技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药制剂，具体涉及一种三香祛寒药饼灸。
背景技术
慢性胃肠疾病是临床的常见病、多发病，有上升趋势。这类疾病影响着人们的生活质量，甚至影响患者的工作、学习和基本生活，而且这类病是慢性病，治疗时间长，服用药物时间长，患者依从性差。目前有服用中、西药两种治疗方案，但存在着一定的缺点：西药有一定的副作用，且易复发；中药服用起来煎熬药不方便，中药口感差，患者难以坚持治疗。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种三香祛寒药饼灸，将中药与中医的外治疗法相结合，使用方便，可达到疏通经络，调理脏腑，温阳祛寒，调节胃肠的功能，有效治疗慢性胃肠疾病，且无药物的副作用和不良反应。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
三香祛寒药饼灸，由中药粉和赋形剂调和而成，所述中药粉由以下组分制备而成：
木香15g；丁香15g；小茴香10g；高良姜15g；砂仁15g；吴茱萸15g；醋元胡15g；佛手15g；炒白芍15g；肉桂15g；干姜15g；黑附片15g；胡椒30g；荜拨10g；洋甘菊 10 g。
进一步地，通过以下步骤制备所得：
S1、将木香、丁香、小茴香、高良姜、砂仁、吴茱萸、醋元胡、佛手、炒白芍、肉桂、干姜、黑附片、胡椒、荜拨、洋甘菊洗净沥干后，切片/段,置于汽爆罐内，先通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为3～5MPa，爆破处理2～3min后，瞬间释放至常压，喷雾干燥，得中药粉；
S2、将所得的中药粉置于低温破壁机中，在-5～10℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁，得到破壁的中药粉；
S3、取水82 g、甘油4 g、卡波姆1 g、聚丙烯酸钠3 g，棕榈酸异辛脂 2g，辛酸葵酸甘油三脂 2 g，混合加热至80℃，灭菌，匀质30～35分钟，降温至60℃后，加入1g的壬二酸 ，搅拌继续降温，降温至50℃以下，得赋形剂；
S4、将所得破壁的中药粉与赋形剂调匀，制成直径4cm ，厚度0.3～0.5cm 的药饼，即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果：

S1、取木香15g；丁香15g；小茴香10g；高良姜15g；砂仁15g；吴茱萸15g；醋元胡15g；佛手15g；炒白芍15g；肉桂15g；干姜15g；黑附片15g；胡椒30g；荜拨10g；洋甘菊 10 g，洗净沥干后，切片/段, 置于汽爆罐内，先通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为3MPa，爆破处理2min后，瞬间释放至常压，喷雾干燥，得中药粉；
S2、将所得的中药粉置于低温破壁机中，在5℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁，得到破壁的中药粉；
S3、取水82 g、甘油4 g、卡波姆1 g、聚丙烯酸钠3 g，棕榈酸异辛脂 2g，辛酸葵酸甘油三脂 2 g，混合加热至80℃，灭菌，匀质30～35分钟，降温至60℃后，加入1g的壬二酸 ，搅拌继续降温，降温至50℃以下，得赋形剂；
S4、将所得破壁的中药粉与赋形剂调匀，制成直径4cm ，厚度0.3～0.5cm 的药饼，即得。
功效主治：慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、功能性消化不良、胃下垂、结肠炎、肠易激综合征，证属脾胃虚寒者，证见脘腹胀满、冷痛，纳差乏力，嗳气呕恶，反胃呃逆等。使用时，将艾绒制作成3*3艾柱放置于药饼上，并用12号针在药饼上扎数个小孔，灸神阙穴,一天一次。
应用例
患者赵某，慢性浅表性胃炎，胃胀、胃脘冷痛，进食寒凉食品加重，平时食欲差，时感恶心，大便不成形，辨证为脾胃虚寒证。用三香祛寒药饼灸神阙穴治疗1次后，胃脘冷痛明显减轻，其余症状减轻；用三香祛寒药饼灸连续治疗7天，一天一次，治疗后上症基本消失。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是，本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式，本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变化或修改，这并不影响本发明的实质内容。在不冲突的情况下，本申请的实施例和实施例中的特征可以任意相互组合。
Claims (2)
1.三香祛寒药饼灸，由中药粉和赋形剂调和而成，其特征在于，所述中药粉由以下组分制备而成：
木香15g；丁香15g；小茴香10g；高良姜15g；砂仁15g；吴茱萸15g；醋元胡15g；佛手15g；炒白芍15g；肉桂15g；干姜15g；黑附片15g；胡椒30g；荜拨10g；洋甘菊 10 g。
2.如权利要求1所述的三香祛寒药饼灸，其特征在于，通过以下步骤制备所得：
S1、将木香、丁香、小茴香、高良姜、砂仁、吴茱萸、醋元胡、佛手、炒白芍、肉桂、干姜、黑附片、胡椒、荜拨、洋甘菊洗净沥干后，切片/段,置于汽爆罐内，先通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为3～5MPa，爆破处理2～3min后，瞬间释放至常压，喷雾干燥，得中药粉；
S2、将所得的中药粉置于低温破壁机中，在-5～10℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁，得到破壁的中药粉；
S3、取水82 g、甘油4 g、卡波姆1 g、聚丙烯酸钠3 g，棕榈酸异辛脂 2g，辛酸葵酸甘油三脂 2 g，混合加热至80℃，灭菌，匀质30～35分钟，降温至60℃后，加入1g的壬二酸 ，搅拌继续降温，降温至50℃以下，得赋形剂；
S4、将所得破壁的中药粉与赋形剂调匀，制成直径4cm ，厚度0.3～0.5cm 的药饼，即得。
