本申请提供了一种波束管理的方法、网络设备及终端,其中,方法包括:终端获取第一波束分组信息和第二波束分组信息;终端向网络设备反馈第一波束分组信息和第二波束分组信息;第一波束分组信息包括:波束组的个数和/或每个波束组的波束个数;波束组的个数包括波束组的最大个数和/或预设的波束组的个数;每个波束组的波束个数包括每个波束组中波束的最大个数和/或每个波束组中波束的预设个数;第二波束分组信息包括:波束组的标识和/或每个波束组包含的波束。本申请有助于减少波束管理的成本;通过考虑各种参考信号、复杂的干扰环境以及毫米波特有的波束赋形确定特定的分组方案,通过分组方案可以实现信道测量汇报的overhead减少。
