本发明公开了一种低雾度保护膜,包括保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体由PET高光亮薄膜层、AF防指纹薄膜层、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层、抗辐射薄膜层和PET离型膜组合而成,所述保护膜本体两宽侧边上设有竖向折叠片,所述保护膜本体两长侧边上设有横向折叠片,所述竖向折叠片和横向折叠片内表面均涂覆有胶层,所述胶层外粘附有保护纸,所述保护膜本体四角处设有边角贴,所述保护膜本体表面贴设有透明磨砂防眩光贴膜,本发明,保护膜粘贴拆卸方便,便于人们使用,且保护膜具有良好的防护性能,既能够不影响屏幕的高清度,同时能够对人们的眼睛提供保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,具体是一种低雾度保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜,汽车保护膜,家用保护膜,食品保鲜保护膜等。随着手机等数码产品在中国的普及,保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称,目前,在电脑显示器上都要使用保护膜来对其进行保护,传统的显示器保护膜通常都是将整个保护膜黏贴在电脑显示器上,黏贴不仅麻烦还容易出现气泡,且保护膜功能单一,性能较差,已经无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低雾度保护膜,以解决现有技术中线缆在镀铜过程中易出现缠绕扭曲等情况,影响镀铜效果,且镀铜池表面无遮挡,易掉落杂物和发生触电危险等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种低雾度保护膜,包括保护膜本体,所述保护膜本体由PET高光亮薄膜层、AF防指纹薄膜层、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层、抗辐射薄膜层和PET离型膜组合而成,所述抗辐射薄膜层粘附在PET离型膜表面,纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层粘附在抗辐射薄膜层表面,AF防指纹薄膜层粘附在纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层表面,PET高光亮薄膜层粘附在AF防指纹薄膜层表面,所述保护膜本体两宽侧边上设有竖向折叠片,所述保护膜本体两长侧边上设有横向折叠片,所述竖向折叠片和横向折叠片内表面均涂覆有胶层,所述胶层外粘附有保护纸,所述保护膜本体四角处设有边角贴,所述保护膜本体表面贴设有透明磨砂防眩光贴膜。
优选的,所述PET高光亮薄膜层、AF防指纹薄膜层、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层、抗辐射薄膜层和PET离型膜的厚度均相同。
优选的,所述保护纸拐角处设有撕拉条,所述撕拉条呈透明状。
优选的,所述边角贴呈透明半圆状,所述边角贴内表面涂覆有胶层,所述胶层外粘附有保护纸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:保护膜本体无需整体黏贴在显示器屏幕上即可安装,安装拆卸方便,便于人们使用,保护膜本体由PET高光亮薄膜层、AF防指纹薄膜层、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层、抗辐射薄膜层和PET离型膜组合,PET高光亮薄膜层使得保护膜本体的透明度好、雾度低,光泽度高方便观看屏幕,AF防指纹薄膜层可以减少指纹、油污的残留保证保护膜表面清洁,纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层能够有效阻止蓝光的穿透,保护眼睛不受损害,抗辐射薄膜层可以降低辐射的影响,提高对眼睛及皮肤的保护,PET离型膜使得保护膜本体具有良好的吸附性和贴合性,方便使用,在保护膜本体表面贴设的透明磨砂防眩光贴膜能够有效防止屏幕的反光,防眩光效果好,整个保护膜性能全面,安装便利,实用性强。

