The food is only available to the customer to be delivered to the customer's dining area with the assistance of an attendant/robot, or guide, and the customer is not involved in the food cooking process. Although some catering enterprises make the kitchen into a transparent glass wall, all the equipment for cooking is in an independent closed state; some catering enterprises like quack etc. have cooking functions in the lobby dining area, but the cook is still required to complete the preparation and cooking functions with larger workload.
In summary, the back cabinet and the front hall of the restaurant are relatively closed, and workers, or guide rails and chains are needed to communicate the back cabinet and the front hall. The design is that on one hand, the cooking devices are all operated by workers or semi-automatic devices, and on the other hand, the cooking process is complicated in fire, smoke, water and electricity, and the cooking devices are closed and cannot be accessed by consumers for safety and sanitation. However, the closing is kept, the relation with the customers is also split, the meal delivery speed is greatly reduced no matter waiters/meal delivery robots or guide rails/chains in the period with high meal consumption peak and large people flow, and the meal delivery requirements of the customers cannot be really met.

In contrast, other intelligent restaurants can only provide dining services for several consumers at the same time (due to the consideration of the operation cost, the number of cooks and waiters of the restaurant is generally less than 5). Compared with 7-8 links of the existing intelligent restaurant, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention has highly integrated flow, can realize customer service by only 2-3 links through an integrated and foolproof highly intelligent mode, and improves the efficiency.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention does not need any staff such as waiters, cashiers and chefs, the personnel cost is almost zero, multiple customers can be served simultaneously, taking a 200-square-meter restaurant as an example, the restaurant can be provided with 10 food refrigeration devices for food ordering and 30 cooking devices 6 for interactive cooking, the food ordering service of the customers can be completed within 10-15 seconds of food combination type food ordering, and the cooking service can be completed within 63-5 minutes of the cooking devices, so that the dining room can simultaneously complete the dining requirements of 30 customers within about 315 seconds at most, the service time of the average customer is 10.5 seconds, and compared with the prior art and a system solution, the service time of the single customer at the fastest Kendeji is improved by 5-10 times (the service time of the single customer is 90 seconds).
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
