The invention discloses a heating and heat-preserving air bag of a transformer, which relates to the field of transformer maintenance devices and aims at SF (sulfur hexafluoride) 6 The technical problem that the voltage transformer is easy to generate condensation under a low temperature state to cause creeping discharge in equipment and finally cause equipment failure is solved by adopting an air bag and a heating and blowing device, wherein the air bag and the heating and blowing device comprise two sets of symmetrical air bags which can be combined into a cylindrical structure; the air bag is of a semicircular structure, an air inlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the air bag, and the heating and air blowing device blows heated air into the air bag through the air inlet pipe; the inner wall of the air bag is provided with a plurality of air outlets; the circular cross section of the air bag is fixedly provided with a magnetic sheet. The heating and blowing devices of the two air bags are continuously electrified and the air bags are inflated, then the two inflated air bag openings correspondingly wrap the mutual inductor and are attracted together through the magnetic sheets, and hot air is blown out from the air outlet to heat the mutual inductor. The scheme has simple structure and low cost, can be compressed and portable, does not contact with the transformer, and effectively avoids electric shock hazard.

Background
SF 6 voltage transformer is an electrical equipment widely used in the power industry, SF 6 gas is colorless, odorless, has higher electrical strength and excellent arc extinguishing performance, is an excellent insulating substance, and can generate huge pressure when being discharged in high energy compared with an oil immersed type current transformer, but the influence caused by explosion can be effectively controlled through a pressure release device such as an explosion-proof sheet and the like, so that the use of the gas insulated transformer in a power grid is more and more wide.
Moisture in the SF 6 voltage transformer usually exists in the form of water vapor, moisture condensation occurs when the moisture content reaches 716 mu L/L under the absolute pressure of 0.4MPa at-10 ℃, and moisture condensation occurs when the moisture content reaches 1528 mu L/L at 0 ℃. At lower temperatures, water vapor condenses and adheres to the surface of the insulating member, possibly causing creeping discharge. In severe cold areas, when the micro-water content in the SF 6 transformer is too high, moisture condensation exists, and the risk of creeping discharge is generated in the SF 6 transformer, so that the safety and stability of the equipment are seriously affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a transformer heating heat-preserving air bag, which is used for solving the technical problem that the SF 6 voltage transformer is easy to generate condensation in a low-temperature state to cause creeping discharge in equipment and finally cause equipment failure.

When the air bag type transformer is used, the heating and blowing devices of the two air bags are continuously electrified and inflated, then the two inflated air bag openings correspondingly wrap the transformer and are attracted together through the magnetic sheets, and hot air is blown out from the air outlet to heat the transformer. The scheme has simple structure and low cost, can be compressed and is convenient to carry, the heating speed is high, the transformer is not in direct contact with the transformer, and the electric shock danger is effectively avoided.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3 in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the invention, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a transformer heating and heat preserving air bag comprises two symmetrical sets of air bags 1 which can be combined into a cylindrical structure and a heating and air blowing device 2. The air bag 1 is of a semicircular structure and can stretch and retract along the axial direction, the longitudinal section of the air bag 1 is a combination of a plurality of splayed shapes, an air inlet pipe 10 is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the air bag 1, and the heating and blowing device 2 blows heated air into the air bag 1 through the air inlet pipe 10. The inner wall of the air bag 1 is provided with a plurality of air outlets 11, and the air outlets 11 are preferably distributed and arranged along the axial direction of the air bag 1. The cross-sectional area of the air inlet pipe 10 is larger than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the air outlets 11, so that the air bag does not bulge due to too much air outlet during blowing. The circular cross section of the air bag 1 is fixedly provided with magnetic sheets 12, and the polarities of the magnetic sheets 12 are mutually staggered and fixed, so that each air bag can be mutually attracted when being combined with another air bag. For convenience in carrying and production, the heating blower device 2 can be manufactured by referring to a household blower with a hot air function. In order to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel, the air bag 1 is made of insulating materials to prevent electric shock. In order to enable the hot air to act on the transformer for a longer time, an upper cover and a lower cover which are of annular sheet structures can be arranged and respectively and detachably arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the air bag 1.
When the air bag heating and blowing device is used, firstly, the heating and blowing devices 2 of the two air bags 1 are continuously electrified and the air bags 1 are inflated, then, the two inflated air bags 1 are correspondingly wrapped with the mutual inductor and are attracted together through the magnetic sheet 12, and hot air is blown out from the air outlet 11 to heat the mutual inductor. The scheme has simple structure and low cost, can be compressed and is convenient to carry, the heating speed is high, the transformer is not in direct contact with the transformer, and the electric shock danger is effectively avoided.

1. The transformer heating and heat-preserving air bag is characterized by comprising two symmetrical sets of air bags (1) which can be combined into a cylindrical structure and a heating and air blowing device (2);
the air bag (1) is of a semicircular structure and can stretch out and draw back along the axial direction, an air inlet pipe (10) is arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the air bag (1), and the heating and air blowing device (2) blows heated air into the air bag (1) through the air inlet pipe (10);
the inner wall of the air bag (1) is provided with a plurality of air outlets (11), and the air outlets (11) are distributed and arranged along the axial direction of the air bag (1);
a magnetic sheet (12) is fixedly arranged on the cross section of the circular ring of the air bag (1);
the longitudinal section of the air bag (1) is a combination of a plurality of splayed shapes.
