The shearing bed fixing plate 1 is provided with a strip-shaped through hole 29 which is perpendicular to the moving direction of the shearing bed bottom plate 22, the threaded upright post 26 is arranged in the strip-shaped through hole 29 in a penetrating manner, and the shearing bed fixing plate 1 moves back and forth on the threaded upright post 26. Shearing bed fixed plate 1 is through setting up bar through-hole 29, makes things convenient for shearing bed fixed plate 1 to carry out fore-and-aft regulation, improves the application scope of this technique, can carry out corresponding position control according to the cutting requirement.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, on the basis of embodiment 2, the numerical control shearing device for shearing a keel further includes a return cylinder 30 connected to a PLC controller 32, the return cylinder 30 is disposed on the left side of the shearing bed bottom plate 22, a cylinder shaft 31 of the return cylinder 30 is fixedly connected to the shearing bed bottom plate 22, the PLC controller 32 controls the return cylinder 30 to drive the shearing bed bottom plate 22 to move laterally, the numerical control shearing device further includes a second origin photoelectric switch 42 and a limit photoelectric switch 43 respectively connected to the PLC controller 32, the second origin photoelectric switch 42 is disposed on the right side of the limit photoelectric switch 43, the shearing bed bottom plate 22 is disposed between the second origin photoelectric switch 42 and the limit photoelectric switch 43, the second origin photoelectric switch 42 and the limit photoelectric switch 43 are both disposed behind the rail 23, a rail base 44 connected to the rail 23 is disposed below the rail 23, an L-shaped mounting bracket 45 connected to the rail base 44 is disposed on the rail base 44, the second origin photoelectric switch 42 and the limit photoelectric switch 43 are respectively arranged at the upper end of the L-shaped mounting bracket 45 in a penetrating manner. When cutting, as the keel moves transversely on the production line, after the positioning rod 17 is inserted into the through hole on the keel, the keel drives the cutting bed bottom plate 22 to move, the second origin photoelectric switch 42 detects that the cutting bed bottom plate 22 is away from the origin, the second origin photoelectric switch 42 transmits a position signal to the PLC controller 32, the PLC controller 32 controls the first driving device 4 to drive the driving cutter 3 to move downwards to cut the keel, when the cutting bed bottom plate 22 moves to the limit photoelectric switch 43, the limit photoelectric switch 43 transmits the position signal to the PLC controller 32, the PLC controller 32 controls the return cylinder 30 to push the cutting bed bottom plate 22 to move rightwards, the cutting bed bottom plate 22 moves to the second origin photoelectric switch 42, the second origin photoelectric switch 42 transmits the position signal to the PLC controller 32, the PLC controller 32 controls the return cylinder 30 to stop working, the cutting bed bottom plate 22 is reset to wait for the next cutting, after the cutting is finished, the return cylinder 30 drives the shearing bed bottom plate 22 to return, and the cutting efficiency and the cutting stability are improved.
When the device works, a keel is fed from the right end of a fixed plate 1 of a shearing bed, a hole-counting photoelectric switch 41 counts through holes on the keel, when the hole-counting photoelectric switch 41 counts corresponding holes, the hole-counting photoelectric switch 41 transmits a position signal to a PLC (programmable logic controller) 32, the PLC 32 controls a second driving device 16 to drive a positioning rod 17 to move downwards and insert the positioning rod into the through hole of the keel, at the moment, the keel drives the whole shearing device to move leftwards, when a second origin photoelectric switch 42 detects that a bottom plate 22 of the shearing bed is away from an origin and moves, the second origin photoelectric switch 42 transmits a control signal to the PLC 32, the PLC 32 controls a first driving device 4 to drive a cutter 3 to move downwards to cut the keel, when a detection sheet 36 on a cutter frame 9 moves to a lower limit photoelectric switch 34, the lower limit photoelectric switch 34 transmits the position signal to the PLC 32, the PLC controller 32 controls the first driving device 4 to drive the driving cutter 3 to move upwards, when the detection piece 36 moves upwards to the first original point photoelectric switch 33, the first original point photoelectric switch 33 transmits a position signal to the PLC controller 32 when sensing the position of the detection piece 36, the PLC controller 32 controls the first driving device 4 to stop moving, when the shearing bed bottom plate 22 moves to the limiting photoelectric switch 43, the limiting photoelectric switch 43 transmits a position signal to the PLC controller 32, the PLC controller 32 controls the return cylinder 30 to drive the shearing bed bottom plate 22 to move rightwards, the shearing bed bottom plate 22 moves to the second original point photoelectric switch 42, the second original point photoelectric switch 42 transmits a position signal to the PLC controller 32, and the PLC controller 32 controls the return cylinder 30 to stop working, so that primary keel cutting is completed.
