Abstract
本发明涉及酒包装及存放技术领域。目的在于提供一种改良式红酒包装结构。本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种改良式红酒包装结构,包括酒瓶和包覆在酒瓶外的真空膜,所述酒瓶由瓶体和透气性瓶塞构成。本发明减少爆瓶现象的发生几率、允许酒体的微发酵,解决了红酒保存时酒瓶立放木塞会干透漏气的难题,且结构简单、制造成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及酒包装及存放技术领域,具体涉及木塞红酒包装结构。
背景技术
纯葡萄酒是全部用新鲜的葡萄或葡萄汁经完全或部分发酵酿成的酒精饮料,葡萄酒通常分红葡萄酒和白葡萄酒、桃红葡萄酒三种。红葡萄酒一般用红葡萄品种酿制,不去皮,富含单宁。白葡萄酒可用白葡萄品种,或者脱皮的红葡萄品种酿制,桃红葡萄酒用红葡萄品种酿制,但浸皮期较短。除上述分类方式外,按含糖量来分类,葡萄酒还可分为干、半干、半甜、甜葡萄酒。
对于优质葡萄酒的酒瓶而言,需要利用具有一定透气性的、起到单向阀作用的木塞进行封闭,而不能采用完全密封的橡胶塞、塑料塞等进行封闭,这是由于葡萄酒在装瓶后,酒体内还存在一定的微发酵过程,微发酵的过程中会产生气体,若采用完全密封的瓶塞进行包装,极易产生爆瓶的现象。而采用木塞的形式,既能起到封闭的效果,又能防止爆瓶现象的发生。
众所周知,木塞酒瓶在存放过程中应当采用斜放、平放或倒放的形式,而不能采取立放的方式,以使木塞被酒液浸润,避免木塞干透;从而防止漏气(也就是外界气体进入酒瓶内部),避免酒体氧化引起的变酸变质问题。但这样的方式又会在存放过程中引起不便,例如:1、需要专门准备用于酒瓶斜放、平放或倒放的酒架、酒柜等,增加了储酒的成本和降低了便捷性,但斜放、平放和倒放的方式使酒液堵住瓶口泡涨木塞导致微发酵气体不能顺畅的排出酒瓶;2、对于对葡萄酒不甚了解的客户而言,其出于便捷性考虑,往往直接采用立放的方式,这样木质瓶塞会干透漏气进入氧气,从而对酒的品质造成影响。
综上所述,如何提出一种新的包装方式,在葡萄酒储存过程中,既要实现葡萄酒立放、又要不影响葡萄酒微发酵、还要防止爆瓶现象的发生,是本领域亟待解决的一大难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改良式红酒包装结构,不仅结构简单、成本低,且能够同时解决葡萄酒易发生爆瓶、不能立放和影响酒体微发酵的难题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种改良式红酒包装结构,包括酒瓶和包覆在酒瓶外的真空膜,所述酒瓶由瓶体和透气性瓶塞构成。
优选的,所述瓶塞为木质塞。
优选的,所述瓶体为玻璃瓶、金属瓶、陶瓷瓶和塑料瓶中的任意一种。
优选的,所述真空膜呈顶部设置有密封边的袋状,且由前膜片和后膜片热压复合构成,所述后膜片的外表面设置有网格状的防滑纹。
优选的,所述真空膜为PE塑料袋或PET塑料袋。
优选的,所述瓶体底部的中心设置有朝上凹陷的底凹槽,所述底凹槽的边沿设置有指压定位槽。
优选的,所述指压定位槽的数量为多个,且多个指压定位槽绕瓶体底部的中心呈环形均匀分布。
优选的,所述瓶体正面的上部为酒标区。
优选的,所述酒标区内的酒标为雕刻酒标。
优选的,所述酒标区内的酒标为模制酒标。
本发明的有益效果集中体现在:
1、通过抽真空处理后,真空膜内部形成负压,在外界气压的作用下,真空膜紧紧的包覆在酒瓶的表面,提高了瓶体的强度,真空膜起到加固和保护瓶体免受摩擦碰撞的作用,减少爆瓶现象的发生几率。
2、采用本发明所述的包装结构后,解决了酒瓶不能立放、微发酵气体不能及时排放以及空气逆流进酒瓶的问题。具体是,立放时,酒瓶内酒体在微发酵过程中产生的气体能够透过瓶塞排入到真空膜中,透气更加的顺畅、有效,允许酒体的微发酵。且真空膜为微发酵气体的排放提供了充足的储存空间,进一步减少爆瓶现象发生的几率。同时,真空膜起到隔绝外界空气的作用,允许瓶塞干透,在酒瓶立放时,也不会与外界空气产生交换,外界氧气不会进入到瓶体内对酒体造成氧化,故而延长了酒体的保存时间,清新了酒体,使酒更具风味。
3、本发明结构简单、制造成本低,具有极好的经济性。

具体实施方式
