Detailed Description
The embodiments are explained below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, the wire terminal includes a main wire holder 1, a sub-wire holder 2; the main wire holder 1 is provided with a main body 11, a cylinder 12 and a wire clamping groove 13; the auxiliary wire holder 2 is provided with a main body 21, a cylindrical hole 22 and a wire clamping groove 23; the main body 11 and the main body 21 are made of insulating materials; the cylinder is made of conductive materials; the wire clamping groove 13 is not communicated with the cylinder 12; the wire clamping groove 23 is not communicated with the cylindrical hole 22; the cylinders 12 on both sides of the main wire holder 1 are connected (i.e. one cylinder 12 extends through the main wire holder 1).
As shown in fig. 3, when the main wire holder 1 is used in conjunction with the secondary wire holder 2, the cylinder 12 extends into the cylinder hole 22, and the secondary wire holder 2 can rotate around the main wire holder 1 along the Y direction (or along the direction opposite to the Y direction); the electric wire 3 includes an insulating sheath 31 and a conductive wire 32; the conductive wire 32 is exposed and can be fitted into the main-holder wire-clamping groove 13 and the sub-holder wire-clamping groove 23, and the conductive wire 32 can be wound around the cylinder 12.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the wire clamping grooves 13 and 23 on the main wire holder 1 and the auxiliary wire holder 2 are respectively provided with a main wire holder clamping device 14 and an auxiliary wire holder clamping device 24; when the conductive wire 32 of the electric wire is installed in the wire clamping groove 13 (or 23), the clamping device 14 (or 24) clamps the conductive wire 32.
The steps of mounting the electric wire 3 to the wire terminal are as follows:
when the electric wire 3 is mounted on the electric wire connector, it is first necessary to remove the insulating sheath 31 of the end of the electric wire 3 to expose the conductive wire 32 at the end of the electric wire; when mounting electric wires to the electric wire connector, the exposed conductive wires 32 are mounted on the wire clamping grooves 13 and 23 of the main wire holder 1 and the auxiliary wire holder 2 along the X direction, and a certain length (such as a raised part in the conductive wires in fig. 3) is left in the conductive wires 32 between the main wire holder 1 and the auxiliary wire holder 2; the conductive wire 32 is caught by the catching means 14 of the main wire holder 1 and the catching means 24 of the sub-wire holder 2 (the portion of the bump in the conductive wire is not caught); keeping the auxiliary wire holder 2 at a certain distance from the main wire holder 1, rotating the auxiliary wire holder 2 around the cylinder 12, and rotating the auxiliary wire holder 2 along the Y direction (or the reverse direction of the Y direction) because the wire clamping groove 13 of the main wire holder 1 and the wire clamping groove 23 of the auxiliary wire holder 2 are not communicated with the cylinder 12 and the cylinder hole 22 respectively, so that the auxiliary wire holder 2 rotates relative to the main wire holder 1, and the conducting wire 32 can be wound on the cylinder 12; in the same way, the other end of the main wire holder 1 is wound and connected with a conductive wire on a cylinder, so that the connection between the two wires can be realized.
The wire connector of the present invention can also be used in the manner shown in fig. 6, i.e., one main wire holder 1 is connected to 3 sub-wire holders 2, and this wire connector can connect 3 wires. It will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art that the wire connector can also be used to connect 4, 5 or even 6 wires, and only one main wire holder 1 is required to be connected to 4, 5 or 6 auxiliary wire holders 2.
In a more preferable scheme of the invention, a groove is further arranged on one side of the main wire holder 1 facing the auxiliary wire holder 2 or one side of the auxiliary wire holder 2 facing the main wire holder 1, and the groove forms a space which can be used for storing a conducting wire; after the conductive wire 32 is wound on the cylinder 12 as shown in fig. 5, the conductive wire 32 wound on the cylinder 12 is hidden in the groove, so that the conductive wire 32 is not exposed to the outside and the risk of electric leakage does not occur.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the application of the present invention, and are not meant to be limiting, and those skilled in the art should make various changes or substitutions within the spirit of the present invention, and shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
