The application discloses a pallet turntable with a safety protection device and a use method thereof, wherein the pallet turntable comprises a pallet front baffle, a pallet rear baffle, two trapezoidal lugs and the pallet turntable safety protection device, and the pallet turntable safety protection device comprises a protection device bottom plate, a push rod, a reset spring, a side plate, a stop block rotating shaft and a stop block; the push rods are correspondingly distributed at the left lower part of the stop block; the return spring is always in a downward pulling state for the stop block; the two trapezoidal protruding blocks are respectively and correspondingly distributed on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate of the tray turntable; the left side and the right side of the rotary supporting table are respectively and correspondingly provided with the tray turntable safety protection devices. The tray turntable safety protection device can meet the automatic transmission production requirement of the engine and has good protection effect, and the method can achieve the purpose of effectively preventing the engine from sliding out of the rotary tray, has good use effect and remarkably improves the production efficiency.

The use method of the tray turntable with the safety protection device for carrying out safe transmission of the engine comprises the following steps:
(1) When the engine is transmitted from the engine conveying roller way on the left side and is about to be transmitted to the left side of the rotary supporting table, the bearing at the lower end of the push rod is pressed to the highest position of the trapezoid protruding block, and one side of the stop block is jacked upwards, so that the top surface of the stop block is enabled to be horizontal to the upper plate surface of the rotary supporting table;

(3) Stopping rotating when the rotary support table rotates to a certain angle set by a system at a high speed, performing assembly operation on an engine by a production line, controlling the rotary support table to continuously rotate until a bearing at the lower end of the push rod is pressed to the highest position of the trapezoid protruding block and stopping rotating after the assembly operation is finished, enabling the top surface of the stop block at the right side of the rotary support table to be horizontal with the upper plate surface of the rotary support table, pushing the engine into the engine conveying roller way at the right side, and transmitting the engine conveying roller way to a next production assembly link; and repeating the steps to realize the safe transmission assembly of the engine.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that: the application can solve the problems that the engine cannot be effectively protected when the engine is automatically transmitted into the rotary supporting table due to the limited size of the rotary supporting table on the engine transmission production line and large inertia of the engine transmission process, and is unfavorable for the operation of an automatic production line.

As shown in fig. 1-6, a pallet turntable 1 with a safety protection device comprises a pallet turntable bottom plate 1-1 and a rotary pallet 1-2, wherein engine conveying roller tables are correspondingly distributed on the left side and the right side of the rotary pallet 1-2 respectively, the pallet turntable comprises a pallet front baffle 2, a pallet rear baffle, two trapezoidal lugs 3 and a pallet turntable safety protection device 4, the pallet front baffle 2 and the pallet rear baffle are arc-shaped and are correspondingly distributed above and behind the rotary pallet 1-2 respectively; the tray turntable safety protection device 4 comprises a protection device bottom plate 4-13, a push rod 4-4, a reset spring 4-9, a side plate 4-14, a stop block rotating shaft 4-15 and a stop block 4-12; the top surface of the stop block 4-12 in the embodiment is of a plane plate structure so as to facilitate the sliding of the engine; the two side plates 4-14 are arranged, and the lower ends of the side plates are combined with the bottom plates 4-13 of the protective device; the stop block rotating shaft 4-15 is fixed on the side plate 4-14 through a nut 4-16 and a spring washer 4-17; the middle part of the stop block 4-12 passes through the stop block rotating shaft 4-15 to be rotatably connected and is distributed between the two side plates 4-14, and meanwhile, a spacer bush 4-18 is also distributed between the stop block 4-12 and the side plates 4-14 for realizing better effect; a push rod jack is formed in the left side of the bottom plate 4-13 of the protection device, copper sleeves 4-7 are distributed in the push rod jack, and the copper sleeves 4-7 are tightened through bolts 4-8; the push rod 4-4 passes through the copper sleeve 4-7 and can slide up and down, and is correspondingly distributed below the left part of the stop block 4-12; the upper end of the return spring 4-9 is combined with the left end of the stop block 4-12 through a bolt 4-10 and a gasket 4-11, and the lower end of the return spring is combined with the left end of the bottom plate 4-13 of the protective device through a bolt 4-8 and is always in a pull-down state for the stop block 4-12; the two trapezoid protruding blocks 3 are respectively and correspondingly fastened and distributed on the left side and the right side of the tray turntable bottom plate 1-1 through upper feeding bolts; the left side and the right side of the rotary saddle 1-2 in the embodiment are provided with the bottom plates 1-2-1 which extend outwards, and the bottom plates 1-2-1 are correspondingly provided with the tray turntable safety protection devices 4. (3) Stopping rotating when the rotary support table rotates to a certain angle set by a system at a high speed, performing assembly operation on an engine by a production line, controlling the rotary support table to continuously rotate until a bearing at the lower end of the push rod is pressed to the highest position of the trapezoid protruding block and stopping rotating after the assembly operation is finished, enabling the top surface of the stop block at the right side of the rotary support table to be horizontal with the upper plate surface of the rotary support table, pushing the engine into the engine conveying roller way at the right side, and transmitting the engine conveying roller way to a next production assembly link; and repeating the steps to realize the safe transmission assembly of the engine.
Claims (1)
1. The application method of the tray turntable with the safety protection device for carrying out safe transmission of the engine is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) When the engine is transmitted from the engine conveying roller way on the left side and is about to be transmitted to the left side of the rotary supporting table, the bearing at the lower end of the push rod presses the highest position of the trapezoid protruding block, and one side of the stop block is jacked up upwards, so that the top surface of the stop block is horizontal to the upper plate surface of the rotary supporting table;

(3) Stopping rotating when the rotary support table rotates to a certain angle set by the system at a high speed, performing assembly operation on the engine by a production line, controlling the rotary support table to continuously rotate until a bearing at the lower end of the push rod is pressed to the highest position of the trapezoid protruding block and stopping rotating after the assembly operation is finished, enabling the top surface of a stop block at the right side of the rotary support table to be horizontal with the upper surface of the rotary support table, pushing the engine into an engine conveying roller way at the right side, and transmitting the engine into a next production assembly link; repeating the steps to realize the safe transmission assembly of the engine;