结合图1-3所示的一种改良式红酒包装结构,包括酒瓶和包覆在酒瓶外的真空膜1,本发明所述的酒瓶由瓶体2和透气性瓶塞3构成。本发明所述的瓶体2可选用玻璃瓶、金属瓶、陶瓷瓶和塑料瓶中的任意一种,其中最常用的为玻璃瓶。所述瓶塞3选用透气性良好的瓶塞3,密度和硬度要适中、柔韧性和弹性要好、还要有一定的渗透性和粘滞性,瓶塞3通常为木质塞,其中以天然软木塞为宜,当然也可以是填充软木塞或贴片式聚合软木塞等起到相同作用的瓶塞3。
本发明所述的真空膜1装好酒瓶后,进行抽真空处理,使真空膜1与酒瓶之间的空气排出,使得真空膜1紧紧的贴附在酒瓶上,然后密封形成良好的保护。为了便于装酒瓶和抽真空的操作,本发明所述真空膜1呈顶部设置有密封边的袋状,且由前膜片和后膜片热压复合构成。在进行包装时,先在真空膜1内装好酒瓶,然后利用真空覆膜设备将真空膜1内的空气抽出,并进行热压密封。所述真空膜1一般为食品级的PE塑料袋或PET塑料袋。在此基础上,如图2所示,本发明还可以进一步改进,所述后膜片的外表面设置有网格状的防滑纹4,起到防滑的作用,且更加的美观。为了便于将真空膜1撕开,还可以在真空膜1的侧部设置撕口。另外,还可以在真空膜1底部设置防伪标,开袋即不能复原,进一步保证了酒的原装防伪。
考虑到倒酒时,操作者应当使手尽量少的与酒瓶接触,以使手的温度尽可能少的传导至酒瓶。为此,标准的倒酒方式应当是要用手握持酒瓶瓶体的底部进行倒酒。在这种情况下,为了便于操作者握持酒瓶,本发明更好的做法还可以是,如图3所示,所述瓶体2底部的中心设置有朝上凹陷的底凹槽5,底凹槽5不仅更加便于真空膜1的贴附,且所述底凹槽5的边沿设置有指压定位槽6。倒酒时,操作者的拇指按压在指压定位槽6内,其余4指从下拖住瓶体。为了进一步防滑,所述指压定位槽6内还可以设置摩擦凸点。所述指压定位槽6的数量可以是一个,但为了提高操作的便捷性,也可以如图3所示,所述指压定位槽6的数量为多个,且多个指压定位槽6绕瓶体2底部的中心呈环形均匀分布。
一般情况下,所述瓶体2上都设置有用于展示酒标的酒标区,本发明所述瓶体2正面的上部为酒标区7。传统的葡萄酒瓶的酒标一般是印刷在标签上,然后将标签贴在瓶体上。但本发明的不同之处在于,所述酒标区7内的酒标为雕刻酒标或所述酒标区7内的酒标为模制酒标。所述的雕刻酒标也就是也雕刻的方式直接刻印在瓶体2上的酒标,所述的模制酒标也就是在瓶体2加工成型阶段,通过在成型模具上刻印酒标图案,待瓶体2成型后直接在瓶体2上成型出的酒标。采用这样的方式后,与传统的印贴标签的方式相比,节约材料、人工和流程成本;解决了印刷造成的污染问题,节约了大量纸张、胶水、塑料和油膜,环保性更好。

1.一种改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:包括酒瓶和包覆在酒瓶外的真空膜(1),所述酒瓶由瓶体(2)和透气性瓶塞(3)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述瓶塞(3)为木质塞。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述瓶体(2)为玻璃瓶、金属瓶、陶瓷瓶和塑料瓶中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述真空膜(1)呈顶部设置有密封边的袋状,且由前膜片和后膜片热压复合构成,所述后膜片的外表面设置有网格状的防滑纹(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述真空膜(1)为PE塑料袋或PET塑料袋。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述瓶体(2)底部的中心设置有朝上凹陷的底凹槽(5),所述底凹槽(5)的边沿设置有指压定位槽(6)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述指压定位槽(6)的数量为多个,且多个指压定位槽(6)绕瓶体(2)底部的中心呈环形均匀分布。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述瓶体(2)正面的上部为酒标区(7)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述酒标区(7)内的酒标为雕刻酒标。
10.根据权利要求8所述的改良式红酒包装结构,其特征在于:所述酒标区(7)内的酒标为模制酒标。
