Description

Wear-resistant matte touch adhesive film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of adhesive films, in particular to a touch adhesive film.
Background
The touch film is a new variety of glazing films in China, and has the function of increasing the texture of the surface of a label and the surface of a paper box. The touch film has suede feeling when being stroked by hands, and is a surface composite material of high-grade packing boxes or labels. In recent years, film materials having a tactile effect have been studied at home and abroad, but there is a barrier in application, and it is mainly inconvenient to use. The existing touch oil coating has large binding force with an adhesive, so that the existing touch oil coating cannot be directly rolled, a layer of release paper needs to be lined or a release film needs to be rolled again, and release materials are removed when the existing touch oil coating is used. Most users in the industry take the trouble and waste (high cost) of removing release paper or release film, so that touch films without adhesive are directly purchased for on-site temporary adhesive coating and film covering, and the mode has the defects of low efficiency, low flexibility, high energy consumption, environmental pollution caused by using solvent adhesive and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wear-resistant matte touch adhesive film and a preparation method thereof aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the friction-resistant matt touch adhesive film comprises a wear-resistant touch oil layer, a BOPP matt base film layer and a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer from top to bottom, wherein the wetting index of the upper surface of the wear-resistant touch oil layer is less than or equal to 36 dynes.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the BOPP matte film layer is subjected to double-sided corona treatment.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, the preparation method of the abrasion-resistant touch oil comprises the following steps:
1) Adding polyethylene glycol into a sealed container, heating to 105-115 ℃ for vacuum pre-dehydration, cooling to 50 ℃, starting condensation reflux, dropwise adding a mixture prepared from diisocyanate toluene, hydroxyethyl acrylate and 9,10-alkenyl docosahexanoic acid in a weight ratio of 6;
2) When the temperature of the system is reduced to 50 ℃ after being increased, a mixture prepared by hydroxyethyl acrylate and 9,10-alkenyl docosatetraenoic acid in a weight ratio of 1:1 is dripped, the temperature of the system is controlled to be 78-82 ℃, and the dripping time is controlled to be 2 hours;
3) When the temperature of the system is 60 ℃,1,4-butanediol accounting for 2% of the total mass of the system is dripped to carry out crosslinking reaction, the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃, butanediamine with the same molar weight as 9,10-alkenyl docosancarboxylic acid is added to carry out neutralization, then deionized water containing 5% of emulsifier is added to carry out emulsification, and the stirring is carried out to obtain the wear-resistant touch oil.
Specifically, the tactile effect of the tactile oil of the present invention is provided by a high polymer formed by condensation reaction of polyethylene glycol with toluene diisocyanate, which is soft and rich in tactile effect but is not abrasion-resistant. The molecular chain of the introduced abrasion-resistant polymer can effectively improve the abrasion resistance in the microscopic aspect without influencing the flexibility of macroscopic feel, so the introduced abrasion-resistant polymer, namely unsaturated monomer 9,10-alkenyl docodecane normal carboxylic acid, achieves ideal microscopic hardness by neutralizing carboxyl with butanediamine, but the abrasion-resistant polymer is incompatible with the flexible polymer chain. According to the invention, an intermediate, namely hydroxyethyl acrylate is introduced, ester groups of the intermediate have certain affinity with molecules of a soft polymer, alkenyl of the intermediate is an unsaturated bond, the intermediate is heated, benzoyl peroxide is added to initiate polymerization, a small amount of dibutyltin dilaurate is added to serve as a catalyst, the intermediate can be polymerized at a lower temperature of 78-82 ℃, namely, an olefinic bond can be opened for polymerization, so that a wear-resistant substance can be adsorbed into the molecular chain of the soft polymer, and the purpose of increasing the wear resistance of the touch oil is achieved.
As a further improvement of the above, the mixture of hydroxyethyl acrylate and 9,10-alkenyldocodecanecarboxylic acid in step 2) contains 1% benzoyl oxide and 0.1% dibutyltin dilaurate, based on the total weight of the mixture.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, the emulsifier in step 3) is OP-10.
As a further improvement of the above scheme, the addition amount of the ionic water in the step 3) is 2 times of the weight of the system after neutralization.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the thickness of the abrasion-resistant touch oil layer is 1-5 μm. Specifically, the limitation on the thickness of the wear-resistant touch oil layer is beneficial to reducing the adhesive force of the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, so that the deformation of the wear-resistant matte touch adhesive film is reduced when the wear-resistant matte touch adhesive film is unwound.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the thickness of the BOPP matt film layer is 18-20 microns.
As a further improvement of the above aspect, the thickness of the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 4 to 8 μm.
The other technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the preparation method of the wear-resistant matte touch adhesive film comprises the following process steps: carrying out double-sided corona treatment on a BOPP matt base film to obtain a BOPP matt base film layer, coating wear-resistant touch oil on the upper surface of the BOPP matt base film layer, drying and curing to form a wear-resistant touch oil layer, coating a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive on the lower surface of the BOPP matt base film layer, drying and curing to form a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and directly rolling to obtain a finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention utilizes the characteristic that the wear-resistant touch oil layer and the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with the wetting index of less than or equal to 36 dyne can be directly rolled and uncoiled without using release paper or release film, and has the advantages of good touch effect, moderate initial adhesion and sustained adhesion, no adhesive residue and environmental protection.
According to the invention, through optimization of the wear-resistant touch oil, the wear-resistant matte touch adhesive film has the comprehensive performance that the 180-degree peeling force is more than or equal to 4N/24mm, the initial adhesion force is less than or equal to 10cm, and the permanent adhesion force is more than or equal to 30min.
The preparation method provided by the invention has strong controllability in operation process, is beneficial to large-scale industrial production, and the prepared wear-resistant matte touch-sensitive adhesive film can be directly used for label lamination.
