Abstract

一种接骨板固定钳,包括:钳柄,成对设置且两钳柄活动连接;钳头,设置在上述两钳柄顶端,并在钳柄带动下开合,且钳头间与钳柄间的开合方向相反,贯穿一侧的钳头和钳柄设置导孔,导孔为圆柱形通孔,此侧钳头与钳柄为一体成型结构;另一侧的钳头通过螺纹与对应钳柄固定连接。使用中螺钉加压杆穿过上述导孔对接骨螺钉施力,螺钉加压杆在使用中受到导孔内壁的限制不会发生大幅度的晃动和位移,从而保证了接骨螺钉旋入的稳定性和准确性。

接骨板固定钳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨科医疗器械技术设备领域,具体说是骨科手术中的一种接骨板固定钳。
技术背景
骨折是最常见的损伤之一,随着人口老龄化越发严重,骨折年发生率逐步上升,在骨科手术中需要使用接骨板分别固定两端的骨折部位以达到复位的效果。在使用接骨板时一般通过接骨板固定钳压住接骨板,使接骨板与骨贴合,一端的钳头卡住接骨板上的定位孔,另一端钳头为扁平结构,对接骨板施压,且此端钳头上设置开口的导槽,导槽位置与接骨板上锁定螺孔的位置对应,螺钉加压杆穿过导槽将接骨螺钉旋入骨体内,从而将接骨板与骨体固定。但是现有的钳头的导槽两侧壁的高度都较短,在使用中对螺钉加压杆的导向作用有限,旋入螺钉时容易发生位置偏移,进而影响接骨板的固定位置。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种接骨板固定钳。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的接骨板固定钳,包括:钳柄,成对设置且两钳柄活动连接;钳头,设置在上述两钳柄顶端,并在钳柄带动下开合,且钳头间与钳柄间的开合方向相反,贯穿一侧的钳头和钳柄设置导孔,导孔为圆柱形通孔,此侧钳头与钳柄为一体成型结构;另一侧的钳头通过螺纹与对应钳柄固定连接。
本发明还可以采用以下技术措施:

所述的钳头外侧设置固定齿。
设置有导孔的钳头顶端设置加压凸,加压凸为中空结构且加压凸的侧壁上设置观察孔。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
本发明的接骨板固定钳中,贯穿同侧钳头和钳柄设置导孔,使用中螺钉加压杆穿过上述导孔对接骨螺钉施力,螺钉加压杆在使用中受到导孔内壁的限制不会发生大幅度的晃动和位移,从而保证了接骨螺钉旋入的稳定性和准确性。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的接骨板固定钳,包括:钳柄1,成对设置且两钳柄活动连接;钳头2,设置在上述两钳柄顶端,并在钳柄带动下开合,且钳头间与钳柄间的开合方向相反,贯穿一侧的钳头和钳柄设置导孔3,导孔为圆柱形通孔,此侧钳头与钳柄为一体成型结构;另一侧的钳头通过螺纹与对应钳柄固定连接。使用中螺钉加压杆由导孔中穿过,从而对接骨螺钉施力带动接骨螺钉旋入到骨体内,螺钉加压杆旋转中被导孔限位。另一侧钳头为可替换结构,根据不同接骨板可以更换不同的钳头,从而提高了接骨板固定钳的适用性。
钳柄之间设置复位弹簧4,在钳柄不受外力时带动钳柄和钳头复位。
钳头外侧设置固定齿5,使用中钳头通过固定齿能够牢固卡住接骨板上的定位孔,从而确保了接骨螺钉旋入位置的准确性。
设置有导孔的钳头顶端设置加压凸6,加压凸为中空结构且加压凸的侧壁上设置观察孔7。加压凸的外围轮廓大于钳头外围轮廓,从而能够扩大钳头与接骨板之间的接触面积,便于对接骨板施加压力,加压凸上设置通孔以便于手术者对螺钉旋入情况进行观察。

1.一种接骨板固定钳,包括:钳柄,成对设置且两钳柄活动连接;钳头,设置在上述两钳柄顶端,并在钳柄带动下开合,且钳头间与钳柄间的开合方向相反,其特征在于:贯穿一侧的钳头和钳柄设置导孔,导孔为圆柱形通孔,此侧钳头与钳柄为一体成型结构;另一侧的钳头通过螺纹与对应钳柄固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接骨板固定钳,其特征在于:钳柄之间设置复位弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的接骨板固定钳,其特征在于:钳头外侧设置固定齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的接骨板固定钳,其特征在于:设置有导孔的钳头顶端设置加压凸,加压凸为中空结构且加压凸的侧壁上设置观察孔。
