为了到达该分配操作位置,使用者首先需用一只手握持住换装筒C,用另一只手握持住罩壳E。销杆253的自由端254已经接合到旋转致动环26的两个轴向导沟261中,旋转致动环因而可围绕按钮25轴向滑动。然后将容器R(连带其泵23)插入罩壳E中,直至销杆253接触罩壳E的上边缘。使用者于是通过旋转致动环26握持换装筒C,转动所述旋转致动环,直至销杆253接合到凸轮槽17的入口171中。此刻使用者感觉到可克服的轴向硬点,因而围绕罩壳E的锁紧肋18锁紧环形的锁紧凹槽262。这样,销杆253轴向移动,以抵达初始轴向槽部172的下部。从该构型开始,使用者使旋转致动环26自转,从而迫使接合于轴向导沟261中的销杆253沿倾斜槽部173行进,因而使容器和按钮朝分配头11的方向轴向移动。这样,阀杆24的自由端241接合到分配头11的连接套节13中,产生轴向或者优选径向的密封接触。在旋转致动环26转动结束时,销杆253位于长条形的最终轴向槽部174中,如图2中虚线所示。于是如前所述,按压按钮25,即可使用分配器,以分配一份流体制品滴剂。
容易理解的是,销杆253和凸轮槽17一起形成旋拧式联接部件,其能使换装筒密封连接到罩壳E的分配头11。旋转致动环26巧妙地完成旋拧式联接部件,改善对换装筒C的抓取,方便换装筒C相对于罩壳E的角度变向以找到入口171,以可拆卸但旋转的方式锁紧在罩壳E上,将旋拧运动(轴向/旋转)转变成纯旋转运动,遮掩或者蒙住按钮25。这些功能全部应用在用于说明本发明的实施方式中,但显然,旋转致动环26可仅起上述功能的一部分。
泵也可以是罩壳的整体组成部分,分配头11可以没有如上所述的分配引管12,而这并不会超出本发明的范围。分配头11可集成有用于形成喷雾的喷嘴,又或者可配有涂布器。

Claims (11)

1.一种流体制品分配器,具有:
-罩壳(E),罩壳配有分配头(11),以及
-换装筒(C),换装筒具有流体制品容器(R),
其中,换装筒(C)能轴向插入到罩壳(E)中,以使流体制品容器(R)连接到分配头(11),
其特征在于,换装筒(C)和罩壳(E)配有联接部件,联接部件用于通过旋拧使换装筒(C)联接到罩壳(E)中以使流体制品容器(R)与分配头(11)密封接触,在旋拧联接之后换装筒(C)在罩壳(E)中向分配头(11)的移动则向分配头(11)供给流体制品;并且,换装筒(C)具有旋转致动环(26),旋转致动环被引导在流体制品容器(R)上轴向滑动,而旋转致动环还驱动换装筒(C)在罩壳(E)中转动以实现旋拧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,旋转致动环(26)自转由联接部件限制的一段角度行程,能拆卸地锁紧于流体制品容器(R)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,联接部件具有罩壳(E)形成有的至少一条凸轮道(17)和流体制品容器(R)形成有的至少一个销杆(253),销杆(253)接合到凸轮道(17)中,在旋转致动环(26)转动时行经凸轮道(17)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,凸轮道呈贯穿罩壳(E)壁厚度的凸轮槽的形式,销杆(253)穿过凸轮槽,销杆具有自由端(254),自由端接合到旋转致动环(26)内形成的轴向导沟(261)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,凸轮槽具有入口(171),在旋转致动环(26)锁紧到罩壳(E)上之前,销杆(253)通过入口(171)进入初始轴向槽部(172)中,然后,在旋转致动环(26)锁紧于罩壳(E)上之后,随着旋转致动环(26)被驱动在罩壳(E)上转动,所述销杆(253)在倾斜槽部(173)中继续其行程,直至到达最终轴向槽部(174),通过按压流体制品容器(R),销杆(253)能在最终轴向槽部中轴向移动,以通过分配头(11)分配流体制品。
6.根据权利要求3所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,流体制品容器(R)具有筒体(21)和按钮(25),按钮被固定于筒体(21),按钮(25)形成按压面(251)和所述至少一个销杆(253),按压面用于使换装筒(C)在罩壳(E)中轴向移动,从而通过分配头(11)分配流体制品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,筒体(21)具有随动活塞(22),随动活塞随着流体制品从流体制品容器(R)排出而移动。
8.根据权利要求1所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,换装筒(C)具有泵(23),泵结合于流体制品容器(R),泵(23)通过联接部件密封连接到分配头(11)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,分配头(11)具有连接套节(13),泵(23)具有阀杆(24),阀杆接合到连接套节(13)中,产生径向密封。
10.根据权利要求1所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,分配头(11)具有分配引管(12),分配引管能形成在重力作用下离开分配引管(12)的一流体制品滴剂。
11.根据权利要求6所述的流体制品分配器,其特征在于,按钮通过锁紧被固定于筒体(21)。
