背景技术
羽绒服、羽绒被等羽绒制品目前市场上非常普及,绝大多数的羽绒制品随着使用时间变长羽绒往往从布料里面钻出来,给使用者造成困扰,为此,现有防羽布料已不能满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在解决上述问题。为此提供一种结构合理,防绒性强的新型防羽布料,所述防羽布料特征是:经线采用棉线,纬线采用涤纶,所述棉线的直径为70-90支,涤纶的直径为45-75d,经线密度为180-240根/平方英寸,纬线密度为150-200根/平方英寸。以上技术特征采用缎纹织造方式,织造成面料后在其表面采用防绒涂层处理,最终染整为成品布进行市场销售。
