Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with some aspects of the present description as detailed in the accompanying claims.
The terminology used in the description presented herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the description. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any or all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
It should be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used in this specification to describe various information, these information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, the first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, the second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present description. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "at … …" or "responsive to a determination", depending on the context.
As previously mentioned, network resources may flow between nodes of the network. Then, in practical application, a settlement term is usually set because node resources may have a problem that they cannot be transferred in a short time; and settles after the settlement deadline is reached. It can be seen that for a node receiving a resource, the required resource cannot be obtained in time, so that the service of the node is easily affected.
The following describes a fund settlement scenario in a transaction platform as an example:
after the buyer and seller have completed a transaction at the transaction platform, the buyer does not pay the seller immediately for the transaction funds, which are typically paid with a lag. Typically, the purchaser may need to determine to settle after the actual receipt of the goods or services. Taking a common shopping platform as an example, a buyer purchases goods provided by a seller, and can settle after a certain period of transaction is reached. Taking a common logistics freight platform as an example, a freight owner (individual or unit) needs transport capacity (individual or unit) to provide transport services; usually, after purchasing transport services provided by the transport capacity, the freight is not paid directly, but is settled after a period of time; the shipper is the buyer (buying the capacity service) and the capacity is the seller (providing the capacity service).
Based on the foregoing, it can be seen that the seller, while actually providing the goods or services, needs to receive the transaction funds until the settlement period expires; this corresponds to the seller being funded for the buyer, which undoubtedly affects the seller business. Typically cash flow, may be at risk of failing to perform subsequent transactions, failing to perform normal maintenance, failing to dispense employee payouts on time, and even breaking the funds chain.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of an architecture suitable for a resource settlement system. The resource settlement system can include a settlement station, a resource provider, a resource receiver, and a resource broker.
The resource provider and the resource receiver may be nodes on a network; when a resource circulation demand occurs between any two nodes, the node providing the resource can be called a resource provider; the node receiving the resource is referred to as the resource receiver.
The resource broker may refer to a third party node with sufficient resources.
The checkout station may be a lightweight tool embedded in the system that can provide resource circulation requirements between a resource provider and a resource receiver.
Taking the architecture diagram of a transaction platform settlement system as shown in fig. 2 as an example: the resource settlement system set forth in the present specification may include a transaction platform settlement system; the resource provider may include a buyer on a trading platform; the resource receiver may include a seller on the transaction platform; the resource agent party can comprise a manager introducing a transaction platform; the checkout station may include a checkout station of a transaction platform.
The policy may refer to a third party financial institution that provides a policy (full-course policy agent or collection policy) service. The guarantee management specifically refers to a comprehensive financial service mode that a seller transfers accounts receivable generated by the seller based on a goods sales/service contract of the seller with a buyer to the guarantee manager, and the guarantee manager provides a series of services such as fund financing, buyer credit evaluation, sales account management, credit risk guarantee, account collection and the like for the seller. The insurance policy is a method for entrusting a third party (insurance policy) to manage accounts receivable in order to enhance the management of accounts receivable and to enhance fluidity when the accounts receivable are settled by a charge or credit method in commercial trade.
In short, the seller can be ensured to receive the transaction money when the seller is in transaction with the buyer by the insurance manager.
The following describes in detail a resource settlement method provided in the present specification, please refer to the example shown in fig. 3; the method may be applied to the checkout station shown in fig. 1, and the method may include the steps of:
step 110: receiving an advanced settlement resource request initiated by a resource receiver; the advanced settlement resource request comprises a target resource provider and a settlement resource quantity.
In an embodiment, the initiation condition of the pre-settlement resource request may include:
1. a first resource to be settled exists between the target resource provider and the target resource provider; this condition is to ensure that the target resource provider does need to stream the resource to the resource receiver.
2. The first resource to be settled does not reach the settlement deadline; this condition is to ensure that the first resource to be settled has not expired, avoiding secondary settlement.
3. The resource amount of the first resource is larger than or equal to the settlement resource amount; this condition is to ensure that the amount of resources requested to be received by the resource receiver does not exceed the amount of resources actually required to be circulated.
