A waterproof plate 5 is provided around the probe hole 91 to prevent water from splashing into the probe hole 91 during the billet cutting or barreling process.
The other side of the probe side clamping jaw seat 9 is provided with a cylinder bracket 8, the upper part of the cylinder bracket 8 is provided with a cylinder 7, and the upper part of the cylinder 7 is provided with a probe 6. The probe 6 can penetrate through the probe hole 91 to bear against the bar under the drive of the air cylinder 7, and the size of the bar can be measured.
A wide clamping jaw 16 is arranged below the wire rail bracket 14, 4 telescopic guide rods 141 are arranged at two ends of the wide clamping jaw 16, and telescopic plates 142 are arranged at the end parts of the guide rods 141. The wide clamping jaw 16 is connected with an air cylinder, and is powered by the air cylinder to drive the guide rod 141 to stretch and retract. The cylinder half guard 11 and the cylinder full guard 13 can protect the wide clamping jaw 16 from collision and abrasion, and the service life can be effectively prolonged.
When the clamping device is used, according to round bars or square bars to be clamped, the wide clamping jaw 16 contracts the guide rods 141 at two sides to drive the clamping jaw seat 1 and the probe side clamping jaw seat 9 to move in opposite directions until a bar is clamped, and at the moment, the inclined surfaces of the upper clamping block 2 and the lower clamping block 4 bear the gravity of the bar and clamp the bar. If the bar size needs to be measured, the cylinder 7 is started, the probe 6 moves towards the bar until the probe needle head props against the bar, and the bar size can be measured.
