firstly, cutting the bamboo tube into a length of 600mm, then removing the inner joint of the bamboo tube through an inner joint removing machine, removing the green surface of the bamboo tube through a green removing machine, wherein the green removing thickness is 0.3-0.6 mm, preferably 0.45mm, and the pressure of a cylinder is controlled to be 0.7 MPa.
And step two, sectioning the bamboo tube treated in the step one into arc bamboo chips along the axial circumference direction, wherein the sectioning angle of the arc bamboo chips comprises 60 degrees, 72 degrees, 90 degrees or 120 degrees, and preferably 60 degrees.
And step three, adding the arc bamboo chips obtained in the step two into a cooking pot for heating and softening, wherein the heating and softening temperature is 160-180 degrees, preferably 170 degrees, and the time is 15-20 min, preferably 18 min.
And step four, pressing the two sides of the circular arc bamboo chip to obtain the flattened bamboo chip while pressing and flattening the circular arc bamboo chip in the vertical direction with the green bamboo surface of the circular arc bamboo chip upwards and the yellow bamboo surface downwards after the circular arc bamboo chip is heated and softened in the step three.
And step five, slicing the upper surface and the lower surface of the flattened bamboo chips obtained in the step four, wherein the slicing thickness is 0.15-0.2 mm, preferably 0.18mm, and then pressurizing, fixing, stacking and ventilating and drying.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bamboo chip flattening unit comprises a plurality of upper pressing rollers 8 and a plurality of feeding rollers 9 which are arranged in the vertical direction, the distance between the upper pressing rollers 8 and the feeding rollers 9 is gradually reduced along the feeding direction of the bamboo chip 10 to be flattened, metal conveyer belts 13 are arranged on the upper pressing rollers 8 and the feeding rollers 9, bamboo chip feeding stoppers 14 are arranged on the surfaces of the metal conveyer belts 13 on the feeding rollers 9, rolling bearings 12 are connected to two sides of the bamboo chip 10 to be flattened, and the rolling bearings 12 are connected with telescopic air rods 11 of a fixing air cylinder 15. The thickness of the rolling bearing 12 is 6mm, which is smaller than the thickness of the bamboo chip 10 to be flattened.
The metal conveyer belt 13 and the bamboo chip feeding stop block 14 on the feeding roller 9 push the bamboo chips 10 to be flattened to move forwards, the distance between the upper pressing roller 8 and the feeding roller 9 is gradually reduced in the operation process so as to flatten the bamboo chips 10 to be flattened, meanwhile, the rolling bearings 12 are pressurized through the fixed air cylinders 15, and the air cylinder pressure of the fixed air cylinders 15 is 0.5 MPa.
