一种屈光度调节显示装置及头戴显示装置,屈光度调节显示装置包括:目镜模组(110);主动齿轮(120);从动齿轮(130);屏幕模组(140);电位器(150),包括电阻体(151)和至少一个动触点(152);当主动齿轮(120)带动所述从动齿轮(130)转动时动触点(152)与电阻体(151)的不同位置相接触,电位器(150)输出不同的电位信号;存储单元(160),存储电位信号与屈光度的关联关系;处理单元(170),与电位器(150)、存储单元(160)和屏幕模组(140)电连接,处理单元(170)根据电位器(150)输出的电位信号及存储单元(160)所存储的关联关系确定电位信号相对应的屈光度并将屈光度显示在所述屏幕模组(140)。提升了用户的体验。
