s4, after finishing the silicone oil application of the paper 1, the silicone oil application equipment transmits the paper to the silicone oil drying equipment 6 for drying operation so as to form a release agent layer 12 on the paper 1;
s5, water feeding and rewetting are carried out on the paper 1 with the release agent layer 12;
s6, winding the paper 1 with the release agent layer 12 formed by the winding equipment 7;
the rubberizing device 3 comprises a first rubberizing device 31 and a second rubberizing device 32 which are mutually connected and can be mutually switched for rubberizing, and the rubberizing device comprises a first rubberizing device 51 which is mutually connected and can be mutually switched, and a second rubberizing device 52 which is connected with and arranged on one side of the first rubberizing device 51.
The first sizing device 31 is used for applying white latex to the paper 1, the second sizing device 32 is used for applying PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) glue to the paper 1, wherein the sizing operation is one of the white latex and the PVA glue, when the white latex is selectively applied, the second sizing roller 321 is used for guiding paper only, when the PVA glue is selectively applied, the first sizing roller 312 is used for guiding paper only, the first sizing device 31 is used for transmitting the white latex to the first sizing roller 312 through the first rubber guiding roller 311, the surface of the paper 1 and the first sizing roller 312 are mutually attached and transmitted for sizing operation, and after sizing is finished, the first sizing roller 313 is used for scraping and leveling; the second glue applying device 32 performs glue applying operation through the mutual lamination and transmission between the surface of the paper 1 and the second glue applying roller 321, and after the glue applying is completed, the second glue scraping rod 323 performs glue scraping and trowelling treatment.
The first silicone oil applying device 51 applies solvent silicone oil to the surface of the paper 1 after the glue drying is finished, the second silicone oil applying device 52 applies solvent-free silicone oil to the surface of the paper 1 after the glue drying is finished, wherein the silicone oil applying operation is that one of solvent silicone oil and solvent-free silicone oil is selected, the fourth silicone oil applying roller 524 only conducts paper guiding when the solvent silicone oil is selected to be applied, the first silicone applying roller 511 only conducts paper guiding when the solvent-free silicone oil is selected to be applied, the paper is attached to the surface of the first silicone applying roller 511, the silicone oil applying operation is performed, and the paper 1 is subjected to silicone oil applying operation between the fourth silicone oil applying roller 524 and the fifth platen roller 525.
After the paper 1 is dried to form the release agent layer 12, the paper 1 is transported to the surface of the first water feeding roller 912 through the silicone oil drying device 6 and is subjected to water feeding operation.