Step 120: and under the condition that the target resource provider has residual resources, acquiring the trust level of the target resource provider from the resource agent.
Step 130: and determining the credit granting resource quantity of the target resource provider according to the credit granting grade and the residual resources.
In one embodiment, the resource provider may establish a credit rating system with the resource broker to obtain a trust level approved by the resource broker. Further, the amount of trusted resources may be obtained by multiplying the level of trust of the resource provider by the actual amount of remaining resources; wherein the trust level is a credit level approved by the resource broker.
Step 140: and determining the discount resources required by the advanced settlement under the condition that the credit granting resource quantity of the target resource provider is larger than or equal to the settlement resource quantity.
The settlement station needs to judge whether the credit resource amount of the target resource provider is larger than or equal to the settlement resource amount, so that the target resource provider can be guaranteed to have enough resource compensation in the future and be returned to the resource agent.
And, in the case where the amount of trusted resources of the target resource provider is smaller than the amount of settlement resources, the method may further include:
step 141: monitoring the change of the residual resources and/or the credit rating of the target resource provider under the condition that the credit fund amount of the target resource provider is smaller than the settlement fund amount;
Step 142: and in the case that the residual resources and/or the trust level of the target resource provider change, re-executing step 130 to determine the trust resource amount of the target resource provider according to the trust level and the residual resources.
In this embodiment, the settlement station may continuously monitor the remaining resources and/or the trust level of the target resource provider, and may not execute the step of determining the impression resources required for the advanced settlement until the trust resource amount is greater than or equal to the settlement resource amount of the resource receiver.
It should be noted that the target resource provider may generally correspond to a resource pool in the system, and the remaining resources may refer to the amount of resources in the resource pool.
In one embodiment, determining the post resources required for the advanced settlement may specifically include:
and acquiring the impression resources determined by the resource agent according to the settlement resource quantity and/or the advanced settlement time.
In general, the present resources are proportional to the amount of settlement resources, i.e. the larger the amount of settlement resources is, the more the present resources are; conversely, the smaller the amount of settlement resources, the smaller the impression resources;
similarly, the present resources are proportional to the advanced settlement time, i.e. the longer the advanced settlement time is, the more the present resources are; conversely, the shorter the settlement time in advance, the smaller the impression resources.
Step 150: transferring the resource of the settlement resource amount provided by the resource agent to the resource receiver, and collecting the impression resource from the resource receiver; and transferring the impression resource to a resource agent and/or a target resource provider when the target resource provider performs resource settlement.
With continued reference to the system architecture diagram of fig. 1, after the resource provider and the resource receiver generate the resource circulation requirement, the actual resource may need to be really settled after the settlement term n. At this time, the resource receiver can select 2 settlement cases: 1. an expired settlement resource; or 2. Receive resources in advance.
If the settlement resource is expired according to the step 1, namely, according to the settlement term n, the settlement is carried out by the settlement station after the settlement term n expires, namely, the resource needing to be circulated is transferred from the target resource provider to the resource receiver. In this case, no intervention of the resource broker is required.
If the resource receiver selects 2. The resource receiver can choose to initiate an advanced settlement resource request to the settlement station before the settlement period n expires, at which point the settlement station can introduce a resource broker. The resource broker may provide the resources that the resource receiver needs to settle via the settlement station and collect a certain discount (the dotted line on the right side of the settlement station in fig. 1 may represent the flow relationship of this part). It is understood that the resource receiver transfers its receivable resources to the resource broker, which calculates the resources to the target resource provider upon expiration of the settlement term n.
Notably, the resource settlement between the resource agent and the target resource provider can be equally divided into two cases: an expired settlement resource or an advanced provisioning resource.
The target resource provider can carry out settlement by the settlement table after the settlement period n expires; at this point, the accounting table reintroduces the resource broker. The checkout station may transfer the checkout resource originally transferred by the target resource provider to the resource receiver to the resource broker. Note that in this case, the impressions provided by the resource receiver are all collected by the resource broker, and the proportion of impressions transferred to the target resource provider is 0.
