Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a remote centralized acquisition system and method for identity card information, aiming at solving the problems of high cost and high failure rate of the existing distributed identity card information acquisition mode.

The identity card reader is used for receiving the command of the information processing unit to acquire the identity card information. Most of the current identity card readers on the market are USB ports or serial ports, and few identity card readers supporting network ports exist. In order to facilitate interface conversion through a serial port converter, the invention preferably adopts an identity card reader supporting a serial port, and a manufacturer is required to provide an SDK interface for secondary development, and many identity card readers with USB interfaces on the market do not support secondary development.
The serial port converter is used for realizing the mutual conversion of serial port information and network information, realizing the interaction between the ID card reader and the virtual serial port configuration unit through the serial port converter, and maintaining the stability and reconnection of a network, heartbeat monitoring and the like.
The virtual serial port configuration unit is used for configuring a virtual serial port for each identity card reader and generating a virtual serial port list; the virtual serial port list comprises virtual serial ports and description information corresponding to the ID card reader;
virtual serial port software is loaded in the virtual serial port configuration unit, provides virtual serial port operation for secondary development of the SDK, and can generate a plurality of virtual serial ports; the virtual serial port configuration unit configures each serial port connected with the ID card reader on the serial port converter and the virtual serial port configuration unit into a TCP Server/TCP Client pair, so as to ensure the smoothness of a network; and configuring a virtual serial port for each identity card reader to generate a virtual serial port list.
The information processing unit is used for binding a thread for regularly reading the identity card information according to a pre-configured identity card information acquisition cycle for each virtual serial port; and starting the thread to read the identity card information acquired by the information acquisition unit through the corresponding virtual serial port.
The information processing unit is loaded with information acquisition software which is mainly used for realizing an information acquisition process, processing acquired information and providing a pushing interface of identity card information. In order to realize the function, the information processing unit is required to be configured firstly, and the configuration information comprises an identity card information pushing URL, an identity card information acquisition period, a baud rate, a virtual serial port list and a serial port opening time threshold; the identity card information pushing URL is an interface address for the information processing unit to externally provide HTTP POST information pushing; the identity card information acquisition period is about how often the identity card information is acquired, and is generally set to be 3 s; the baud rate is kept consistent with the setting of the serial port converter and is generally set to be 115200; the virtual serial port list is a set of virtual serial ports corresponding to the identity card readers; the time threshold value of the serial port opening is the allowed virtual serial port opening time.

the serial port closing module is used for closing the virtual serial port after the opening time of the virtual serial port reaches a configured time threshold; the setting of the virtual serial port opening time is an important function of the invention, and the virtual serial port opening time is set in order to solve various abnormal problems of network disconnection, serial port disconnection, power failure and the like in the long-time serial port opening process; the virtual serial port is automatically closed after being opened for a period of time and then opened next time, so that even if hardware is abnormal in the using process, software can be automatically recovered after the hardware is recovered; the functions of network cable, serial port line hot plug, ID card reader and serial port converter power-off restart and the like are supported, the stability is greatly improved, and the failure rate is low.

5. The system for remotely and centrally collecting ID card information as claimed in claim 4, wherein said information processing unit further comprises an exception handling module; the abnormal processing module is used for sending a closing signal when the virtual serial port is abnormal in state, the identity card information is failed to read or the information is failed to push, and the closing signal is used for controlling the serial port closing module to close the virtual serial port.
6. A remote centralized acquisition method for identity card information is suitable for a background server, the background server is connected with a plurality of information acquisition terminals through a network port, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: configuring a virtual serial port for each information acquisition terminal to generate a virtual serial port list; the virtual serial port list comprises virtual serial ports and description information corresponding to the information acquisition terminals;
s2: binding a thread for regularly reading the identity card information for each virtual serial port;
s3: starting the thread to read the identity card information acquired by the information acquisition terminal through the corresponding virtual serial port;
s4: the read identity card information is converted into a form of an HTTP POST interface according to a pre-configured identity card information push URL and is pushed to a receiving party;
s5: and detecting the opening time of the virtual serial port, and closing the virtual serial port after the opening time reaches a preset time threshold value.
7. The method for remotely and centrally collecting identity card information as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step S3 comprises the following sub-steps:
s31: starting a thread, and judging whether a virtual serial port bound with the thread is in an open state or not; if yes, entering the next step; if not, opening the virtual serial port and entering the next step;
s32: and reading the identity card information of the information acquisition terminal corresponding to the virtual serial port at regular time according to a preset identity card information acquisition period.
