本发明公开了一种高安全性智能配电箱,涉及配电箱技术领域,包括:配电箱主体,以及设置在配电箱主体内部的智能开关组件、电气数据仪表组件、光纤测温组件和通讯组件;其中,光纤测温组件的输入端连接待检测的电气接点,输出端连接智能开关组件和通讯组件,用于控制智能开关组件的通断;电气数据仪表组件连接通讯组件,用于采集配电箱中的电气数据;通讯组件将光纤测温组件与电气数据仪表组件采集到的数据上传上位机。该配电箱结构简单,有助于实时掌握各种配电信息,实现智能自动化功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及配电箱技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种高安全性智能配电箱。
背景技术
配电箱是按电气接线要求将开关设备、测量仪表、保护电器和辅助设备组装在封闭或半封闭金属柜中或屏幅上,构成低压配电箱。正常运行时可借助手动或自动开关接通或分断电路。故障或不正常运行时借助保护电器切断电路或报警。借测量仪表可显示运行中的各种参数,还可对某些电气参数进行调整,对偏离正常工作状态进行提示或发出信号,是指挥供电线路中各种元器件合理分配电能的控制中心,是可靠接纳上端电源,正确馈出荷载电能的控制环节,也是获取用户对供电质量满意与否的关键。在实现本发明的过程中申请人发现,传统配电箱只是基本的配电功能,对设备的保护及数据上传还有远程操控功能并没有做到,也不能对外部电缆做到温度监控,配电箱内部设备的安全监控也处于缺失状态,配电箱的安全性有待提升。因此,如何提升配电箱的安全性成为需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术或相关技术中存在的技术问题之一,公开了一种高安全性智能配电箱,提升用电安全。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种高安全性智能配电箱,包括:配电箱主体,以及设置在配电箱主体内部的智能开关组件、电气数据仪表组件、光纤测温组件和通讯组件;其中,光纤测温组件的输入端连接待检测的电气接点,输出端连接智能开关组件和通讯组件,用于控制智能开关组件的通断;电气数据仪表组件连接通讯组件,用于采集配电箱中的电气数据;通讯组件将光纤测温组件与电气数据仪表组件采集到的数据上传上位机。。
根据本发明提供的高安全性智能配电箱,优选地,智能开关组件为带有分励辅助功能的塑壳断路器。
根据本发明提供的高安全性智能配电箱,优选地,电气数据仪表组件采集的电气数据包括:U、I、KW、Kvar、KWH、Hz、cosφ。
根据本发明提供的高安全性智能配电箱,优选地,光纤测温组件包括电气接点温度传感器和在线监测装置;电气接点温度传感器设置在配电箱主体的主进线线路和出线线路上;光纤测温组件的输入输出接点连接智能开关组件的分励线圈,以切断高温回路并发出警报。
根据本发明提供的高安全性智能配电箱,优选地,通讯组件为RS485通讯模块。
本发明取得的有益效果至少包括:结构简单,提高设备可靠性、提升设备自动化能力,具有大范围组网能力。能够实时掌握各种配电信息,有助于实现智能自动化功能。

如图1所示,本发明公开的高安全性智能配电箱包括:配电箱主体,以及设置在配电箱主体内部的智能开关组件、电气数据仪表组件、光纤测温组件和通讯组件;其中,光纤测温组件的输入端连接待检测的电气接点,输出端连接智能开关组件和通讯组件,用于控制智能开关组件的通断;电气数据仪表组件连接通讯组件,用于采集配电箱中的电气数据;通讯组件将光纤测温组件与电气数据仪表组件采集到的数据上传上位机。
优选地,智能开关组件为带有分励辅助功能的塑壳断路器。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高安全性智能配电箱,其特征在于,所述智能开关组件为带有分励辅助功能的塑壳断路器。
