本发明公开了一种镜子装裱用密封粘合剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:醋酸乙烯树脂40‑60份、有机聚硅氧烷聚合物60‑80份、填料60‑80份、触变剂0.4‑1份、偶联剂2‑6份、催化剂0.2‑0.6份、消泡剂2‑6份、增韧剂2‑4份、防水剂2‑4份,本发明克服了现有技术的不足本粘合剂可以将镜子与镜框之间密封的严严实实,防止虫蚁进入框中,同时本粘合剂具有防霉功能,可以防止镜子与镜框之间滋生细菌与病毒,同时添加全氟‑羟基碳硅共聚体依其超低的表面张力,可以形成稳定的且是隐形防水分子涂膜,对水分、油污具有极好的持久拒水和防油效果。

本发明涉及粘合剂技术领域,具体属于一种镜子装裱用密封粘合剂。
背景技术
有道是:夫以铜为镜,可以正衣冠,以史为镜,可以知兴替,以人为镜,可以知得失,镜子作为生活工作的必需品,其应用于各个领域。在生活中,镜子处处可以见到,但是,镜子作为一个单独的物品,其很多时候需要与其他物品进行配合。例如:当镜子装裱起来的时候,很多时候是将其与铝合金或者塑料进行配合。为了防止镜子在镜框中移动,现有技术是通过设置定位槽将镜子卡住,但是这样设置因为在镜框中有空隙的存在,非常容易进虫蚁,导致镜框使用寿命大大下降,且非常不卫生,容易滋生病毒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种镜子装裱用密封粘合剂,克服了现有技术的不足,通过设置定位槽将镜子卡住,但是这样设置因为在镜框中有空隙的存在,非常容易进虫蚁,导致装裱框使用寿命大大下降,且非常不卫生,容易滋生病毒,同时在清洗的过程,容易渗水。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种镜子装裱用密封粘合剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:醋酸乙烯树脂40-60份、有机聚硅氧烷聚合物60-80份、填料60-80份、触变剂0.4-1份、偶联剂2-6份、催化剂0.2-0.6份、消泡剂2-6份,增韧剂2-4份、防水剂2-4份。
进一步,由下列重量份的原料制成:醋酸乙烯树脂50份、有机聚硅氧烷聚合物75份、填料70份、触变剂0.7份、偶联剂4份、催化剂0.4份、消泡剂3份、增韧剂2.6份、防水剂3份。
进一步,所述填料为滑石粉。
进一步,所述触变剂为气相二氧化硅。
进一步,所述催化剂为有机锡催化剂。
进一步,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
进一步,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
进一步,所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂。
进一步,所述防水剂为全氟-羟基碳硅共聚体。

本发明所述一种镜子装裱用密封粘合剂,本粘合剂可以将镜子与镜框之间密封的严严实实,防止虫蚁进入框中,同时本粘合剂具有防霉功能,可以防止镜子与镜框之间滋生细菌与病毒,同时添加全氟-羟基碳硅共聚体依其超低的表面张力,可以形成稳定的且是隐形防水分子涂膜,对水分、油污具有极好的持久拒水和防油效果。