The target resource provider may provide the resource in advance before the settlement term n expires, at which point the settlement station reintroduces the resource agent. The settlement station may transfer the settlement resources originally transferred to the resource receiver by the target resource provider to the resource proxy, and transfer the posted resources previously received from the resource receiver to the target resource provider and the resource proxy according to the allocation ratio calculated by the advance time and the settlement term (the dashed line on the left side of the settlement station in fig. 1 may represent the flow relationship of the parts).
It is noted that, for the resource receiver, after a certain posting, it can obtain in advance the resources that should not be available until the settlement period expires.
For the resource provider, the settlement time can be flexibly determined, namely, settlement can be carried out after the settlement period n expires; advanced settlement may also be selected, and a portion of the impression resources provided by the resource receiver may be additionally acquired at the advanced settlement.
For the resource agent, the posting resource can be collected by providing the resource for the resource receiver, so that the self resource benefit is realized.
Therefore, the method has different benefits for the resource receiver, the resource provider and the resource agent participating in settlement, and achieves win-win.
In one embodiment, to ensure that a resource broker may reclaim resources provided to a resource recipient; before the checkout station performs step 150, the method may further include:
step 145: the checkout station freezes the remaining resources of the target resource provider.
As previously described, based on step 140, the checkout station has determined that the target resource provider trusted resource amount is greater than or equal to the checkout resource amount; thus, the checkout station may freeze the remaining resources of the target resource provider. The method ensures that the target resource provider can transfer the frozen resource flow to the resource agent at any time, thereby ensuring the benefit of the resource agent and avoiding insufficient transfer of the existing resource of the target resource provider to the settlement resource which should be received by the resource agent after the settlement period expires.
As previously described, if the trusted resource is scaled up by the trusted level, then the corresponding trusted score may be locked in addition to the remaining resources of the frozen target resource provider. For example, assuming the amount of received resources is 100 and the remaining resources of the target resource provider are 10, then it is still worse 90; this 90 may be filled in by credit to the target resource provider. Specifically, if the trust level of the target resource provider is 10, the target resource provider can have a trust score of 100 points, and 90 points can be used as credit of a mortgage, and the resource agent provides the rest 90 resources; at this time, the remaining resources 10 of the target resource provider are frozen, and the 90-credit is locked; there are 10 remaining available credit points.
As previously indicated, the target resource provider may choose to either expire the settlement resource or provide the resource in advance.
In one implementation:
for an expired settlement resource, the method may further include:
step 151: when the settlement term is reached, the settlement station unfreezes the frozen resources of the target resource provider and transfers the resources of the settlement resource amount provided by the target resource provider due to the settlement to the resource agent;
And transferring the collected impression resources to the resource agent.
In another implementation:
for pre-settlement resources, the method may further include:
step 152: under the condition that the target resource provider settles in advance before the settlement term, the settlement station determines the allocation proportion of the resource agent corresponding to the impression resource and the target resource provider;
step 153: the settlement table unfreezes the frozen resources of the target resource provider and transfers the resources of the settlement resource amount provided by the target resource provider due to the settlement to the resource agent;
and respectively transferring the impression resources to the target resource provider and the resource agent according to the allocation proportion.
In step 152, determining the allocation ratio of the overlay resource to the resource agent and the target resource provider specifically includes:
a1: acquiring a first moment when a resource receiver settles the resource in advance, a second moment when a target resource provider settles the resource in advance and a settlement period;
a2: calculating a first proportion of the duration between the first time and the second time to the duration between the first time and the receiving period;
a3: and calculating a second proportion of the time duration between the second time and the settlement time limit to the time duration between the first time and the receiving time limit.
Accordingly, in the step 152, the transferring the impression resource to the target resource provider and the resource agent according to the allocation ratio may specifically include:
transferring the impression resource of the first proportion to the resource agent;
and transferring the second proportion of the impression resource to the target resource provider.
Please refer to the distribution ratio diagram shown in fig. 4 for understanding:
the duration between the first moment and the second moment is T1;
the duration between the second moment and the settlement period is T2;
the duration between the first moment and the receiving period is T3;
then, the first ratio is equal to T1/T3; the second ratio is equal to T2/T3.
