feel the urgency and the danger of the pseudo base stations in real time, the personal relevance of the user is emphasized, and early warning and safety protection capability is provided for the user. Particularly, multilayer detection can be performed through the local first preset detection model and the second preset detection model of the server, and the detection accuracy is further improved.
Fig. 6A is a flowchart of a pseudo base station prompting method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution subject of the pseudo base station prompting method is a terminal, and referring to fig. 6A, the method includes:
601. when the terminal detects an event of receiving a message sent by the base station and determines that the base station is a pseudo base station, adding a pseudo base station message label to the message in the message receiving record, and adding a pseudo base station label to the base station in the base station connection record.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, when the first preset event is an event that a message sent by the base station is received, after detecting the event, the terminal detects the base station to obtain a corresponding detection result, and the specific detection process is similar to that in step 201 and step 204, and is not described herein again.
In addition, when the terminal receives the message, a message receiving record is also created, the message receiving record comprises at least the received message and the receiving time corresponding to the message, and a base station connection record is also created, and the base station connection record comprises at least the device information of the base station which is connected and the corresponding connection time. Accordingly, when the base station is determined to be a pseudo base station according to the detection result, a pseudo base station message tag may be added to the message in the message reception record, where the pseudo base station message tag is used to indicate that the corresponding message is a message sent by the pseudo base station, and then the message reception record includes not only the received message and the corresponding reception time, but also a pseudo base station message tag for some messages sent by the pseudo base station. In addition, the terminal may further add a pseudo base station tag to the base station connection record, where the pseudo base station tag is used to indicate that the corresponding base station is a pseudo base station, and then the base station connection record includes not only the device information of the base station and the corresponding connection time, but also some pseudo base stations.
When the user checks the message receiving record, the message sent by the pseudo base station and the message sent by the normal base station can be identified by whether the pseudo base station message label is added or not. When the user checks the base station connection record, the pseudo base station can be distinguished from the normal base station by whether the pseudo base station tag is added or not.
602. When the terminal detects a second preset event, a message receiving record is obtained, whether the message receiving record includes a message with a pseudo base station message tag and the receiving time is within a preset time before is judged, if yes, step 604 is executed, and if not, step 603 is executed.
The second preset event is an event affecting information security, that is, an event with a high requirement on security. When the second preset event occurs, once events such as information leakage occur, the safety of the user is affected, and even property loss is brought to the user. Therefore, when the terminal detects the second predetermined event, in order to ensure information security, the situation that the pseudo base station is connected within the latest period of time is detected. For example, the second preset event may be an event of starting payment security, an event of performing a payment operation, a login event, and the like.
After the terminal acquires the message receiving record, whether the message receiving record comprises a message with a pseudo base station message label and the receiving time within the preset time before can be judged, and the possibility that the terminal is currently connected with the pseudo base station can be measured according to the judgment result, so that whether the user needs to be prompted is determined. The preset time length may be determined according to a duration of a general pseudo base station connection terminal, or set by a user.
When the message receiving record includes a message whose receiving time is within the previous preset time and which has a pseudo base station message tag, it indicates that the pseudo base station has sent a message to the terminal within the previous preset time, and the terminal is likely to be connected with the pseudo base station currently. At this time, in order to ensure safety, the terminal displays the pseudo base station prompting message on the upper layer of the current interface, and prompts the user, so as to prompt the user to execute the second preset event cautiously, and a specific display manner of the pseudo base station prompting message is similar to that in step 205, and is not described herein again.
For example, the terminal may suspend responding to the second preset event, and display the pseudo base station prompting message, and when a confirmation operation of the user is subsequently detected, respond to the second preset event, and when the confirmation operation of the user is not detected, not respond to the second preset event, and may prevent the second preset event from proceeding.
And when the message receiving record does not include the message of which the receiving time is within the previous preset time and which has the pseudo base station message label, indicating that no pseudo base station has sent the message to the terminal within the previous preset time. At this time, the terminal can also continue to make the determination according to the base station connection record.
603. And acquiring a base station connection record, judging whether the base station connection record comprises equipment information which is within a preset time length before the connection time and has a pseudo base station label, if so, executing step 604, and if not, finishing.
604. And the terminal displays the pseudo base station prompting message on the upper layer of the current interface.
The terminal can judge whether the base station connection record comprises the equipment information which is within the preset time before the connection time and has the pseudo base station label, and can further measure the possibility that the terminal is currently connected with the pseudo base station according to the judgment result so as to determine whether to prompt the user. The preset duration may be determined according to the duration of a general pseudo base station connection terminal, or set by a user, and the preset duration adopted when judging the base station connection record may be equal to or different from the preset duration adopted when judging the message reception record.
When the base station connection record includes the device information that the connection time is within the previous preset time and has the pseudo base station label, it indicates that the pseudo base station is connected within the previous preset time, and the terminal is likely to be currently linked with the pseudo base station.
When the base station connection record does not include the device information of which the connection time is within the previous preset time and which has the pseudo base station label, it indicates that no terminal has not connected with the pseudo base station within the previous preset time. At this time, the terminal does not need to display the pseudo base station prompting message, and only needs to respond to the second preset event.
Fig. 6B is a schematic diagram of an operation flow provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which shows a processing procedure when a payment application is started.
It should be noted that, in the above-mentioned step 602-604, the determination is performed according to the message receiving record and the base station connection record, in practical applications, the terminal may also perform the determination only according to the message receiving record, and when the message receiving record includes a message whose receiving time is within the preset time before and has a pseudo base station message label, the pseudo base station prompting message is displayed on the upper layer of the current interface. Or, the determination may be performed only according to the base station connection record, and when the base station connection record includes the device information having the pseudo base station tag and the connection time is within the preset time before, the pseudo base station prompting message is displayed on the upper layer of the current interface.
