一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,包括前开口的底壳、燃烧室、换热盘管、换热器、风机部装、燃烧器、燃气比例阀、水泵、三通管件、排气阀、进水接口、水流传感器、进水温度传感器、出水接口、出水温度传感器和控制器,还包括储水罐、循环预热管、循环单向阀、截止阀花洒组件和水源接口;循环预热管一端与出水接口和储水罐的出水管依次连通、另一端与进水接口连通,储水罐的进水管与换热器连通;循环单向阀设在循环预热管路上,水源接口接在循环单向阀和进水接口之间的循环预热管路上;截止阀花洒组件与出水接口和循环单向阀进水端之间的循环预热管路连通。由于采用这样的结构,可以提前循环预热,使用时无冷水排放,节水,节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气热水器。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种燃气热水装置,包括前开口的底壳、燃烧室、换热盘管、换热器、风机部装、燃烧器、燃气比例阀、水泵、三通管件、排气阀、进水接口、水流传感器、进水温度传感器、出水接口、出水温度传感器、控制器和用水末端,进水接口、水流传感器、三通管件的直管的一端、三通管件的支管、水泵、换热盘管和换热器的进水端依次连通;排气阀设在三通管件的直管的另一端。存在问题是:结构复杂,不能单独适用于设在浴室使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,它在浴室内使用,无冷水排放,节水和节能。
本发明是这样实现的:一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,包括前开口的底壳、燃烧室、换热盘管、换热器、风机部装、燃烧器、燃气比例阀、水泵、三通管件、排气阀、进水接口、水流传感器、进水温度传感器、出水接口、出水温度传感器和控制器,进水接口、水流传感器、三通管件的直管的一端、三通管件的支管、水泵、换热盘管和换热器的进水端依次连通;排气阀设在三通管件的直管的另一端;其特殊之处在于:还包括储水罐、循环预热管、循环单向阀、截止阀花洒组件和水源接口;
储水罐的底板上设有进水管和出水管,进水管的出水端与储水罐的顶板相邻,出水管的进水端与储水罐的底板相适应;
循环预热管一端与出水接口和储水罐的出水管依次连通、另一端与进水接口连通,储水罐的进水管与换热器连通;循环单向阀设在循环预热管路上,水源接口接在循环单向阀和进水接口之间的循环预热管路上;截止阀花洒组件与出水接口和循环单向阀进水端之间的循环预热管路连通;
水源接口在正常状态下,处于常通状态,直接操作控制器启动;或使用前首先打开水源开关,然后操作控制器,启动。
所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特殊之处在于:所述燃烧器为长明火式燃烧器。
所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特殊之处在于:所述截止阀花洒组件为带开关的花洒。
所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特殊之处在于:所述截止阀为电动截止阀,电动截止阀与所述控制器连接。
所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特殊之处在于:所述截止阀花洒组件包括截止阀和花洒,截止阀一端与循环预热管路连通、另一端与花洒连通。
本发明一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,由于采用这样的结构,可以提前循环预热,使用时无冷水排放,节水,节能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,包括前开口的底壳1、燃烧室2、换热盘管3、换热器4、风机部装5、燃烧器6、燃气比例阀7、水泵8、三通管件9、排气阀10、进水接口11、水流传感器12、进水温度传感器13、出水接口14、出水温度传感器15和控制器16,进水接口11、水流传感器12、三通管件9的直管的一端、三通管件9的支管、水泵8、换热盘管3和换热器4的进水端依次连通;排气阀10设在三通管件9的直管的另一端;进水温度传感器13设置在水泵8与换热盘管3连通的导管上;出水温度传感器15设在换热器4出水端的管路上。
还包括储水罐17、循环预热管18、循环单向阀19、截止阀花洒组件20和水源接口21;
储水罐17的底板上设有进水管171和出水管172,进水管171的出水端与储水罐17的顶板相邻,出水管172的进水端与储水罐17的底板相适应;
循环预热管18一端与出水接口14和储水罐17的出水管172依次连通、另一端与进水接口11连通,储水罐17的进水管171与换热器4连通;循环单向阀19设在循环预热管路18上,水源接口21接在循环单向阀19和进水接口11之间的循环预热管路上;截止阀花洒组件20与出水接口14和循环单向阀19进水端之间的循环预热管路18连通;
一是在正常状态下,水源接口21与水源处于常通状态,直接操作控制器16启动;二是使用前首先打开水源开关,然后操作控制器16,启动。
所述燃烧器6为长明火式燃烧器。
所述截止阀花洒组件20为带开关的花洒。
所述截止阀花洒组件20包括截止阀和花洒,截止阀一端与循环预热管路18连通、另一端与花洒连通。
所述截止阀为电动截止阀,电动截止阀与所述控制器16连接。
本发明使用时,(一)操作控制器16,设定出水温度;(二)燃气比例阀7、燃烧器6、水泵8和风机部装5同时启动;(三)水经进水接口11、水流传感器12、三通管件9、水泵8、换热盘管3、换热器4、储水罐17、出水接口14、循环预热管18、循环单向阀19构成预热循环管路;(四)出水温度传感器将信号传递到控制器16;控制器16的显示部件显示温度;(五)达到设定的温度时,操作截止阀花洒组件的截止阀,花洒出水;或控制器16使用电动截止阀导通,花洒流出热水。水源的水经水源接口进入进水接口11。

1.一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,包括前开口的底壳、燃烧室、换热盘管、换热器、风机部装、燃烧器、燃气比例阀、水泵、三通管件、排气阀、进水接口、水流传感器、进水温度传感器、出水接口、出水温度传感器和控制器,进水接口、水流传感器、三通管件的直管的一端、三通管件的支管、水泵、换热盘管和换热器的进水端依次连通;排气阀设在三通管件的直管的另一端;其特征在于:还包括储水罐、循环预热管、循环单向阀、截止阀花洒组件和水源接口;
储水罐的底板上设有进水管和出水管,进水管的出水端与储水罐的顶板相邻,出水管的进水端与储水罐的底板相适应;
循环预热管一端与出水接口和储水罐的出水管依次连通、另一端与进水接口连通,储水罐的进水管与换热器连通;循环单向阀设在循环预热管路上,水源接口接在循环单向阀和进水接口之间的循环预热管路上;截止阀花洒组件与出水接口和循环单向阀进水端之间的循环预热管路连通;
水源接口在正常状态下,处于常通状态,直接操作控制器启动;或使用前首先打开水源开关,然后操作控制器,启动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特征在于:所述燃烧器为长明火式燃烧器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特征在于:所述截止阀花洒组件为带开关的花洒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特征在于:所述截止阀花洒组件包括截止阀和花洒,截止阀一端与循环预热管路连通、另一端与花洒连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带储水罐的零冷水燃气热水器,其特征在于:所述截止阀为电动截止阀,电动截止阀与所述控制器连接。