请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种低雾度保护膜,包括保护膜本体2,保护膜本体2由PET高光亮薄膜层9、AF防指纹薄膜层10、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层11、抗辐射薄膜层12和PET离型膜13组合而成,抗辐射薄膜层12粘附在PET离型膜13表面,纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层11粘附在抗辐射薄膜层12表面,AF防指纹薄膜层10粘附在纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层11表面,PET高光亮薄膜层9粘附在AF防指纹薄膜层10表面,PET高光亮薄膜层9使得保护膜本体的透明度好、雾度低,光泽度高方便观看屏幕,AF防指纹薄膜层10可以减少指纹、油污的残留保证保护膜表面清洁,纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层11能够有效阻止蓝光的穿透,保护眼睛不受损害,抗辐射薄膜层12可以降低辐射的影响,提高对眼睛及皮肤的保护,PET离型膜13使得保护膜本体2具有良好的吸附性和贴合性,方便使用,保护膜本体2两宽侧边上设有竖向折叠片5,保护膜本体2两长侧边上设有横向折叠片3,竖向折叠片5和横向折叠片3能够便于保护膜本体2的安装,安装拆卸方便,竖向折叠片5和横向折叠片3内表面均涂覆有胶层7,胶层7外粘附有保护纸8,保护膜本体2四角处设有边角贴1,保护膜本体2表面贴设有透明磨砂防眩光贴膜4,透明磨砂防眩光贴膜4能够有效防止屏幕的反光,防眩光效果好,PET高光亮薄膜层9、AF防指纹薄膜层10、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层11、抗辐射薄膜层12和PET离型膜13的厚度均相同,保护纸8拐角处设有撕拉条6,撕拉条6呈透明状,边角贴1呈透明半圆状,边角贴1内表面涂覆有胶层7,胶层7外粘附有保护纸8。
本发明的工作原理是:安装时,将保护膜本体2对准显示器14的显示屏15摆放,调整好位置后,先将上方横向折叠片3背面的保护纸8撕开,将横向折叠片3粘贴在显示器14上,再将下方的横向折叠片3背面的保护纸8撕开黏贴,然后依次将左右边上的竖向折叠片5进行黏贴,黏贴完成后,再将保护膜本体2四角的边角贴1黏贴,使得保护膜能够稳定牢固的覆盖在显示屏15表面对其进行保护,PET高光亮薄膜层9使得保护膜本体的透明度好、雾度低,光泽度高方便观看屏幕,AF防指纹薄膜层10可以减少指纹、油污的残留保证保护膜表面清洁,纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层11能够有效阻止蓝光的穿透,保护眼睛不受损害,抗辐射薄膜层12可以降低辐射的影响,提高对眼睛及皮肤的保护,PET离型膜13使得保护膜本体2具有良好的吸附性和贴合性,方便使用,更换保护膜时,只需将横向折叠片3、竖向折叠片5以及边角贴1撕开即可,拆卸安装方便。

1.一种低雾度保护膜,包括保护膜本体(2),其特征在于:所述保护膜本体(2)由PET高光亮薄膜层(9)、AF防指纹薄膜层(10)、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层(11)、抗辐射薄膜层(12)和PET离型膜(13)组合而成,所述抗辐射薄膜层(12)粘附在PET离型膜(13)表面,纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层(11)粘附在抗辐射薄膜层(12)表面,AF防指纹薄膜层(10)粘附在纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层(11)表面,PET高光亮薄膜层(9)粘附在AF防指纹薄膜层(10)表面,所述保护膜本体(2)两宽侧边上设有竖向折叠片(5),所述保护膜本体(2)两长侧边上设有横向折叠片(3),所述竖向折叠片(5)和横向折叠片(3)内表面均涂覆有胶层(7),所述胶层(7)外粘附有保护纸(8),所述保护膜本体(2)四角处设有边角贴(1),所述保护膜本体(2)表面贴设有透明磨砂防眩光贴膜(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种低雾度保护膜,其特征在于:所述PET高光亮薄膜层(9)、AF防指纹薄膜层(10)、纳米阻蓝光复合积层薄膜层(11)、抗辐射薄膜层(12)和PET离型膜(13)的厚度均相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种低雾度保护膜,其特征在于:所述保护纸(8)拐角处设有撕拉条(6),所述撕拉条(6)呈透明状。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种低雾度保护膜,其特征在于:所述边角贴(1)呈透明半圆状,所述边角贴(1)内表面涂覆有胶层(7),所述胶层(7)外粘附有保护纸(8)。