In an embodiment, the method further comprises:
the settlement station generates a resource payable table aiming at the target resource provider and/or a resource receivable table aiming at the resource receiver according to the resource settlement list pushed by the target resource provider; the resource settlement list comprises a plurality of resource receivers, and receivable resource quantity and settlement deadlines of each resource receiver.
In this embodiment, the settlement station has the capability of automatically generating a resource table which is payable by the resource provider and a resource table which is receivable by the resource receiver; and the settlement station can automatically perform resource settlement according to the tables, for example, after the settlement period expires, the resource of the resource provider is automatically transferred to the resource receiver, the resource provider or the resource receiver does not need to actively operate, and the settlement experience is improved.
Based on the resource settlement method embodiment shown in fig. 3, in combination with the scenario of the transaction settlement system shown in fig. 2, a schematic diagram of the transaction funds settlement method embodiment shown in fig. 5 can be obtained, where the method is applied to a funds settlement system including a settlement table, a buyer, a seller and a manager, and the method is applied to the settlement table, so that the method includes:
step 210: receiving an advanced settlement fund request initiated by a seller; wherein the advance settlement fund request comprises a target buyer and settlement fund amount;
step 220: acquiring the credit rating of the target buyer from the warranty merchant under the condition that the target buyer has a fund balance;
step 230: determining the credit-giving fund amount of the target buyer according to the credit-giving grade and the fund balance;
step 240: determining the cash deposit required by the advanced settlement under the condition that the credit fund amount of the target buyer is larger than or equal to the settlement fund amount;
step 250: transferring funds of the amount of settled funds provided by the insurer to the seller and collecting the impression funds from the seller; and transferring the impression funds to the insurer and/or the target buyer when the target buyer performs funds settlement.
Optionally, the initiating conditions of the funds settlement request include:
a first fund to be settled exists between the target buyer and the target buyer;
the first funds to be settled do not reach the settlement period;
the first funds amount is greater than or equal to the settlement funds amount.

and re-executing the step of determining the credit-giving fund amount of the target buyer according to the credit-giving grade and the fund balance under the condition that the fund balance and/or the credit-giving grade of the target buyer change.
Optionally, before said transferring the amount of settlement funds provided by the insurer to the seller, the method further comprises:
freezing the funds balance of the target buyer.
Optionally, the method includes:
thawing the frozen funds of the target buyer upon reaching a settlement deadline, and transferring the funds of the settlement funds amount provided by the target buyer due to the manager;
And transferring the collected cash deposit to the insurance carrier.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the target buyer settles in advance before the settlement term, determining the distribution proportion of the corresponding insurer and the target buyer of the cash deposit funds;

calculating a second proportion of the time length between the second time and the settlement time limit to the time length between the first time and the receiving time limit;
the transferring the cash-on-deposit funds to the target buyer and the manager according to the distribution proportion comprises the following steps:
Transferring a first proportion of the impression funds to the insurer;
a second proportion of the impression funds is transferred to the target buyer.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
generating a payable fund table aiming at the target buyer and/or a payable fund table aiming at the seller according to the fund settlement list pushed by the target buyer; the fund settlement list comprises a plurality of sellers, and the amount of funds receivable and settlement deadlines of each seller.
In the present embodiment, by introducing the insurer outside the buyer and the seller, the funds are provided by the insurer when the seller needs to acquire the required funds before the settlement term. On the one hand, for the seller, after paying out a certain cash, the seller can obtain the cash which can not be obtained until the settlement period expires in advance; on the other hand, it is possible for the buyer to flexibly decide the settlement time, i.e., settle after the settlement period expires; advanced settlement may also be selected, and a portion of the funds offered by the seller may be additionally acquired at the advanced settlement; moreover, the buyer can realize self-finance through credit granting of the manager, wherein the self-finance can be that the buyer indirectly realizes short-term financing through the manager under the condition of not having bank qualification (namely, based on credit granting of the manager in the settlement term, a lever is applied to the fund balance, so that the purchasing power of the fund balance is enlarged); in yet another aspect, for the insurer, the cash on deposit may be collected by funding the seller to realize the benefit itself.
It can be seen that the multi-win is realized for buyers, sellers and insurers participating in settlement with different benefits.
